You cannot not participate in fashion. This is truly 100% true. I remember talking to somebody about fashion who isn't into fashion and them mention how much they don't really care about what they wear and question why you should care. And all that was spiraling in my head...

Dan Quinn said, "Sometimes as coaches and leaders, you have to tell them the things they don't want to hear." "I'm comfortable doing that because they know I come from a place that I care about them, I love them, and I want the best for them." As players, be grateful when a coach tells you the truth because it shows you they care. They tell you the truth because they believe in you and your potential. • They want what's best for you. • They care about you as a person. • They see what you're capable of, even when you don't. Great leaders hold you accountable because they know it's the only way to help you grow into your best self. It means telling the hard truths while showing empathy and belief in your potential. Great Coaches Balance 3 Things: 1. Caring for you - Great coaches want what's best for you. They care for you as a person and believe in you and your potential. This is why they hold you to a high standard - they see what you can become, even when you don’t yet. 2. Having high standards - High standards set expectations. It creates clarity and direction about what habits and actions are expected. Great coaches set the bar high because they want the best for you, not because it’s easy. When someone believes in you enough to expect greatness, it inspires you to rise to the challenge. 3. Pushing you to grow before your comfort zone - Growth doesn’t happen without discomfort, and this is where development starts. Great coaches look to challenge you and develop you over time. This means expecting challenges, facing adversity, and refusing to accept the status quo. Bottom Line: People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Leadership will always be a relationship business.

[Talking about self-worth and insecurities] 👨🏻‍🚀: I want everyone who has ever felt like they weren't pretty, they weren't attractive, they weren't good looking, they weren't strong enough, they had insecurities, or that they might feel like they're exploding from overthinking. And I'm not talking about one of these six, i'm talking about all of them. If you have ever had a situation where felt all six of these, I want you guys to type 1 into the chat. 👨🏻‍🚀: So, the point of that experiment wasn't to invalidate what you're feeling, because you're valid for feeling that. I think that is a common human emotion that we all have a problem we're dealing with. Our insecurities are the things that make us lash out, make us feel like we're not enough. And the thing about it, is no matter how rich you are, no matter how handsome you are, no matter how pretty you are, no matter how strong you are, no matter how great you are, no matter how intelligent you are, no matter how competent you are, there's always gonna be moments where this comes to you and I think the best thing to think in this situation is that yes i'm feeling this things, to validate yourself. You're not wrong for feeling this way. There's nothing wrong with you. Everyone feels this. 👨🏻‍🚀: But, during those times, i think it is very important to remember the moments in your life where you did feel worthy. Where you felt like you were just enough for that one person that you're talking to. Or you felt like you aced in a certain exam or you did really well in one thing. I think you remember those moments and then you push on for more of those moments so that eventually, in your life, you stop thinking about things that- or situation that made you think you're not worthy and start pondering more , recycling more of things that made you feel worthy. yunamseng?
