One of my favorite players to ever pull on a Ravens jersey was Haloti Ngata. And in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft, he was selected by Baltimore! Haloti played defense the way you want to see it played, hard but fair. He also left everything on the field, including Big Ben’s nose! In his nine-year stint with the Ravens, Haloti played in 135 games. He went on to earn two AP All-Pro First Team selections, three AP All-Pro Second Team nods, five Pro Bowl honors, and became a Super Bowl champion. In addition to being named to the Ravens Ring of Honor, Ngata was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2025. One heck of a football player, one whom words alone cannot adequately describe!
