Theoretically it could be possible. All the colours/size limitations/scrolling is to MD specs, although a handful of things would need to be edited here and there but you never know. Maybe if I got the knowledge one day haha.

Easily my favourite game on the ol' Mega Drive. I remember playing that as a kid and was blown away by everything. I've been chasing that dream to make something with a similar vibe ever since!
