“You can’t call me islamaphobic and antisemitic in the same sentence.” - Nigel Farage. Both can be true. So why are a roomful of the nation’s press laughing along with Nigel Farage? Do your job for all our sakes. It’s not a game.

The correct response should be - why not, David Duke, the KKK, lots of folks are both. This guy gets away with reprehensible stuff by playing the clown.

Our press laughing along with this racist clown rather than at him🤮

Horse kinda bolted, not sure the British press can be redeemed at all

@ZoeJardiniere He’s basically saying you’re either one or the other, you can’t be both… and then the clowns laughing at him lapping it up. How is he still relevant

He's a racist & a bigot full stop

Why is he being given so much air time?

It would be useful to know which journalists were in that room.

Talk about giving the game away.

There's almost an impressive economy to this statement. By claiming that "you can't be both islamaphobic and antisemitic" you are actually being both while simultaneously denying being either. It reveals the prejudices of anyone who nods along instead of immediately calling BS.

I imagine most nazis are both antisemitic and islamaphobic. It's just a false premise that the press laughingly goes along with.
