I was using the Smith machine to do the squats because the gym was busy. I’m a “rack” kind of girl!

Squatting in the Smith machine is definitely cheating hard work tho 😆. Got to the squat track next time and try full range of motion.

Honestly in my opinion squats are the ultimate test both physically and mentally
