I understand why you are turning down the non-debate debates. Why don't you make a statement accepting traditional debates with back and forth, an audience and a neutral moderator. A lot of voters will just look at the headlines and see "Jolly turns down debates". The Republican voters who want to vote for you because of how the Florida GOP treated its voters and denied debates will be sensitive about this. Messaging-wise, I think agreeing to true debates will make it clear that Byron is the one who's afraid to engage.

I thought Donalds was refusing to do debates with rebuttals. He is a liar, a very good one. In case you were not aware: “Donalds was arrested for bribery and bank fraud involving a fraudulent check and debit card transaction. If you are both lying, without an audience it won’t matter. You could both have fact checkers but may backfire when the BS starts. Debate gets your ideas across the entire State & allows people to make informed decisions based on their views. Avoid the debate makes you weak.
