I always said to my senior pastor that tithe is no longer a law or a requirement to be blessed by God. First time a man of God is on the same page with me😊❤️ Listen to everything you need to know about tithe. Don’t let anyone scare u that if u don’t pay tithe u will be poor.

No Apostle in the Bible demanded TITHES!! Apostle Arome Osayi None of them remotely did an exegesis on tithe, the best you will get is the reference to Abraham’s tithe. Let’s not manipulate people with lies so they can give. Jesus didn’t demand tithes on earth, He doesn’t demand it in heaven! Tithe was never part of the New Testament conversation!! Never part of it!! Tithe is never an obligation of grace, Grace is everything Jesus gave to us, we are not obliged to tithe before we receive any of His grace! Tithe is simply a needed model to run the church and pay church staff. No need for mysticisms! No need!!

Example: If your salary is KSh 48,000: • PAYE: 2,000 • SHA: 1,800 • Housing Levy: 3,000 • NSSF: 3,000 • Loan: 20,000 • Rent: 8,000 Total deductions & expenses: KSh 39,200 You’re left with only KSh 8,800. Many would calculate tithe from the remaining 8,800 (which is KSh 880). But according to the Pastor, you should take your tenth from the gross, KSh 4,800. Meaning, After paying tithe, you remain with just KSh 4,000 to survive the entire month. That KSh 4,000 has to cover: • Church offerings & contributions • Burials, weddings & harambees • Shopping • Transport to work • School fees for your kids, • And everything else! Now I understand why my fellow Okuyus are furious 😂😂
