@cpmayiga He is right to say that the issue is not “Kasiimo”. But he is avoiding to comment on the process of getting “kasiimo” and the way the “Kasiimo” entered into the parliamentary budget when the beneficiaries were just 6 months in service. This is the gist of the matter!

@cpmayiga Problem was kasimo ki ako,what work are you being appreciated for befr even the end of the tenure? And parliament didn't pass any kasimo they just fixed it there to make it look lawful,tetuli basiru sebo,how can gratuity be given in 2022 but it was passed in 2023 absolute madness
