There’s something seriously wrong with the ppl of Chicago who believe that a legislation like this will ultimately help us all. HB4456 will lower energy costs for ppl who claim to be low-income, what you’re not told is who will make up the difference of the cost. If you’re not picking up what I’m putting down just go look in the mirror. (You will) I’ve tagged all 11 sponsors of this bill that will increase the cost of energy for 90% of the state.
