Ironically, I think this is made up. I looked up Pillsborough, IA - since being from Iowa, I was curious. No results. I tried looking up "Sunleth Grill & Bar". Couldn't find anything. Tried the address - 723 Sunleth Ave (anywhere in the U.S.) and nothing. I'm aware of service fees, but nothing going by the phrase used in this video. Unless someone has an actual page listing anywhere, I can't see this as being real.

The deduction should've been 10% larger because it appears they charged this person this absurd 10% Iowa sales tax on the full amount, including the coerced tip. So this person did not really undo all the damage that this piece of shit restaurant caused.
