Want me to go up there and let them know they're being investigated for not following their own policy? Then what? We might need CJ for this.

I think we may

@KenPaxtonTX @RepKeithSelf We could use some assistance getting the people’s voice heard

@NEWSMAX @bennyjohnson

Ashley, you’re so nice! @chiproytx Mr Roy, any guidance or assistance? I know you want to save our state as much as we do! Thank you!

I don’t think City Secretary is such a lovely lady if she is just giving you talk. Sounds to me that they are pushing it toward the holidays, or seems like everyone everywhere thinks the Midterms are going to change the weather politically. Doesn’t sound like “immediate” to me

This proves why Mckinney needs a recal.

This is not the first recall petition for Mckinney Get the facts how the previous recall was handled by the city a few years ago when the councilman was recalled to establish precedent. His name was La’Shadion Shemwell District 1 2019/2020 recall.

The secretary stated it took roughly 11 days to validate those signatures. They only need around 3,000, we needed more

Thanks I suspect the law does not provide a range of days based upon the number of signatures required. 30 days is ample time for 6000 signatures

Oh 100% agreed

The main phone number for the City of McKinney (City Hall) is (972) 547-7500. For matters involving the City Secretary’s office City Secretary Empress Drane is (972) 547-7505. City Council comments can also be directed to 972-547-7501.

#FightOn Ashley! We need Total Recall!

🤺🤺🤺

This is why they invented lawyers. Go after the city...now. There may be timelines in the data center contracts they need to get past to lock in the deal. Do not wait!

I am, I am raising money now

Litigate and hold them accountable. Non-negotiable.

I will call them tomorrow

Wonder what they have to gain by dragging this out? We already know they are corrupt..

@AmyMek anything you can do to help?

McKinney is truly unique by nature in this pretty darn clear written statement under section 135…

Sounds like the City of McKinney might need a visit from the Texas Rangers.

Thank you for your excellent and consistent work.

Ridiculous. They do not want to follow laws.

It looks like they are going by 30 business days rather than 30 calendar days. Does the charter specify which it should be?
