Companies are now trying to dragnet their potential customers into believing it'd be cheaper to pay them money vs canceling a subscription or service. Adobe wants to give you a free month, but then says it's a 99.99 fee in order to cancel or pay a low monthly usage fee.

If people cancel reservations without any consequences how do you expect restaurants to stay in business? And how can employees make a living?
