One of the shittiest, most thankless jobs there is. Their hearts are in the right places, they want to change these kids' lives, but the kids are having none of it, and neither are the parents sometimes. They don't get paid nearly enough for what they do.

The only reason they show up at school is free breakfast, free lunch, mom tells them to get out so the next baby daddy can come over, they’re bored so come to create chaos for fun. They have zero desire to learn anything.

All I know...is I am NOT built for teaching. The hood kids disrespectful...the suburban kids just as bad 😂🤣 Some of my best teachers were the ones who started teaching in the hood and found their way to the suburbs.
