The same state that decides a teenager isn't mature enough for Instagram has decided a child barely out of primary school is mature enough to consent to hormone altering drugs. This is pure evil and we must fight to ensure it is overturned.

If it wasn’t so unbelieveably controlling it would be laughable. It is being reported that not only do the government want to ban ALL social media use for under 16’s but they now also want to introduce a night time CURFEW for social media media use for 16 and 17 yr olds 😳 Not only is that going to be technically almost impossible to do, but the hypocrisy is off the scale. This is the same government that want to give the vote to 16 yr olds. So they deem 16 and 17 yr olds capable of analysing politics theory, economics, world affairs and the news well enough to cast a vote that may determine the future of our society, but can’t log onto Facebook or watch a video on YouTube after 7pm 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ They are literally going mad as we watch!!

In Canada there’s now a coordinated push to ban 16 year olds and under from social media. The same Canada that doesn’t have an age limit to who can enter a Federally controlled safe supply site to both get & consume hard drugs.

No one under 16 (or 18) should be on social media. Irony: churches can’t promote this same policy because of the youth ministry industry. You can’t have accounts to “reach teens” while saying teens should not be on those same accounts for their own safety.

According to this Labour Government 16 and 17 year olds are mature enough to vote, but not to serve on a jury. That is an "adult duty" apparently. They are old enough to vote, but are now subject to a government-mandated social media curfew at 8.30pm. The only consistent thing about Labour's votes at 16 policy is the blatant party political self interest.
