Just finished having lunch and you are walking to your car, it’s not until you get close that you see someone left someone on the rear passenger door of the car, you are by yourself, and you don’t see anyone around but you do notice a weird big white van parked close by. You hop in and drive off hoping it flies off, you’ve heard the horror stories about why people leave items on people’s cars. Did she do the right thing by driving off like that or should she have taken it off and reported to the police?

I found this Bellingcat analysis particularly interesting as well. The officer who fired the shots walks in front of the car and actually pauses there, rather than clear the hood. You can see the victim back up to make a K turn to move to drive away — not aim at the officer.
