Also, if you ever have issues with Dynamic Link being slow between After Effects and Premiere go to File > Preferences > Memory & Performance > and disable multi-frame rendering. Made Dynamic Link stuff SUPER FAST! Thanks for the tip!

@NicolePottsss I have looked for a fix for this for months… literally would re-encode to .265 and then go back to AE🥲😂 THANK YOU!!!
