🚨 I accidentally made something dangerous. 😂 These carnivore pizza balls were a full-blown religious experience. My family loved the karaage chicken I made so much I had to try it with tofu. I made a homemade marinade with soy, ginger, garlic, mirin, sake, sesame oil and dashi and oh my goodness, dashi changes everything! Double-fried it crispy and it turned out absolutely amazing. Crispy outside, silky inside. This was one of my favorite tofu dishes I’ve made. Have you tried tofu karaage?
