She is correct. I rinse w/ hydrogen peroxide and I rinse w/clove oil w/water or coconut oil to pull I drink clove tea (w/ certain spices) because cloves are the ONLY herb that kills 100% virus, bacteria and parasites from the body AND REMOVES parasitic eggs. Chew 2 cloves daily!

Be sure to dilute the peroxide. It softens your teeth if you don’t
