I normally make a crab and artichoke dip and a buffalo chicken dip. I'm gonna merge them this year for a much smaller group...buffalo crab dip...we'll see how that goes. 😋

This year will be epic. Pats in=all out food. We have 3 smokers, 2 commercial fryers, and the double ovens will be working overtime. All the usuals; wings, tenders,nachos…etc. 6 briskets, 9racks of Baby backs, 2 slabs of beef ribs, 4 pork baby backs. That’s the beginning.
