This was a good video overall. One question I still had at the end was if the endgame is becoming increasingly hard for players with moderate skill and teams with 4* characters, do you think this is something that should be balanced around?

Kinda? I don't believe it should be balanced around 4*'s exactly, but more like what's accessible to them. So right now we have no A-Rank aftershock DPS, but I have a feeling that is going to be heavily promoted as a meta option in the coming few patches.
