do you have an interesting yet simple idea that you can't get claude code / codex to build? if so, I want to hear it or see a sketch, and then try building a decent start for you. I need little distractions when I'm tired of working on my own projects that never end. the end result would be an open source code artifact, and I'll do my best to include prompts/process where possible. video is the quintessential example, time-helix built from a Tim Babb sketch/idea

wait... MiMo V2.6 Pro understood my messy sketch and turned it into a playable 3D game. I literally drew START, GOAL, LAVA, two boxes, and a wall by hand. Then gave the sketch to MiMo V2.6 Pro. What came back was an actual playable 3D level, with the objects placed where I drew them. No carefully designed mockup. Just a rough sketch → working game. MiMo V2.6 Pro feels less like “prompt in, output out” and more like a model that can actually work through a task from start to finish. Sketch → game. This is getting interesting.

A lot of you don’t know this about me because I don’t post my art much or talk about it but I was an honors art student, accepted with scholarships to nearly every prestigious art school in the country, and my original major was illustration. The “sketch” portion of this video is embarrassing. It does not in any way resemble someone sketching from scratch, but rather it bears very distinct tells of someone drawing over an existing image and trying to pass it off as an original sketch. Everything about the sketch is what I would call “performative” - she’s doing what she *thinks* people do when they sketch, but she doesn’t actually know what that entails. There’s also a reason she recorded this with a secondary device rather than using the built-in screen recording tools on the device/app she’s using. doing that would have revealed the hidden layers that she carefully edited out. Anyway, here’s a real drawing I made. It isn’t good, but I drew it from scratch with my own hands, and that makes me 1000x better than a fraud like her.

I made a quick sketch and transformed it into a hyper-realistic image in a matter of minutes. Here's what that looked like! The detail level in the final version almost make me question our reality.. almost😅 Speaking of that, this actually reminds me of the feeling I had after walking out of the cinema from having watched the first Matrix movie. The sketch was made using Leonardo AI's new live painting tool that transform my sketch in realtime as I'm drawing. The tools are quite rudimentary still, and I'm hoping for screen capture support so I can test this out with Dreams and Photoshop. The Matrix detail level was achieved with Magnific ai. #conceptart #ai

I made it all by hand! From idea sketch to mannequin! The design, the fabric design, the sewing pattern, hand sewing the bows, everything! .. whenever I have enough money I'll model it (also by myself aside from holding the camera in place) and make it into a photo set!! 🥰

I gave Space Bunny a napkin sketch of a flight tracker inside OpenCode. After testing, seems like it's at flash level. it built this: → a 3D globe with glowing continent outlines → flight arcs with planes moving along them → click a route, the globe turns to it → all in one HTML file the part that got me: it printed an ASCII map of the world in the terminal to check its own continents before shipping, while doing all really quick. first full version in 3.5 minutes. done with fixes in about 6. a simpler dashboard screenshot to working page took 45 seconds. on OpenRouter it runs at ~90 tokens/sec with about 1.3s to first token. 1M context. text, image and video in. free in OpenCode this week. what would you sketch for it?

This is simply the guideline sketch I created for the chibi eyes and body proportions before starting the actual artwork (the recording started about five seconds late, which is why the very beginning isn't shown). You can clearly see that the toggled layer is just a rough sketch used as the foundation for the final drawing. It isn't related to anything else.
