Many who “know” all about hurricanes have a lot to say about big accounts pushing this nonsense that the weather can be manipulated. You know, I am good with you thinking that. I’m just going to keep going with my gut and researching on my own. People have tried to explain so many things away in the past so please excuse me if I chose to not believe it. Especially if the government says it. There are too many coincidences which means there’s more here than meets the eye.
