You know what changed everything for me

If we truly understood how powerful our words are, we would never speak another negative one again. Especially to ourselves.

This concept is one I’ve applied on my healing journey from cancer. Words express what we think, what we believe, how we feel. As he explains, our perceived and therefore, lived reality. I applied this by verbally stating (out loud) things like “I am healed” “I am healthy” Notice I avoided saying “I will heal” or I will be healthy”. Instead I created my reality of being healed and healthy as a current state not a future state that does not exist. When healing, thoughts are also critical. If I think I won’t heal, I won’t. My body believes what I say and what I think. If I think I will heal, I am more likely to heal because my body believes this to be true.

My life changed when a Christian girl raised by a minister father told me how powerful our words are. For example never say I am sick because you will become sick. Since learning this and believing this I have never been sick. Praise God and pray. 🙏

Real good advice here; just think before you speak, and remember to precipitate good from what you choose to say. Don't be mechanical. Be thoughtful and precise. Take your time.
