I’ve been playing Cap the intended way without no animation cancel, this nerf means NOTHING to me

Because the Heroes current state doesnt matter when that state is built on exploits/tech, because you can't account for that for eternity. Removing these things gives them a solid state that can be buffed/nerfed as needed/wanted without having to account for exploits.

Removing the animation cancel is a good then, now they can correctly buff and change the character without an animation cancel affecting him.
