A civil servant sees their salary after PAYE; an informal business owner often sees their income without equivalent income-tax deductions. Comparing those two figures can distort how profitable each path really is

If the civil servant is envious of the business owner ..let him quit and try doing business..untill government put up good structures to support business' they have no business taking direct income tax..
