Aish, my brother PDSD (depression) is real to be frank And I feel you my Brother. It easy we got to fight and seek some help out there for you to control and ease the inner feeling.And worse of all, our family lack knowledge and take it serious. God help all who are facing such.

At some point everyone once thought of suicide as an option and they had to decide if they take it or not. Suicide is just one of the options you have to choose from when facing problem but remember it's a permanent solution to temporary problem

So happy you’re out of it. I’ve also gone through bad depression and desperately called upon Jesus & God and was a Christian from a young age. When I let go of my belief in Jesus & letting go of control too, the depression went away.

I can understand and respect everyone's opinion. But i would like to say this, everything in this world is perspective, each and everyone of us have different perspectives about things thats just how the mind works. But subjectively, depression is not a disease its just an arlet.

It’s true guys. Depression feels like real prison. I went through it. Attempted suicide more than 8 times. The healing process it’s even harder. 6 months minimum if you’re taking your medication daily. My advice to all the brothers. Please talk, express how you feel and c a DR
