Agree on this as well. Proving grounds, pro am, but what’s funny is I thought everyone was a god at 2k. So are they only gods against bums? 🤔🤣

Now that is a conversation for another day and forum but i am with you on that. I love playing comp all the time. I believe it is making me better at the game

I understand why they did it tho. Because those same guys who called themselves “comp” never played in the comp modes anyway😂 they stayed away from pro am ON PURPOSE all last year just so they could team up against lesser skilled teams. Literally ran away from the good teams

There’s no happy medium with grind enough to play the game sweating comes with the territory.Theres always competition in every mode there’s no such thing as chilling lol

I definitely agree with you. I love it to a degree. I am speaking more for the working casual here or when you have events where you have to streak to win it.

I think we’re just gonna have to accept it. I can’t think of any other multiplayer I play that doesn’t have SBMM in both casual & ranked modes. SBMM has proven to keep player retention in these other multiplayers. 2K is just falling in line with the standard that’s set.
