There is something almost unsettling about watching this race end. Not because someone loses, but because, for a few seconds, the meaning of winning completely changes. The runners are almost at the finish line when one of them can no longer keep going. Her body gives out just when the goal is within reach. She falls, and suddenly the race becomes something very different from what it was a moment before. The other runners have a choice. They can keep running. They can accept the advantage that has just appeared in front of them, cross the finish line first, and let the result speak for itself. No rule requires them to stop. No official is going to punish them for continuing. This is a competition, and competitions are built around the idea that everyone is trying to get there before everyone else. But they stop anyway. They turn around, reach for her, help her back onto her feet, and continue toward the finish together. That small decision is what makes this clip so memorable. We are accustomed to seeing competition through numbers. First place. Second place. Winning time. Personal best. Records. Medals. Statistics. The entire structure of sport encourages us to identify the person who was fastest and separate that person from everyone else. But there are moments when the numbers suddenly feel inadequate. What number could measure the decision to give up a possible victory because another person needed help? What statistic could capture the few seconds someone spends turning around instead of moving forward? The people beside us become competitors rather than human beings going through their own struggles. That is why the fallen runner changes everything. Before she falls, she is simply another competitor. After she falls, she is vulnerable. And vulnerability has a strange way of reminding us of something competition makes us forget: the person next to us is not just someone standing between us and the finish line. They are someone who can become exhausted, frightened, injured, discouraged, or simply unable to take the next step. Just like we can. There is also something important about the way she is helped. She is not carried away from the race as though her participation is over. She is brought back into it. She is given the support necessary to finish what she started. That distinction matters. Sometimes helping someone does not mean doing everything for them. It means giving them enough support to stand again and take the next step themselves. And then comes the image that stays with me most: the three runners crossing the finish line together, their hands raised. From a traditional competitive perspective, that image is almost wrong. A race is supposed to create separation. One person finishes ahead. Another follows. Someone wins, someone loses. Yet this ending creates something completely different. There is no obvious distance between them. For one brief moment, the finish line belongs to all three. That is a beautiful reminder that some victories become more meaningful when they are shared. MrBeast illustrates this with a metaphor he picked up from a TED talk: "If you're driving down the road and you just see a cow, you're probably not even going to look at it. Who cares? You've seen them all the time. But if you're driving down the road and there's a purple cow, you're going to look like four times, you're going to remember that. She walked into Aerie already feeling vulnerable. Swimsuit shopping after having a baby? That alone was hard enough. She grabbed a handful of options, apologized in advance, even explained her situation; trying to make it easier, trying not to be that customer. But from the start, something felt off. The energy. The attitude. Still… she pushed through. Then it happened. As she walked back toward the fitting room, she heard it; her. The employee. Mid-sentence, complaining about “how much stuff” she had taken in. No filter. No awareness. And worst of all… no idea she was standing right there listening. Her heart dropped. All the insecurity she had tried to keep together? Gone in seconds. The worker tried to backtrack, claimed it was about someone else; but the damage was already done. She paid, left, and sat in her car trying not to cry… but she couldn’t hold it in. You never know what someone is going through; one careless comment can hit harder than you realize. If you caught someone talking about you like that… would you report it, confront them, or just walk away and never come back?

So this evening, someone sent me this video she recorded today. She said when I made the quoted post, she watched the video and waved it off as one of those social media stunts.until she bought some apples today and decided to confirm it herself before eating. Please when it comes to health,I don't joke with it,and you too shouldn't joke with it at all. It's healthy to eat apples everyday.but before you eat them,please i beg you to remove the wax before eating. Not many know that apples have wax (like the candle wax you know) used in preserving them before transporting them to different countries. Stay safe! Stay healthy! Oga Deeno cares.✌🏾
