Let’s see if Red Lobster can rebound and get into the Road Tour 10 listing for top restaurant chains. Customer service, cleanliness, food quality & taste have to be a focus. It’s not about restaurant redesigns. You can spruce up some of your sites without doing a full remodel. Customer service is paramount.
