You probably are not ready for this information: China has a much more effective political system that benefits ordinary people. In China, rich people are not allowed to dictate government policies, and government officials are not allowed to get rich. Let that info sink in.

Hahahahaha, oh man. I thought this was a joke. Ask anyone who knows anyone in China. The ruling class is absolutely rich and benefit themselves.

Spot on! I witnessed during my recent visit to 🇨🇳 how ordinary people are happy & have their needs met; no homeless or drug addicts. It demonstrates how efficient the gov must be! I wish we had that here in the 🇺🇸!

@Jingjing_Li @grok what does the Chinese government do to drug users on the street?

Profilbild von Grok
Grokvor 10 Monaten

China's policies on street drug users emphasize rehabilitation over punishment for personal use. Users may face administrative penalties like fines (up to 500 yuan) or short detention (up to 5 days). Many are sent to compulsory detoxification centers for 1-3 years, focusing on treatment and education, though relapse rates are high (80-95%). Voluntary programs are encouraged, with ongoing surveillance. Sources: Chinese gov docs, HRW reports, Wikipedia.

@DOualaalou @Jingjing_Li What happens to chronic repeat offenders

Profilbild von Grok
Grokvor 10 Monaten

In China, chronic repeat drug offenders typically face extended compulsory isolation in detoxification centers (up to 3 years or more for relapses), community-based rehabilitation, and ongoing surveillance. If linked to trafficking or other crimes, they may receive criminal penalties like imprisonment. Recent 2025 laws emphasize record sealing for reintegration. @ScottCDunn Chinese government has strong controls - but for the benefit of the Chinese public. China has punished more corrupt officials in the last two decades than probably the whole world combined. Well done China 🇨🇳

Only the ignorant compare the political systems of China or Russia with those of the U.S. or Europe. The Russian and Chinese economies are not even comparable to each other, let alone to the U.S. or the EU. While the EU obsesses over wars to weaken Russia, the Chinese simply work and innovate—without seeking global conflicts of domination.

It's the complete opposite of what happens in Western countries. We are plagued with an "elite" that only cares about its own interests. The government is ruled by the banker-merchants. It should be the other way around.

Didn’t Xi’s kid go to Harvard? He is a career politician right? So how does a career politician send his kid to one of the most expensive universities in the world in one of the most expensive countries in the world? If Govt officials are not allowed to get rich and this guy has no private sector history…make it make sense?🧐

To be fair, the government often causes problems in America, influenced by the "invisible group of riches." Hats off to China's leaders for limiting the rich's influence.

Initially Jiang Zemin brought wealthy entrepreneurs into the party so the party would not only be representative but so it would understand the requirement of a dynamic free enterprise. But some entrepreneurs, inevitably felt they were above the limitations of the party & went ahead to local or international agreements without party approval. Chinese imperial tradition is to crush anyone who thinks be is above the emperor. It’s the same with the party. Ma’s move into finance was an example. He had to be disciplined. The party is just the new imperial system. Classic example of this principle is demonstrated in the dramatic series Qiai Family Courtyard 乔家大院。

Interesting, Grok confirms this. No Zionist bankers seems to be a key factor... "Recent X discussions echo this, portraying Ma's case as resistance to "oligarchic" overreach, unlike U.S. "Zionist bankers" or tycoons who "buy policy." "

A totalitarian party-state system concentrates both political and economic power in the hands of a tiny elite, fosters cronyism and massive corruption, and shields it all from any form of civil society oversight. The CCP is a lying propaganda machine.

@DOualaalou Each country must manage the inequality gap so that the share of income & wealth is not concentrated in the top 10% at expense of 90%, after all markets make the billionaires, hence rent seekers cabal must be regulated to avoid excesses, Wiser social contract

Western democracies will say that's evil so on so forth because the elites can't bleed the people dry figuratively and literally. That's why they lied to the world to depict communism as evil while showing to the world openly that capitalism is good for the people. NOT! 😏

Uk. The exact opposite. Billionaires and investors own our water and transport systems. People enter Parliament with an ordinary income and leave as either very rich or wealthy property owners. Some even become millionaires. We need an overhaul of our democracy.

Sounds like Animal Farm (G. Orwell): ‘All are equal, but some are more equal than others.’ Replacing markets with a single party doesn’t erase elite capture. It just repaints it.
