You requested it, now it’s here - introducing Proton Sheets! The privacy-first alternative to Excel and Google Sheets. Spreadsheets form the framework of modern businesses, and with Proton Sheets, you can ensure your data is private and secure. 1/4

With Sheets, you can: 🔒 Safeguard your sensitive data with E2EE ➕ Use the built-in formulas you know and love 🕚 Work together with real-time collaboration 📊 Turn numbers into charts with data visualizations ⬇️ Easily import .CSV/.XLS 🛂 Control access at any time 2/4

Unlike spreadsheets provided by Big Tech, whose business model relies upon using your data, Proton Sheets doesn’t scan, track, or monetize your work. That means: ✅ You are in control 🚫 No file scanning or surveillance 🔐 Client and partner privacy is always respected 3/4

Whether you’re a small business, journalist, or startup, Proton Sheets helps you organize, collaborate, and protect the data that matters. We’re gradually rolling it out to users. Visit > New > New Spreadsheet to check it out. 4/4

Graphene in the streets. Proton in the sheets.

Excellent! Native Proton Drive client for Linux next? 🤨

And a launch on my birthday! Thanks, Proton!

Happy birthday!

What we also need are regionalized prices. I'm from Colombia and this is a lot for a student who works and earns a basic living :(.

Why not yet a version for Linux? who more seeks privacy, control of their data and more is engaged with this type of service (all services of Proton) I am sad that Linux will never be remembered, of course there is an effort and money involved 1/2

please just improve everything else before expanding again ok thx

You guys are doing great. I love this entire suite of products

Thank you, we appreciate it!

I subscribed to unlimited, I really like your services but linux need official supported clients ASAP!

Without comprehensive and native support for Linux, the focus on security is diminished

Do you offer a document scanner like in Google drive

Yes!

a good start! but maybe announce when it's out!

It's rolling out. Everyone will have access by early next week

We want Standard Notes guys

Amazing!! Thank you!! Databases next 🙏

Hey, what about using it on iOS? its integrated into @ProtonDrive or there is another app?

This might be one of the big game-changers for me. I'm a Proton family license holder and have a bunch of primitive shared spreadsheets with my family. Now they're going to be private. 🤌🏻 Calendar sync is still the most problematic everyday issue. I need all my calendars in one place.

Christmas came early this year

Amazing, thanks. Will probably start using this. Would love to see 'tasks' added to proton calendar. ♥️

Finally… spreadsheets without surveillance. Proton Sheets works for you. Google Sheets works *on* you. Choose privacy. Choose Proton. 🇨🇭🔥

Excellent! But it's much MORE urgent to add to Protonmail the feature of creating contacts stored on Protonmail on mobile phones, any mail & calendar suite have this feature!

YES!!! 🫡

Wow, thank you looking forward to trying it

HO HELL YEAH

LETS GO BABY

Finally! Can you please start supporting open file formats for documents and spreadsheets?

Is there a feedback forum or mechanism? I don't see one in the app itself. I understand a TON of features are missing/coming later, but some are broken. For example, turning off Gridlines only works for the current session. When you reopen the file, gridlines are back. View settings should be persistent in the file.

Nice!! But also improve Docs and Drive. The Proton Drive app isn’t as fluid as Google Drive

And waiting for YouTube replacement so that I can skip using Google products for good.

I don’t see any sheet in my profile…

It'll be fully rolled out by early next week

Thank you proton

proton . drive . Linux 🐧

Can we get a proton drive flatpak?

THANK YOU !!!!

@AlternativeTo It took a WHILE but it's here! Thank you!

You need regional pricing. Proton is not at all competitive in India. Privacy means nothing if I can't afford it.
