ติดตามอิงฟ้าได้อะไร นอกจากได้ชื่นใจผลงาน ยังได้ข้อคิดดีๆ เสมอ 🤍 A summary EF: Live in the present. Don’t let what happened in the past affect or spoil the present which is the moment you’re breathing now. Don’t worry about the future which hasn’t come yet. Some people feel unhappy because they keep thinking too much about the past or the future and that leads to worries and discouragement. Try to tell yourself to live in the present. According to Lord Buddha’s teachings, it’s called staying with your breath. Whatever you’re doing, do not worry about things that haven’t happened yet since it might not happen at all. I hope you stay mindful in everything you do, be it studies, work, love and the way you live your life. I’ll always root for you from here. It’s not only us who experience unhappiness, out of millions people living in this world, I believe that there’re people who are in the same situation like us but everyone needs to keep moving. The only fair thing in the world is time as time isn’t kind to anyone in particular. Time never stops for anyone and never has mercy. It doesn’t matter if you’re feeling happy or sad, you can never get extra time from anyone. Time is the only fairness that the world can give you. Time constantly moves forward, so we should move forward too. Do not stop and keep moving. You always have my encouragement. Hope you have a good day. #EngfaWaraha #อิงฟ้ามหาชน

Frank Slootman: “Being a CEO is a highly confrontational role” “I’ve gone one record a few times and people have taken me to task on it, when I’ve said that being a CEO is a highly confrontational role. But they think that ‘confrontational’ means I’m grabbing people by the lapels and slamming them against the wall and yelling. That’s not what I mean by confrontation.” The former CEO of Snowflake and ServiceNow continues: “Confrontation is about confronting issues and situations. When you see something that is either not good, not good enough, or can be better, you need to talk to the team and people responsible to bring them along in your thinking.” In Frank’s view, the framing should be: “this is why I am saying this, what do you think?” The goal of the conversation is to help them see the problems you’re seeing. You should be driving them to a “higher level of aspiration,” he explains. “I often start the conversation with, ‘How do you think things are going?’ I’m not telling them ‘you suck,’ or ‘things are terrible.’ Let them talk. And then you can say, ‘Well what about this?’ And all of a sudden, the perspective has opened up and changed. So the challenge is bringing them along in your thinking — then it’s not confrontational… Obviously there’s finesse and subtlety. You’re dealing with people. You don’t want to destroy them. You want to build them, not bring them down.” You need to help them grow: “People have a tendency to go sideways. They rinse and repeat and keep doing the same things. You can’t in a high-growth company. You need to become a different version of yourself. I’m trying to help them think through that. What does that look like? What does your organization look like a year from now versus what it looks like today?… In other words, stimulate their thinking. Challenge them to think about what they should do differently next week. Is that confrontation? Yes it is, but it’s dressed up in a way that it engages people.” Frank believes founders should be doing this every single week. Source: Foundation Capital (Nov 2024)

He's right. And I don't mean that sarcastically, or cruelly, or unkindly. Men, that is your purpose, perhaps above all others. It is the very definition of masculinity. It is to give, always, more than you receive. It is not fair. It is not just. But it is the truth. Importantly, just like Batman, you are under no requirement to save everyone. You should be VERY discerning in this regard... But think carefully about every man you think highly of. All of them, every single last one, in stark terms produces more than he consumes. That is what it is to *be* a man. "But what if I need help?" Then you should seek it. And you should understand that the cloudy voice in your head telling you it would be better to self destruct is an animalistic thing, slamming its hand down on the dopamine button, pumping your head full of fantasies of glorious self sacrifice because it feels good in a moment when you're suffering most. Get it? That's why you're fantasizing about it. Because it feels good, in your moments of most terrible suffering, to see yourself as a hero. The very embodiment of self sacrificing masculinity. It counteracts the pain. It's self medication, it keeps you going. And so you slam down that fantasy button as things get worse and worse and worse... until it's not enough, until the fantasy could not only never be enough, but in order to survive the fantasy simply must start to translating into action. And thus it feels good again. Because now there's hope. There's a goal. The fantasy of being a self sacrificial hero is finally being backed up by action, evidence. "I will die usefully." And the conclusion of all of this is exactly what you expect it would be. Don't let it be.

Keith Rabois: “I tell founders not to worry about runway. Worry about lift.” “If you think about lift in a plane context, a company is only valuable if you achieve lift. Runway is a tactic for achieving lift, and you may need to extend the runway so that you have more time to get lift. But unless you’re actually achieving lift with that extra time, it doesn’t help you.” Keith continues: “I hate when a founder is like, ‘I want to raise this much money because it gives me two years runway.’… That is a stupid way to think about your fundraising.” Instead, founders should ask themselves what they need to achieve to achieve lift, and then work backwards from that. When Keith invests at Khosla Ventures and Founders Fund, they write internal memos about the three key risks to the company. Usually you can’t achieve all three in one financing, so founders should be asking themselves, What’s the most important inflection? And then structure their financing to achieve that. Keith advises founders that it’s ok to let their runway go very low if they feel like they’re approaching lift: “A lot of founders get very bad advice like ‘Oh, you need to have this much runway or you won’t be able to raise money from strength.’ That’s nonsense. If you have traction - if you hit a viral coefficient of 1 with three months of runway - almost every VC on the planet knows how to invest in that company, and it will not be a problem.” Video source: Khosla Ventures (2024)

Trust me bro… ima leave this right here! Don’t question what type of cancer I have? Don’t question why the “investigator fund” is being split? The investigators fund should solely go to the investigators? No? Am i wrong?? I’M GOING TO BE IN YOUR FACE EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL YOU ANSWER EVERY QUESTION! You are an investigator that seeks people out… you’re vetting sucks! If i did my due diligence and I know,AND you’re saying that you stay behind your vetting.. then bro I have no words for you. Ima let those cards fall where they may. You know you’re dealing with some of the BEST investigators right? You should not expect anything less from me… I’m doing your job for you. Should these two funds be split? I would put into it weekly…even though I will not be participating in the program! I’m here for our community not to receive money! One would think, IF you do not want to provide your first and last name.. which I get…By the minimum you should at least provide what type of blood cancer you have. It should not be so vague and none of the “givers” should walk away with more questions than answers!! So let’s listen to the recording together.. You make your own assessment because if you’re taking public dollars, then I think you should have to publicly respond to ALL questions publicly. I should NOT be shut down OR treated like absolute shit bc I’m are asking questions you don’t like. That sounds like leftist tactics to me. Fuck both of these dudes.. Muppet you lost all credibility in my eyes..and I love you like a brother.. You’re wrong on this one! You should be as enthusiastic on X as you are on all the YouTube channels pushing this nonsense. You should be eager to answer every single question since you are asking OUR community to contribute their hard earned dollars. Y’all are on a world tour right…promoting this on youtube… bring that same energy… Is the giving still at $1540 since Friday? Why do you think this is??? There is more people questioning…than giving! That should tell you something. Ask why! Let’s air it out together publicly…the people need to hear the answers.. Do you want to discuss publicly? What is this snippet is talking about? Or should WE Give Sent Go and “trust us bro”??? WE can talk about it if you want.. or not! But i have questions… it’s in your name no? Uncle Tom Muppet Masher

Jordan Peterson on how to easily overcome social anxiety: 1. Social anxiety is not shyness. When you walk into a social situation, your brain registers it as a dominance hierarchy that is judging you. A negative judgment means low status. Low status interferes with everything your biology cares about. You are not being irrational. You are being evaluated by something that feels like nature itself, and your nervous system knows it. 2. Telling an anxious person to stop thinking about themselves does not work. You cannot tell someone to stop thinking about something. They get caught in the loop. Stop thinking about a white elephant. white elephant. white elephant. The instruction makes it worse. The only way out is to give the brain something else to do. 3. The actual solution is to look at other people. not glance. Genuinely look. Watch their face. Track what they are thinking. The moment you focus outward, your automatic social mechanisms engage, and the awkwardness dissolves on its own. You cannot be socially calibrated and self-focused at the same time. Attention can only go in one direction. 4. When speaking to a group, never try to address the group. It does not exist as a thing you can talk to. Find one person, look at them directly, and talk to that person. They will reflect the entire room back to you because everyone is entrained to the same social signal. If you can talk to one person, you can talk to anyone. 5. The eye at the top of the pyramid, the thing the Egyptians worshipped as Horus, is attention itself. What you pay attention to determines everything. The most important thing to look at is whatever your instincts flag as slightly wrong or off. That is where the real information is. Your enemies are useful for the same reason. They will tell you things about yourself that nobody else will, and occasionally one of those things will be accurate.

Mark Cuban revealed the secrets that turned him from bartender to billionaire: 1. Do not follow your passion. Follow your effort. Where you actually put your time and energy is where your real talent lives. Passion is a feeling. Effort is evidence. The business you are willing to grind for is the business you should be building. 2. Read the manual. In any new industry or technology, most people are too lazy to learn the basics. The person who simply takes the time to understand how something works will always be ahead of the person who does not. That gap is your opportunity. 3. Sweat equity is the best equity. Raising money is not an achievement. It is a liability. The moment someone gives you money they own a piece of your destiny. Build with effort first and capital second. 4. Be profitable from day one. Cuban never had a losing month at Micro Solutions. Not one. Profit is not something you figure out later. It is the discipline you build from the very first transaction. Growth without profit is just a slow death. 5. Sales cures all. Every single problem in a business can be solved with more revenue. If you are struggling, you are not selling enough. Stop fixing internal problems and go get more customers. 6. Differentiation is everything. If you are describing your company using words like faster, better, or cheaper you have already lost. Those words mean nothing because your competitor is saying the exact same thing. Find the thing only you can do and make that the whole story. 7. Always ask is this the best possible way. Cuban does not just look at businesses and think about improvements. He looks at them and asks whether they can be completely dismantled and rebuilt from scratch. That question is what turned a desire to hear basketball games into a company he sold for billions. 8. Control your own destiny. The minute you become dependent on a partner, an investor, or a single customer for survival, you have handed your future to someone else. Every decision you make should protect your ability to operate independently. 9. Entrepreneurship is not about the idea. It is about doing the work everyone else refuses to do. Most people get excited about an idea, talk about it, and stop there. The ones who win are the ones who wake up the next day and actually do something about it. 10. Lie to yourself and you will fail. Cuban says entrepreneurs deceive themselves more than anyone. About whether their idea is truly different. About how hard their competition will fight back. About how much time they actually have. Brutal honesty with yourself is not optional. It is survival. 11. Time is worth more than money. Cuban turns down investments not because of the financials but because of the time they will cost him. Money can be made again. Time cannot be recovered. Every opportunity should be measured against what it costs you in hours not just dollars. 12. Success is waking up excited about the day. Not the net worth. Not the title. Not the house. Cuban defines success as opening your eyes in the morning and feeling genuinely excited about what is ahead. Everything else, the money, the fame, the Mavericks, is just a byproduct of that feeling.
