You should not always stay at home, here's why‼️‼️

Rumination is more getting stuck in a loop of negative thoughts. Staying home by yourself does give you more time to have such thoughts, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that just staying home is going to cause rumination sometimes you just like your own company. 🤷‍♂️
