My first try using #Spine2D! Did it in 2-3 hours, it's surprisingly easier than I thought I'm used to animating in #Live2D and After Effects so it's pretty different from what I'm used to Good to try new things, it was fun! :D

Well, I *was* having fun with my first 2011 🤣 Tonight after a couple mags it failed to go fully into battery, so I pushed it forward and fired the chambered round (perhaps that was an error, though it was a pretty gentle push I didn't need to force it or anything). Now it's totally locked up, not sure what to do but maybe one of you knows. It only has about 300 rounds through it, and cleaned and oiled it after the first 100. I know it has a bit of a break-in period, though this was my first issue with it. But it's a pretty big issue! I could try and really force it open but I dont want to break it.

sharing a pretty important primitive in my agentic engineering setup I call it "gnhf" - good night, have fun basically, every night before I go to bed, I would put my agents to work so I never wake up "empty-handed". it's done through a similar setup as geoff's famous ralph loop and Andrej Karpathy's autoresearch i just open sourced my solution as a tool at - it's a dead-simple orchestrator that can run claude code, codex, opencode and rovo dev it's particularly effective when you give a measurable goal for the agents to work towards. the agent will deterministically attempt at it, make incremental progress, keep successful results and discard failed ones - rinse and repeat until you wake up (or it reaches the caps you set) i previously ran this with a bunch of scripts but finally got time to package it as a tool - pretty fresh so will likely have rough edges, but feel free to give it a try! good night, have fun!

I hear the dog barking and look to see what he's barking at only to see a baby rabbit in the pool. So, I jump in the pool to try to grab it. After I go in the rabbit swims to the filtration system. I then try to grab it and it bites me (i don't blame it at all..) and I started recording because I thought it might devolve into an all out war between me and this diminutive rabbit 🐰 Once I finally fished it out with a basket to avoid getting bit yet again it wouldn't leave. This happened over 20 mins ago and it's still sitting where it was at the end of this video eating grass. Do I have a new pet rabbit now? 🤨🐇 #rabbit #animals #nature #bunny #pets

A good quick summary of my approach to writing. If I can't write something I feel great about in 5-10 minutes, I just throw it away and start over. I don't try to massage the bad into the good, I erase the bad to make way for something better to emerge. For me, throwing it away is faster, and the outcome better, than trying to recover a piece of writing that isn't headed where I want it.
