Technology is a game changer for learners with visual impairments. 💻 📚 Credit to @ntvuganda for highlighting how the integration of ICT and assistive technology is transforming learning for learners at Salaama School for the Blind, enabling them to access information, participate more actively in class, and learn more independently. At NUDIPU, we want to extend this conversation and action to a selected school in Tororo as we commemorate 39 years of existence. Through this initiative, we will demonstrate why learners with disabilities need access to technology and assistive devices to participate fully in the classroom, access learning materials, and acquire knowledge at the same pace as their peers. Inclusive education cannot be achieved without inclusive technology. Every learner deserves the tools and opportunity to learn, participate and thrive. #NUDIPUAdvocacyDay2026
