I swear by the Almighty, this rings true. I have issues with consistency, ADHD. When I miss my prayers for a day or two, my knees start to hurt. The pain subsides after 2-3 days of observing salat consistently. The moment I sin and shy away from God is when Salat becomes inconsistent
