spoiler about the new songs!!! 🐹: ah seriously, the new song.. it's a mini album but.. among these songs, there are 3 songs that i.. all of the songs are great, but these 3 songs especially, including the title track, will be xdiz's bangers once again, great enough that you'd want to keep listening to them. also, if i were to brag about something, it's been a while since "fire", i think.. at least i don’t remember having any since then. but for the first time in a while, two songs that i wrote the lyrics for are included. so i feel even more attached to this album. especially one of those two songs, i worked really hard on it, revising it a lot. i put a lot of effort and care into the lyrics. personally, i already love the song itself, and since the final result came out as well as the amount of effort i put into it, i feel even more attached to it.

Yesterday I lost every ounce of STEEZE and composure as Faze came to my house. I don't even know how to express the feeling. When he left I started playing old songs and I lost it, I cried like a baby. Those were the songs that formed me, songs that moved my depth. This is what I feel the new generation music lacks, which is what I am trying to bring back with my new Album THE MEN, THE BOYS AND YOUR GUY.

In the 90s, artists had to put in a lot of effort to promote their songs to their audience, which compelled them to think deeply before crafting lyrics. However, this generation benefits from the internet and record labels partnering with streaming companies to push songs into our eyes and ears, making it challenging to appreciate artists solely based on their lyrical content. When comparing Seyi Sodimu and Tems' versions of "Love Me Jeje," which one would you prefer to jam to the most? While I appreciate Tems giving credit to the originator, I would rate her rendition a 6/10.#mixofusng

Listen to this interview and hear Peter admit that while making Game Over, he wanted P-Square to change their style of music, while Paul believed that doing so would affect their musical brand. Jude then asked them to each pick five songs for the album. Peter didn’t like “Do Me,” “Ifunanya,” and “No One Like You” and didn’t select them, while Paul did. Those songs went on to become some of the biggest songs on the album. This is why I’ve always said Paul has the stronger musical instincts. 🐻: The reason why I turned on the live for Armys.. the reason is, well, this might be kind of a TMI but also not? It’s not like someone asked me to promote their songs or something, or that I have a friend or any sort of connections with the group, it’s just I am a fan of the group Brown Eyed Soul and have been for a very long time. So I turned on the live to express and share with you their songs as a long time fan. I’m doing it for the first time. One time I actually met some fans outside a store in LA, and I asked them if they wanted to get in my car and listen to my unreleased songs. It was really cute. They were safe, like 14-year-old girls, and they were so sweet. It was the best day of our lives.”

Do you know that at a point during the conflict between Peter, Paul and Jude, Paul told Peter something that Since he was always saying that his songs are not being accepted and that it is only Paul’s songs Jude takes, let them do it this way; For example, if P-Square wanted to release a 10-song album, Peter should contribute five songs and Paul also contribute five songs. Peter would write, compose and produce his five songs himself, and Paul would do the same with his. If Peter wanted Paul to feature on any of his songs, he could invite him. If Paul wanted Peter on any of his songs, he could also invite him. Either of them could also feature other artistes on their individual tracks. The songs would then be compiled and released as a P-Square album, keeping the brand intact. Their performances would also remain joint. If Peter got a show, he could call Paul, they perform together and share proceeds 50/50. If Paul got a show, same arrangement which is they perform together and share 50/50. Then comes the most important part which is about royalties. Each person would retain the copyright and royalties for the songs they individually created. So if Peter wrote and produced five songs, he earns the royalties from those five songs. If Paul wrote and produced five songs, he earns the royalties from his own. In other words, Peter would have the opportunity to create his own songs, produce them, release them under the P-Square brand, perform them as P-Square, and still earn directly from his work.
