Dear Nick Mangwana, Peace be upon you, my dear brother. I want to share with you a heartbreaking experience I had yesterday. A group of Zimbabwean and African parents in the diaspora asked me to speak to their young children about Zimbabwe and Africa once or twice a month via Zoom, depending on my availability, to help keep them grounded and connected to their roots. Yesterday, during one of our sessions, a child raised the issue of lawlessness in the country and the stalled or arrested development in post-colonial Zimbabwe. What hurt me, Nick, was when one of the young participants, 15 years old to be precise, remarked; “Perhaps it was better for Ian Smith to have held on for another ten years. He could have built more things for our country and then left in 1990.” It is painful, Nick, because governance has failed so badly that our own children are now wishing colonial rule had lasted a little longer, just to benefit from its infrastructure programmes. The same child went on to say that ZANUPF’s argument about sanctions, quoting him, “is idiotic, because Ian Smith was under proper economic sanctions with a trade embargo, something that you, Uncle Hope, have articulated publicly and is known by anyone and everyone.” This is painful, Nick, because your boss, Vice President Kembo Mohadi, said the same thing in a different way in the video below inadvertently broadcast on the state run broadcaster I know you are afraid to respond because you might lose your job, but I share this with you publicly so that you, too, can take a moment to reflect on the failures authored by ZANUPF, failures now being acknowledged by the Vice President himself. This also shows the futility of propaganda Nick, because young kids are reading. They know more than we give them credit for. What should be done, Nick?

🐶💬 Yunjin’s Las Vegas Ending ment “Vegas, did you guys have fun tonight? Thank you so much, so did we! I know it’s almost the end of our American tour, but we still have 1 more city left. But I just feel, like what chaewon said, that throughout this tour we have really grown as a team, and also as individuals. And I think we owe that all to you guys, because you truly inspire us to strive to become better performers, better people, better artistes and a better team. So I truly wanna take this moment to bring that honour all (back) to you guys. Thank you so much for helping Le sserafim become Le sserafim - just wanted to say that first. And I don’t know about you guys, but after every show, but we also kinda get a sense of PCD. Yeah, I mean everyone has experienced post-concert depression at least once! But… you guys feel it, we feel it, and I feel like after every show it’s kind of like: omg was that real? Was yesterday real? Are all the people who came to our show, are those like real people? You guys are all real people, right? Like this isn’t AI-generated? You know? It’s not AI! It’s not pre-recorded! Anyway… yeah 😂 So I feel like it could be the same for you guys, I don’t know. Sometimes I like to lookup concert reviews, just because it helps us monitor and gives us good feedback and good criticism. So I like to monitor (that). But I saw people who were like, after they go to a show it feels so surreal that they kinda forget the experience. Because it felt so other-worldly, and it didn’t feel like the artistes than they were seeing were right in front of them? So just in case anybody has that experience when they get home, just letting you know, we’re real! This isn’t a dream, everything you saw here today was real! And when you go home, all these memories that you carry home with you are going to be real. And then like what Chaewon said, we really hope that you can take these memories, and use them as a source of energy going forward. So yeah, hopefully us breaking this fourth wall didn’t make you feel like, “omg they’re real, now I kinda don’t like them as much as before”. Cause that happens to some people! Some people are like, “I’ve seen my favourite celebrity in real life, and I’m like omg I feel like they’re real, now I kinda don’t like them anymore” 😂 So I hope you guys still love us, and come to our next show when we come back to Vegas! So yeah, I just wanted to let you guys know that this is all real - this is very real to us. And we will be back, we love you so much Vegas! We really couldn’t have asked for a better crowd, thank you so much, mwah!” 🌸 this is real! 🐈‍⬛ this isn’t AI! Thank you for being real people!

The Tkachuk brothers and Connor Hellebuyck on the importance of representing Team USA... Hellebuyck: “Yeah, you know, it's one of those things, the more you say it, the more it shocks me [the U.S. had not won since 1980]. I know, as a kid, I always dreamed of watching those guys, and my big dream was to be like them one day and now, I'm in those shoes, and the next generation is looking up at us, and I want to be that role model. I want to be as good as I can on and off the ice for those kids, and I want them to know their dreams can come true. I was that young kid chasing a dream and you never know what tomorrow brings, and, you know, it can happen. Hard work, and smart work, and doing the right things. It does pay off. Matthew Tkachuk: “My dad was lucky enough to finish in four Olympics. The best he finished was a silver in Salt Lake. And he, you know, wouldn't have traded any of those experiences for that experience, he just had in Italy for us. Like, he — to him, to my mom, to my sister, to, you know, our wives, families, everything, like it was the most incredible time, probably anybody has ever had in the sport of hockey. So, we're so lucky for the support. We're so lucky for the support from our dad. I still talk to him daily about everything hockey, life-related, and I'm shocked he actually didn't cry to be honest with you, but he was very, very proud. Brady Tkachuk: “Yeah, I think that's the best part about our job is being able to be those role models, like Helle was saying, like the 1980 team, influenced so many players, then that 1996 World Cup team influenced our generation, and we — we even talked about it, that we had an opportunity in front of us that we could really impact the next generation of, you know, kids in the U.S., and, you know, a kid watching that game that never thought he would be playing hockey and ends up picking up a hockey stick and ends up being the next superstar in the NHL. So, we’re very fortunate and blessed to be in this position and to be a role model for kids.”

My name is Darren Stallcup and I am running for congress to replace Nancy Pelosi 🇺🇸🧵 I was born and raised in The San Francisco Bay Area. I know every corner of this city and have traveled North, East, South and West our great beautiful country. Growing up I have seen our community go from being the cultural capital of the world to the technology capital. I saw the good days and now I see the pain. San Francisco used to be one of the greatest cities in the world and it still can be if we stop the corruption, chaos and lawlessness and focus on real common-sense solutions. Our government is the problem. The disconnect between Sacramento and California Families is appalling. We pay the most in taxes and have the least representation. The 4th largest economy in the world, but third world conditions across the street from billion dollar tech offices. The cost of living is through the roof. People are living check to check just to pay an arm and a leg to get by. Families are leaving California. Our local businesses are closing down. Crime is skyrocketing and local leaders and the media keeps telling us "Crime Is Down". There is a housing crisis. A Homelessness crisis. A fentanyl crisis. Not to mention the corrupt politicians and non-profits who benefit from the suffering on the streets. Billions of dollars have been spent only for the situation I walk these streets every single day. I don’t sit in offices. I don’t take donor money. I am on the frontlines, in the trenches, fighting the good fight. I help the homeless every day and night. I hand out blankets, food, toiletries, ponchos and winter jackets. I talk to them. I listen. Forming relationships with the less fortunate on the streets is essential to understanding the humanitarian crisis in our community. Unlike the elite democrat 1%, I don't see homeless people or drug addicts as a dollar sign. Besides volunteering at local shelters and churches, I have spent years as a neighborhood watch in SOMA, Chinatown and Union Square. Not to mention everywhere in between. I have made the most citizens arrests in San Francisco. Some people have even started calling me the Batman. In Chinatown, I am known as The Chinatown Cowboy. After stopping two restaurant robberies downtown San Francisco they are calling me a bunch of different names. When shopping at our last few remaining grocery stores (see mass theft for more.) I have been known to chase down thieves, No matter where I am, I have always during these chaotic and lawless times, I have always made a sincere effort to ensure the safety and well being of elders, women and children. I am running for office because our leaders have forgotten that family is the most important thing in this world. I organized the World Peace Movement AND Fentanyl-Free Playgrounds. I led three different fentanyl road trips across America to raise awareness about the widespread dangers of Fentanyl and how it is not just a California problem but a problem for our entire country and now I am waking people up. Being the tip of the spear in the fight against fentanyl has lead me to speak at City Hall as well as National and International TV. Besides pouring out my blood, sweat and tears for San Francisco while our local leaders sit on their ass in some mansion on top of the hill, I enjoy planting Redwood Trees and cleaning up our waterways. I know I’m young. I know I don’t have a Harvard law degree. But what I do have is real experience... not from offices, behind keyboards or fundraisers, but from the streets, from the people, from the heart of San Francisco, from the heart of America. I represent the common man, the working class, the dreamers, the families who still believe America can be greater than ever before. You don’t need a lifetime in Washington D.C. swamp to understand right from wrong, you just need a conscience, courage and love for our great beautiful country. I may be young but I have more experience on the frontlines, in the trenches, than Scott Weiner and London Breed. I’ve lived firsthand what they talk about. I have crossed oceans for our community when these politicians couldn't even jump over a puddle. Winter has a way of purifying the camp. Debate season is coming and I don't need any talking cards or teleprompters. You won't see me with an ear piece. I know California better than any of these democrat candidates. My World Peace platform is as humble of a beginning as California can hope for. I do all this with $0 ... no PACs, no tech cash, no lobbyists. I am a man of the people who will fight for California. I love this place with all of my heart. I am not leaving. This is my 9 Part thread about my mission to save California. #StallcupForCongress

Sunny Hostin attacks South Carolina for Darline Graham being their first female senator, and says there's something "fundamentally wrong" with the state. She suggests doctors can't be senators. She and Joy Behar call the appointment "the very definition of a DEI [hire]" and an example of how "our government is fundamentally broken": SUNNY HOSTIN: I don't love it. I don't love it. You know, she'll be the first woman to be a U.S. senator in South Carolina in his the history of the state. And I think that that's just -- it's just fundamentally wrong that South Carolina just couldn't elect a woman and this is the only way that it was done. I think the experience does matter. And while she is a certified optician and while she has done great work in that field, I don't think that she should be representing the people of South Carolina in the U.S. Senate. I just don't. JOY BEHAR: It's this the very definition of a DEI? SUNNY HOSTIN: Correct! correct! It's everything that the Republican Party stands against! Everything! Everything! [Applause] It's DEI. Nepotism. All these things thrown in together. And, you know, at this very same time Pete Hegseth blocked more promotions for women in particular for women of color to become admirals. And so this is happening. I feel like our government is fundamentally broken and I just -- I disagree -- I disagree with this. BEHAR: I agree with you. It's not like taking over your mother's job at McDonald's. HOSTIN: Yeah, it's not. BEHAR: You're running -- HOSTIN: It's the U.S. Senate. BEHAR: You're in government. You have to know what you're doing. ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: You guys are putting too much stock in who's currently in Congress. WHOOPI GOLDBERG: Yeah, you got a point.

One more road to cross…. Jan 20th There’s a lot of ways you can impact the game. There’s lots of ways to impact the coaches and players. If you see me… I’m constantly trying to provide and be a source of serious, positive, encouraging and focused energy for the team. You never know how anyone is feeling. Football has lots of emotions. Lots of ups, downs and your mind shifts constantly. Sometimes it’s good to have a stable voice to encourage you, give advice on how to view a set of circumstances, talk about the mentality and strategy it takes to overcome a situation or you need a voice to tell you….. “let’s go and f*ck some sh*t up” (my favorite). It’s an honor to be back around these coaches, players and fans again. The whole experience has made me shed tears more than a few times. I’m passionate about Ohio. I have a lot of pride and happiness with being from Ohio. I love how these young guys are representing. We have to go win another tough one! I’ll be right there…. Talking, yelling, jumping, pacing the locker room like I’m preparing to play and encouraging these guys. God has blessed me. I have a great life. I get to contribute to Ohio State Football UConn Men's Basketball and @itiswhatitis_talk all while being myself in every environment. I hope this post encourages anyone who’s going through a challenging moment in their life. I’ve been through a lot of shit to get here. It might take time but you can get your life back. You can be resilient. It might take years but you can reach the top despite any and all challenges. I wouldn’t be able to operate, contribute and give value to anything I’m connected to had I not improved myself. Self improvement is the foundation of all improvement. Go Bucks! Thanks again Frank Hyatt.com_ for the photos. These warm my mother soul! She loves to see me happy! Michelle Clarett

Super Shrimp World Level 6 - Tokenomics! Check out the Galxe page for level 6 here: This quest attempts to cover the last missing pieces of information around SHRIMP, mainly our tokenomics. Tokenomics are weird and complicated, and can be difficult to understand from a regular users point of view - we'll try to make it as easy to digest as possible, by providing proper context and transparency. Our tokenomics are designed by us, which means they might be flawed, but they are carefully chosen this way because we believe it's the best course of action considering our ambitions for SHRIMP. There will be a fancy pie-chart on our website, but to summarize, here is what it looks like: Total supply: 121,212,121. 30% - Community. 30% - Reserve. 15% - LP. 15% - Investors. 5% - DAO. 5% - Team. Here is a brief description for each category: Community: Community is sort of a broad term - this allocation includes, but is not limited to: Aptomingos, [REDACTED] Keys and CB ordinals: Our dear loyal supporters - the people who have faith in us. Aptomingos will naturally get the highest allocation, but we'd like to show good faith to both key holders and CB ordinal holders by providing a small allocation to them as well. SHRIMP liquidity providers: We'd like to incentivize you guys to provide liquidity for SHRIMP, and we'll be working closely with DEX's to make this a reality. Barbecue participants: The Barbecue is all about rewarding active users who enthusiastically pays attention to our shenanigans, and punish the ones that don't. NFT and DeFi communities: The SHRIMP experience isn't gated to our holders only - we're looking to include the entire Aptos ecosystem, and even a few friends from other networks. This means we'll drop an allocation to our NFT and DeFi friends as well. This won't be done in a regular fashion, but we'll provide more context on this front in the near future. Galxe participants: These Galxe campaigns have been part of a little way to boost our engagement while still educating you guys about the core concepts of SHRIMP. So far, they've been pretty easy, but you never know what might happen in the future. Reserve: This allocation of tokens are specifically set aside for our mechanic called The Reserve. These tokens will only be utilized when we hit certain burn thresholds from The Barbecue. We highly doubt that we'll utilize the total amount in this category this way, so this allocation will also serve as a backup for things like grants for builders, more airdrops, providing more liquidity, etc. LP: Our initial liquidity pool will consist of 15% of the total supply. We'd like for people to able to trade freely, and sufficient liquidity is the key to that goal. Investors: We believe we have a good mix of people in our presale round. We've got founders, real products, influential traders, whales, and people who've shown loyalty and faith in us from our humble beginnings. This allocation is vested, and they will have ZERO tokens available to trade on day 1. DAO & Team: The DAO allocation is for anything we'd like to do as a project. Think of this allocation as a jack-of-all-trades. Team allocation is sort of self-explanatory, we'd like to be involved in the process and experience of SHRIMP, while also being paid for the work we've done over the past couple of months. Team allocation is vested, similar to presale. We retain the right to drop these allocations as we see fit, and we've already explained that not everything will be dropped at once. We'd like a healthy circulating supply, which means things might be done slowly, and might be adjusted as we go.

THE SPEECH of Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex at Project Health Mind gala upon receiving The Humanitarians of the Year award with Harry, The Duke of Sussex "Our children Archie and Lili are just 6 and 4 years old. Luckily they are still too young for social media but we know that day is coming and so like many parents we think constantly about how to embrace technology's benefits while safeguarding against its dangers, and that hopeful intention, separation, is rapidly becoming impossible. Now two years ago we first spoke publicly about the work we've been doing with parents around social media's devastating impact on their children. There was no better place to share this than on World Mental Health Day with Project Healthy Minds. Their dedication to expanding access to mental health support is exactly what we aim to do by building this community called ‘The Parent Network’. We launched this program a year prior after we had been tracking the effects of online harms more broadly in twenty twenty. We were doing the research, we were meeting with experts at Stanford who have been trying to be heard on the findings that they knew were troubling and that would only worsen. And our work continued for years quietly and then in 2023 we connected with the social media victims law centre. We met with a group of American families whose lives were forever changed by the online harms that ultimately created the tragic fates of their children. And in that first gathering it was clear that for all of these families, meeting others who endured a similar experience was comforting, but more than that, was unifying. We felt the collective strength of this community coming together to heal, and feeling compelled to act in a much more public way, which is what we began to do, together we can and we will build a movement that all families and all children deserve. We know that when parents come together, when communities unite, waves are made. We've seen it happen and we're watching it grow, and with your support we'll continue building a safer digital world for all of our children. So on behalf of my husband and I, thank you so much for being here tonight. Thank you all of you for your support and thank you for standing with us as we continue this vital work.t Tank you. We appreciate it." Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex 9/10/25 #HarryandMeghan #MentalHealthAwarenessDay #TheParentNetwork

How it started & how it’s going 💫 I have to reshare this video of me as a child, doing what I love & speaking with so much conviction & passion. Little did I know that I’d go on to do this exact thing as my full time career, but on a much larger scale…sketching up my own designs that are being worn by superstars & working with major brands. It’s pretty surreal to look back on with all that I’ve achieved now. It goes to show how our destiny is already written & can show itself from childhood. When I was at primary & secondary school, being a boy that loved drawing, collecting fashion dolls & was seen as more feminine compared to other boys, I became an easy target & was bullied quite harshly for just being myself. I sometimes still experience similar situations today as an adult, just going about my daily business. Even though I couldn’t wait for my school years to be over so I could focus on my true purpose, I never conformed to fit in. I stayed true to myself & was thankful to have supportive family that encouraged my talent & creative interests from very early on. The things that made me stand out & that I was bullied for back then, are what ultimately got me to where I am today…a self-made, fashion success story! I say all of this to encourage any young boy out there who can relate, who feels different, or that may not have the support system from their family, to never change who you are or let anyone stifle your self expression, passion & creativity. Go after all your dreams, even if you don’t have support. YOU can make it happen for yourself! I believe in you. If I can do it, so can you 🤗🩵

📢 Tamara Lich is under house arrest — so how did we just hire her at Rebel News? Just a few days ago, Tamara Lich 🇨🇦 took her first trip to our Rebel News office as our newest employee! I was there in an Ottawa courtroom when Tamara Lich, the leader of the trucker convoy, was sentenced to a year under house arrest. She’s only allowed to leave her home for medical appointments and church, and a few hours a week to buy groceries. She’s not allowed to go out for dinner or visit friends or even go for a walk. It’s atrocious. But there is another exception: she can leave her home for work. That got me thinking. Tamara has worked with Rebel News before — speaking at our events across Canada, coming on our TV shows and even going on a multi-city book tour to promote her best-selling autobiography. So, with the guidance of Tamara's lawyer, I offered her a formal job. And I sent the job offer to her probation officer, and phoned the probation officer and walked her through it, line by line — including the parts about Tamara travelling. And to my relief, she approved it! So just a few days ago, Tamara took her first trip to our Rebel News office as our newest employee! Obviously it’s a pain in the neck to have to check in with the probation officer every time Tamara travels, and have each trip approved. But if we carefully follow the rules, we will be able to make this work. To me, the most important part of Tamara's job will be our upcoming campus tour, where Tamara will go town by town, like Charlie Kirk did, talking to young people about freedom and hope. She is such a good role model and such a positive person, I truly think she’ll help us win the battle of ideas with young people. But I mentioned Charlie Kirk. And we know about the horrific attack on him that claimed his life. Unfortunately, Canada has seen increasing violence, too, including from Antifa thugs and pro-Hamas extremists. Just last week, a conservative professor, Frances Widdowson, was mobbed by left-wing extremists at the University of Victoria, and police did nothing to protect her. We simply can’t have that happen to our Tamara. So I’ve promised Tamara that we will protect her. We will have professional security guards with her when she goes out in public to do journalism. And when she goes on campus, we’ll have at least four guards assigned just to protect her personally, and more to secure the larger venue. It’s outrageous that police and campus security won’t protect conservatives. No other journalists or activists in Canada have to hire private security guards to keep them safe. At Rebel News, it’s actually one of our largest expenses. It’s unfair, but that’s the world we live in. Will you help me keep Tamara safe on her speaking tour? We’ve set up a website where we’re going to put all of Tamara’s work. Her books, her videos, her podcasts, her news reports. We’ll put her speaking schedule there when it’s firmed up. I get the feeling it’s going to be a very popular website. And at that same place, we have a donation button, dedicated to Tamara’s safety and security. Rebel News crowdfunded her security for her trial, and it cost tens of thousands of dollars. If we put her on a ten-city campus speaking tour, it could well be much higher. But we’re going to do it, because we don’t back down to bullies on the left. I spoke with Tamara and we’re going to have a special plaque made with the names of anyone who donates $250 or more to protect her. We’ll present that plaque to Tamara, and we’ll hang it in our boardroom at Rebel News. And Tamara has offered to personally telephone anyone who chips in $1,000 or more to her security budget. That is so amazing, and it shows her true nature — grateful, humble, and not afraid of hard work. Tamara Lich is one of the finest people I've ever met in my life. It has been an honour to crowdfund her legal fees and her security costs these past two years. And when I heard her atrocious sentence I thought, “we’ve got to find a way to keep her active in the world.” By carefully following the law and reporting to the probation officer, we can make this work. Tamara wins, and Canada wins — and in the meantime, we’ll let the lawyers appeal her conviction. If you’re as excited as I am about Tamara’s new role with us, please help me keep her safe. Go to and chip in for her security detail. And remember: any contributor of $250 or more gets your name on the plaque permanently hung on our office wall. And a contribution of $1,000 or more gets a personal phone call from Tamara herself! I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty excited about all this. Maybe 2026 won’t be so bad after all! Tamara has worked with us before — her book tour was an amazing experience. She truly loves to meet with supporters. Let’s do that again, on Canadian campuses! I would never forgive myself if I let someone harm her. That’s why we crowdfunded a security guard to walk with her each day to her trial in Ottawa. And that’s why we need to crowdfund security for this campus trip. Please click here to help, if you can. If you’re in a position to give $250 or $1,000 please do. For $250 we’ll put your name on a special plaque, and for $1,000 we’ll have Tamara personally call you! (She’s great.)

The more you see Nigeria, the less any of it makes sense. There was a time when honesty & honor meant something, that country is long gone, but we can dream again. Nigerians are incarcerated. In prison, people gravitate toward the person that people have the most respect for. You cultivate friendships that will protect you. That is the case in Nigeria, everyone is looking for sanctuary. But the good thing about miracles is that they do happen. One day, Nigerians will finally get the focused leadership they deserve. People love a good story, & everyone is looking for heroes, someone to believe in. I got too much experience with pain. The last election was a battle, & I was deeply attached. I am proud that I was part of it. It changed me though. Nigeria can make you feel so big, yet so small. Your country has changed, & generally for the worse. But I will continue to fight for all the good stuff. I don’t think the Agbados are humans, no one made a medical examination. They are like hyenas in the wild, hyenas have this characteristic foolishness that slap. "The first method for estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to look at the men he has around him." Niccolo Machiavelli told me this..” They will pay one of us to kill one of us, just to say it was one of us." Malcolm X was the little bird. Nothing was ever handed to people on a platter. You have to reach out & grab it. The French did, Russians did. Germans, the Chinese, Austro-Hungarians, the Serbs. All around the world, the proletariat rose from the ashes to demand for their rights. People grew tired of the system & they acted with one voice. Fear makes bad decisions, stick to the plan. And when they come for you, fight back. Cowering makes it even worse. Know that no one is coming to save you. Only Nigerians will love Nigeria enough to save it. As for Peter Obi, he gave Nigerians a reason to smile & be beautiful again. He’s got his own sound, there is a ring to it. Obi is our fiduciary, more like a father. We are the legatees of his great promise. When you promise to take care of someone, you become their father. But it's not easy to repeat success. 2023 was great, but winning was better. That year was WOW! A gastronomic extravaganza. The triumph of good over evil. We were tired of waiting at the table, so we built our own. What a way to make a name for ourselves. Now our courage is around back, we have to get it back. The other camp act like A students, but a lot can happen in 2027. Between the A & E students, the most dangerous are the B. Near to greatness, but not enough great to reach it. Destined to be number two. But A students become comfortable, they relax. Pride is their first sin. That election is still fresh on our mind. There was this loud triumphal tone to it. A sort of trumpety-relentlessness & surging-uplifting energy, you could almost feel the echo. We’ve played the heroes for so long, sometimes we forget we are kids. We are the true definition of Nigerian heroes. We sipped into the consciousness of everyone who dared to listen. We know how to conjure up & orchestrate heroic melodies. Our music is young, we somehow know how to put it together. We burst into the scene & everything changed. Suddenly, everyone was listening to our sound. Nigerians started to notice us in 2022. We took an already existing camaraderie & sort of reconfigured it to our style. Our melody was subtle yet loud, it’s heard to this day even. We are creating the vibes that have the touch of patriotism & heroism. Our motifs are very evocative & sublime, in a very moody way. And that is the versatility of our movement. The ability to take on anything & weave it into something larger than it appears. Obidients are like lilies. “A flower may die, the best of bloom in the meadows may be no more. But although dirt is thrown at them & water falls on them, still they rise beautifully & defiant with bright colors to dazzle your dreams.” A New Nigeria is POsssible. 😭💪
