Maybe KENHA needs to start a campaign to educate the public on why the footbridge exists and why people should use it. It could be that some people simply don't understand its purpose.

@NPSOfficial_KE @PoliceKE , instead of having 6 officers per police station patrolling clubs and wines and spirits collecting money at night, have 2 officers assigned to each footbridge in the country. People avoid footbridges at night due to insecurity.! Something yall know.!
