@bigbabolat Deporting 20 million illegal foreigners would solve this overnight.

@bigbabolat

@bigbabolat

@bigbabolat

@bigbabolat I’m sure importing 100 million foreigners has nothing to do with that!

@bigbabolat A more complete chart that goes further back is attached. The secret war of the 1% on the middle class. And money printing is at the core, as it creates inflation that wages cannot keep pace with…all by design. Hunger Games 2.0

@bigbabolat He knew, all those years ago

@bigbabolat Everyone needs to get onboard with the class war. Its inevitable.

@bigbabolat @przidnt254593 This is why they can’t make sitcoms like Friends anymore. Imagine showing a NYC waitress and a chef renting a big 2 bedroom apartment. Gen Z would think that was the joke.

@bigbabolat The chart we should all be mad about…

@bigbabolat

Kinda funny, I was born in ’85, I’m married with 5 kids, and I’m living the American dream (or at least the mountain version of it). You wanna know how? I pulled myself up by my bootstraps. Self reliance is still a real thing. Stop complaining and fucking get to work. If half of y’all put the same energy into actually grinding as you do into looking for handouts and bitching online, you’d have something to show for it.

@bigbabolat I live in the same home for 10-12 years. My rent has gone up 100% since I moved in. The median home price in my area was $253k pre-2020 now it is 525k.

@bigbabolat Crazy how you can just lie on this app… you’re comparing inflation adjusted wages to non-inflation adjusted rents. Of course there’s going to be a gap!

@bigbabolat It's our government and the fraud. And now they're trying to spy on us so we can't organize to fight against tyranny. Too much regulation too much government involvement too much New World Order shit we all know it

@bigbabolat OVERLAY rent prices w/ the 3rd World invasion. You will see an absolute correlation. It is estimated that 35% of housing costs are directly attributable to the illegals in North America. Look at what they did to Canada. Imagine what that increase does to costs of everything?

Your chart makes no sense at all. What you are representing here is not only mathematically impossible, it fails to explain a single purpose or cause. Data without intelligence is useless. It tells only a part of the story that someone who is spinning a narrative wants to tell. Let’s stop with the bullshit and lies and start getting to the truth so we are all solving the right problem and not just angry cunts slamming into each other creating more division.

@bigbabolat Mass deportations of illegals working for low wages and causing rental demand will correct this.

@bigbabolat This post is a lie meant to inflame generational hatred.

@bigbabolat Rent in large cities is calculated based on cap rate, usually being around 2-3%. There are many affordable places to live, it's just not going to be in NYC or LA where the average tiny condo is a million dollars.

@bigbabolat I didn’t see a link to the graph that you shared. I went digging around. It also depends on where you live.

Oh rent control will solve this problem they say! Um, lived through that already and it was a monumental disaster. Made more spaces unlivable and eventually condemned. Similar to when projects were built and opened. They were all closed down then torn down because of crime and looting of the building materials

@bigbabolat boomers be all like lol its 1983 forever in my mind losers!!!

@bigbabolat The correct data

@bigbabolat @For2000years Yeah I’m sure our great grandparents would not have 6-10 kids if they were living in our economic situation

@bigbabolat When you allow illegal immigration, cost of living goes up. It's not a hard concept.

@bigbabolat Or move in with your mom and dad till you save enough for a down... i mean security deposit on the apartment unit.

@bigbabolat Does this chart say that rent has gone up around 160% since 1985 and income has only increase by 40%? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> This is a nonsense chart meant to enrage younger people and their foolish parents.

@bigbabolat Did you buy some food? Well thats your problem right there…

@bigbabolat You are comparing nominal rents to real incomes, are you dumb?

@bigbabolat Have you seen the cost of replacing an air conditioner and appliances lately? Or the constant creep of property taxes? Don’t assume it’s easier on the owner side. Also, shitty landlords deserve to lose tenants.

@bigbabolat Slavery

@bigbabolat This is a bullshit graph. It plots (non inflation adjusted) cumulative percentage in rents against real (inflation adjusted) cumulative percentage changes in income.

@bigbabolat A damning graphic of capitalism's failure. It creates huge imaginary wealth for the few. Screws the many to do that.

@bigbabolat Corporations are sick. They pay us slave labor while making record profits. Definitely a two tier economy.
