I appreciate that you’re worried about me, and I know you’re saying it because you care, but I’m not sleepy. I’m just not sleepy. What can I do? Even if I want to sleep, I’m not very good at it. I have to take medication to sleep. I just can’t fall asleep. Honestly, I probably won’t get sleepy until around 2 p.m. That’s just how I’ve always been. It’s normal for me. I’m not overdoing it. 29.03.2026 💌 #JamesSu #JDSEngsub I believe everyone has those moments where they feel discouraged. I’m just venting, really... I’ll be fine soon, just like every other time. It’s just that I put everything I had into it. I gave it my all but the results didn’t really feel worth the effort. Do you know what I mean? That’s why I’m feeling a bit down. But I’m not backing down yet. There are still so many things I haven’t accomplished. It’s just exhausting sometimes when I’m trying so hard. Everyone probably sees that whenever I do something, I go all out. I live by the motto that this might be my last chance, because we never know if there will be another well for us to drink from in the future. That’s why I’m so focused and dedicated every single time. But when I work myself to exhaustion and the response is just... disappointing, it stings a little. But it’s okay. I’ll get some sleep, find something delicious to eat, and I’ll be back to fight again. Just like I always do.

beomgyu’s guasha routine 💆 🧸 when you roll it here 💆 there’ll be a grinding and releasing from your fascia…you have to keep doing it (on both sides) until you don’t hear a sound 🧸 and then i pinch my skin here 🧸 that’s all i do! 🧸 but after you’ve released it once, you start feeling when it’s stuck together 🧸 in the past, i used to be like “how can my scalp be stuck together?”, i didn’t even know what it meant for it to be stuck together but after i started releasing it, i started feeling a tight feeling here…like something was really stuck together so i do it whenever i feel like that 🧸 i’m not super sensitive so i do it pretty hard

⛰️ I just… I just like working hard. Whatever it is. You only get one life, right? So I just want to work hard without any regrets. Because I don’t think I’d be happy if I were loved without working hard. Then this time, after consistently working hard for 8 years, I received love, and only then, when I felt it myself, I realized, “Woah, I’m really being loved right now.” So I’m grateful that it turned out that way. If I hadn’t worked hard and had just gotten by on talent, and if I had just gotten lucky, I don’t think I would’ve been that happy. So I’m just going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and keep working hard consistently. You all recognize it/notice it (my efforts), actually - so that’s what I’m grateful for. It’s also important that I acknowledge my own efforts, but I’m really grateful when other people acknowledge my efforts too. And the sense of fulfillment I get from that is really big too. YoungK’s thought about “what i want to do vs what i’m good at” 🦊my original mindset was “i can do what i want on my own time”. so i focused on doing what i had to do. but then because i kept living like that i almost forgot what i actually wanted 🦊there’s a big difference between what i want to do and what i’m good at. so now i’ve also lost track of what i’m even good at. but because i keep doing what i needed to do, i got good at it. that’s why i actually recommend sticking with what you need to do.
