Our team was recently pitched by a well-known AI SDR company. Two problems came up: 1. The company only offered AI SDRs for outbound, we needed a solution to assist us on inbound processes. 2. The software was too complex and overpriced relative to our expected usage. So, I took a couple of weekends to build an early version for what we wanted: - Simple UI that syncs with GMail - Custom AI labeling for emails - AI Agent that drafts replies via CrewAI - Custom knowledge base for the Agent v - Slack inquiry tool for the Agent so it can ask us for clarifications anytime it has knowledge gaps With the help of AI, it's never been easier or more fun to take your workflows and turn them into full web apps.
