He isn’t even looking for specific to his major anymore, he’s applying to any job He had a 4.0 GPA and still can’t get a job, he says this is how bad the job market is that everyone talks about I think part of the problem is California incentivizes “inclusive recruitment” Even offering tax incentives for hiring targeted groups Many California companies pursue DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) goals. This only means ‘non-white’ The odds are greatly stacked against him as a white male in California and in America in general
