2 out of 3 adults suffer from broken sleep. It silently wrecks your testosterone, ages your brain faster, & weakens your immune system. Use these 7 tips to fall asleep faster & for longer:🧵 1. Stop waking up very early Your body doesn’t care about 5 AM — it cares about consistency. Set a fixed sleep & wake time (yes, even on weekends). That rhythm trains your brain to fall asleep faster & wake up with real energy. 2. Get morning sunlight within 30 minutes of waking Your eyes need natural light to reset your body’s internal clock. Just 10 minutes of sunlight tells your brain it’s daytime, boosting: • Mood • Energy • Alertness Now, your body knows by when to "get tired". 3. Optimize bedroom temperature Your body needs to cool down by about 1°C (2°F) to fall asleep. The optimal temperature? Keep your room between 60–67°F (15–19°C) — it’s the sweet spot for deep sleep. 4. Take magnesium 50–70% of adults are magnesium deficient. Magnesium glycinate (200–400 mg): • Helps your body drift into deep sleep • Calms your nervous system • Lowers cortisol Take it 30-60 minutes before bed. This blend contains Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, & 7 other sleep nutrients. Find it here (AMAZON PRODUCT LINK): 5. No caffeine after 2PM Adenosine is the chemical building up in your brain to make you feel sleepy. Well, caffeine blocks it. Even an afternoon coffee can reduce deep sleep by 20–30%... 6. No blue-light 60 minutes before bed Your brain thinks blue light = daytime. Screens, LEDs, & bright overhead lights block melatonin & delay deep sleep: 7. Last meal 2 hours before bed Late-night eating spikes blood sugar & body temperature. Give your digestive system time to rest so your body can focus on recovery, not digestion: *Every body works differently, this is not medical advice, just what worked on me." *Always consult a health expert before following any protocols." *Affiliate links included.* How many hours do you sleep at night? If not enough, will you try any of these tips? Let me know in the comments. I'm 21 & obsessed with health. If you liked this tweet: 1. Follow Achilleas for more 2. Don't go Tuckering around. Especially if you want to be a real journalist. Let's say you have the name of an Israeli & the US location where he was arrested. You COULD pull a "Tucker," making up sh*t to smear Israel. Or, in 10 minutes you could debunk that lie. Here's how: Open a browser. Go to the Clark County court website for felony offenses. Enter the name. That's it! It took all of 6 minutes to locate the Las Vegas court docket for Tom Alexandrovich, which shows there was a hearing THIS MONTH. Trial is set for May. Instead, Tucker Carlson spent some serious time planning to spring a "gotcha" question to Mike Huckabee, falsely claiming that an Israeli civil servant charged with soliciting a minor was being "harbored" in Israel. If you really want to become the "anti-Tucker," you could really roll up your sleeves and... ...spend another 8 minutes to reach Alexandrovich's criminal defense attorney to learn more and maybe even get a statement. That's how I was able to get an exclusive statement confirming that Alexandrovich has attended all hearings (virtually, which is allowed) and "will continue to do so." (Full statement below.) As it happens, the only people who seem to believe the narrative Tucker pushed are fringe conspiracy theorists who blame the Jooos for most or all of the world's ills. That's probably because it took less than 15 minutes to prove Tucker's preferred narrative was pure fiction. It's worth noting that the judge set the terms of release for no geographic restrictions without input from the Clark County prosecutor or the U.S. Federal government. In fact, the Israeli-born U.S. attorney blasted Alexandrovich's bond that allowed him to leave the country immediately. Just not convenient facts for Tucker. And if something doesn't help his preferred narratives -- or heaven forbid, undercut them -- then Tucker will assiduously avoid doing ANY research. So don't be a Tucker. Especially if you want to be a real journalist.

Surprising progress from ~3 months of teaching the 8yo to do "keepy uppy" with a soccer ball. Some lessons learned... First, this skill is embedded in a larger goal that he cares about. He wants to be a better footballer (I hate calling it "soccer", which comes from a contraction of "association" 🤮). This means there is some baseline motivation. This helps you get through the times it sucks to practice. And by the way... It's ok if it sucks (just not too much). What you don't see here is him failing 1,000 times and rage quitting. Probably 1/3 of the sessions involve tears. But you get the biggest gains when you're in your "zone of proximal development" -- the place where it's not too hard, not too easy. It took a lot of cajoling to get him through the early sessions when there wasn't much progress yet. It has to be his choice. When he gets upset, I don't force him. I just ask him if he wants to quit. He never does. I think if I forced him to stick with it, he would be less motivated. By asking him to step outside his momentary frustration and make the decision to quit or not, I think I'm helping him have the space to think about how this connects to his larger goal. But I don't really know. Human motivation is mysterious. Long consistency + intensity, short duration. We do 15 minutes a day, every day. First thing in the morning. I believe duration of training is overrated. In school for example, I think we could get more learning in 30 intense minutes per day than we get in 6 hours a day plus homework now. It takes more effort to do 15 minutes of keepy uppy than it takes to do 2 hours of team practice. And I bet the payoff is higher. Same applies to learning anything. Encouragement is underrated. I watch him while I exercise and drink my coffee. I say "beautiful" even when he messes it up (I got that from Richard Williams, Venus and Serena's dad). I celebrate his PRs. I take videos and I chart his daily progress so he can see the wins. Three months ago he could get 3 at his max, now his average is over 30. Seeing this progress over time has made it easier for him to show up and do the work every day. One focus at a time. We interleave other soccer skills (like shooting and dribbling), but tend to hyper focus on one area at a time so that we see fast progress. We use the same principle in our homeschooling. We are always working on a few things at once, but there is only one priority at a time. Start easy to build momentum. When you start your kids on a skill, you just want to be able to get *any* success at all. Don't be afraid to make it so easy it almost doesn't seem like the same skill. When we started I had him let the ball bounce between each kick. If I didn't do that it would have been so much harder for him to do keep uppy that he might have just quit. You want kids to get momentum in any skill, and you shouldn't be afraid to make the first steps so easy it almost doesn't seem like even the same skill. Focus on fundamentals. You might ask if keepy uppy is even important, since the real game is played mostly on the ground. The reason is found in the slight shuffling of his feet between each hit. In the real game, the quality of your control touch, shooting, and dribbling primarily comes down to these micro foot movements and how they position your body for balance. Keepy uppy trains the nervous system to a level of precision that is otherwise hard to attain. For education, the analogy is probably to something like reading. Reading is fundamental and makes you better at learning everything else, even if what you're reading about is unrelated to what you'll learn later. Students today would probably be better off just reading more vs. doing most of what passes today for "education." Beware of thresholds. The best people at keep uppy are not pro footballers. Every skill has a threshold where getting better at it confers little extra benefit. In education, I think the most obvious example is math. Everyone needs to master some fundmentals, but beyond it's rare to become more successful by getting better at math. Your effort is better spent on some complementary skill where you are weaker. Dress for success. Just kidding. I don't know why he's dressed like a ninja. That's all for now. Would love to hear how you guys think about building skills in the comments. 🙏

VIDEO EXCLUSIVE: What the CBC deleted from their ambush of Pierre Poilievre Last week a government comedian from Trudeau’s CBC’s state broadcaster attended a Pierre Poilievre rally to ambush the Conservative Party leader. Dan Dillabough, who works for the low-rated CBC show: This Hour Has 22 Minutes, tried to reheat the tired gag that Mary Walsh first did decades ago with her character Marg Delahunty, where she would interrupt and berate politicians. In Dillabough’s version, it was done without the costume, the colourful character or any of the jokes. And painfully, without the usual 22 Minutes laugh track. The CBC tweeted out the video of their ambush, which bombed with viewers on social media. But at the 1:15 mark in the video, a jump-cut edit can be seen — something had been deleted. What was it? It couldn’t have been something embarrassing said by Poilievre — that would have been kept in for sure. Rebel News reached out to Chuck Thompson, head of public affairs at the CBC. He replied saying, “as is the case with most interviews that 22 Minutes does, this one was edited for time.” Thompson did send over the full, unedited version of the interaction in question, however, which included the deleted clip — which was a grand total of three seconds! So what were those three seconds? It was Dillabough responding to Poilievre’s criticism of the CBC. Poilievre had just told Dillabough that when he’s prime minister, CBC staff like him will “have to earn a living rather than getting it from taxpayers’ money”. It was Dillabough’s reply that was cut out by CBC editors: “Oh listen, I’m one of the good ones.” Three seconds — it wasn’t to save time. So why was that comment cut? Those three seconds showed Dillabough panicking in the moment, not knowing what to say when Poilievre predictably criticized the CBC. Perhaps by claiming he was one of the “good ones”, Dillabough thought he might ingratiate himself with Poilievre, who seemed bored with the whole exchange. But more importantly, Dillabough’s comments confirmed that he knows most CBC staff, from the CEO on down, are partisan activists who do seek to undermine the Conservative Party under the guise of journalism or, in this case, comedy. He was saying the quiet part out loud — and claiming not to be part of it. Dillabough was condemning the rest of the CBC — he was throwing his colleagues under the bus. There was no editorial or comedic reason to cut those three seconds. They were cut for purely political reasons — so as not to embarrass the CBC politically. Which just proves that everything at the CBC — from journalism to “comedy” — is edited with a political eye. But even as they released the full video to Rebel News, the CBC couldn’t help one last act of disinformation — claiming it was “edited for time.” There are only three things you need to know about the CBC: 1. They take $1.5 billion of your tax dollars every year. 2. They hate you. 3. And they lie to you. FIGHT BACK! Sign our petition at

🚨 Congress Not in Control of UFO Disclosure🚨 "Our Congress is not in control. They're ignorant and neutered when it comes to the subject matter. They were being bullied and being harassed at their homes and were scared for their life." (Yesterday, in the Mike Herrera post, I said, "Is there a valid reason Congress has failed to act aggressively on this info. (shared by Herrera and others) and Disclosure? Possibly. And I'll post about that later on today." Well, I didn't get to it yesterday but here it is now. These comments by Barber and others (including Grusch) are, IMO, the most under-discussed aspect of this topic. If this is true, it might explain why Congress has been so passive in trying to get to the bottom of everything. Have things changed since Barber went to the SSCI? I don't know. Barber says "Congress" but everybody else says Congressional "staffers." I know they're inextricably linked, but I'd like to know if it went beyond staffers and featured any actual members of Congress being intimidated or harassed. Massive H/T to my Patron, joeljewitt, for reminding me of what Barber said and staying on me to post about it.) Matt Laslo, this could explain a lot. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼) ~ jakebarber: "I found myself reaching out to the one thing that was always my Get-Out-of-Jail-Free card. Which was, I knew if anything got bad, I could go to members of Congress, particularly Senate Intelligence Committee (SSCI), the monitor for the CIA, and plead my case and ask for help. So we started there. "And unfortunately, that was a very disheartening experience. Because me going there asking for their help, very quickly turned in to them asking for my help. Which was extremely disappointing, to say the least. But they were scared, they were scared, and they were running into their own problems of being in fear of...they were being harassed, and they were afraid for their own personal safety. Ross Coulthart: "So people investigating this UAP Legacy program for Congress, were feeling threatened?" Barber: "They were feeling threatened. And other people they were speaking to as sources were being threatened. And so they very quickly, after learning who I was, began asking me for personal protection and for strategies to mitigate threat." Coulthart: "But you're not getting the help you need?" Barber: "No, I'm like, I came to you. So, that pretty much was a devastating moment where I'm like, shoot, we're all alone. And it was, unfortunately, a much more grave situation, because what it indicated was that our Congress was not only ignorant to the subject, they were neutered. They were neutered by what they could do about it. Congress needs an enforcement arm so laws without enforcement don't exist." ~~~Barber Interviewed by Jesse Michels~~~ Barber: "And I was left with the one like, emergency button that I always thought I had, and I punched it. And that was to go to Congress, to go to the Senate Intelligence Committee, and go to the monitor for CIA, and spill my guts, and go, 'Help me, help me, help me. This is what's happened. Like, help.' "That was probably one of the most discouraging experiences of my life, because within minutes of being there and asking for help, they were begging for my help. They were being bullied and being harassed at their homes and were scared for their life, and wanted me to set up a personal protection detail to help protect them. And I was like, 'Fine, fuck. I guess this is where we're going with it.' "It's a problem and it's sad, but our Congress is not in control. They are completely...they're ignorant and neutered when it comes to the subject matter. For the most part, they're ignorant and neutered. And where they're not ignorant and neutered, they're corrupt and arrogant, which nets us a Congress that's in a state of paralysis by analysis. "And I can't tell you, like, for me, how sinking a feeling that was. Like, I go running and I'm nervous because I'm gonna blow the whistle. And the first place I go is the Senate Intelligence Committee and the monitor for CIA, and I start telling my story. They don't question it for one second, they know it's happening. They're edifying everything I'm saying and trying to cut me off because they're so, like, excited to actually get to talk about this. And are like, 'Oh my god, so what do I do?' They're like, 'Give me your number. Do you have Signal? I need to text you. These guys were at my house last night.' And I'm like, 'Wait a minute. This was my asking for help moment.'" ~~~ When I met Grusch in August of 2022, I asked him if members of Congress had been intimidated. He said (I'm paraphrasing), 'No, but some of their staffers have.'" My full Grusch post from October of 2023... ~ And in June of this year, Coulthart told Jesse Michels this related piece of information: Coulthart: "One of the staffers on [the Senate Select Intelligence Committee] was concerned for his own safety, and asked Jake, 'Are you able to help me get security because somebody from The Defense Department is ordering helicopters to fly across and over my home. They're harassing my home.' And that's the kind of thing that The Defense Department was doing. They were buzzing a guy with Blackhawk helicopters just hovering over his home as an act of intimidation. A staffer, working for the Congress." Jesse: "I know exactly who you're talking about and he was providing a pipeline of Legacy operators..." Coulthart: "He was." Jesse: "...to basically talk to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence." Coulthart: "So I'm not blaming the staffers because these people are intimidated, they have families, too. And I don't think the public realize, that this is how the game is being played. You've got a vast national security state - and it is, truly, a Deep State, protecting itself, its self interest. Misusing the resources of the state - your money, your taxpayer dollars - to essentially, bully and intimidate. And in some cases, murder people." (I'd like to see what evidence was presented to Ross to back up the Blackhawk claim. Pics? Videos? We have that claim and claims of people being murdered but, as of now, no evidence to back it up. At least not publicly. If intimation and harassment are still taking place, what are we going to do to combat that? If thew answer is, "There's nothing we can do right now," then I wouldn't expect any Earth-shattering information to be coming from Congress any time soon. Is all of this the reason why Rounds was so wishy washy when talking about the UAPDA? If the UAPDA passes, do you think the public will get to see more data? Rounds: "I would hope so." 🙃🙃🙃 Full transcript:

Kobe Bryant spent 15 years writing every day because he wanted to become the next Walt Disney. Now, Jimmy Soni is telling that story. The first part of our conversation is Kobe’s secret obsession with writing. Then we got into why Michael Lewis once wrote under a pen name, why the publishing industry is broken, and why Jimmy loves writing with AI. Highlights: 1. The world is a conspiracy designed to prevent you from writing. 2. Jimmy sees himself in a battle against that world to find four hours per day to do focused writing. 3. “I’m researching” is often an excuse not to write. People spend decades researching books they never write, and it’s a writers' job to come up with ways to get research done without falling down a black hole. 4. Using AI to write is like using a very sharp knife to cook. The tool might make it easier, but you still have to cook the meal. 5. If you can’t out-write the AI, what are you doing writing in the first-place? 6. Find a Model Book to serve as the "plaster cast" for the book you’re writing and study it obsessively. Jimmy wanted his book, “The Founders” to be like “The Everything Store” by Brad Stone, and read it more than 20 times to understand what made it so good. 7. People think that being a professional writer means going to a lot of cocktail parties. Nope... the reality is that the craft of writing involves showing up to work every day, putting away the distractions, and focusing for many, many hours. You go to bed early, you wake up early, you get your work done. Do it every day for months in a row and you’ll have a book. 8. A problem with traditional publishing is that the entire system is predicated on your book being a hit within the first two weeks. If it’s not, publishers largely give up and move onto something else. 9. What looks like a talent gap is often just a focus gap. Amateur writers severely underestimate just how much time and effort goes into great books. 10. A/B test the cover art for your book. It’s so easy, so cheap, and the saying is true: People judge a book by its cover. 11. Before Michael Lewis was “Michael Lewis,” he wrote under the pen name of Diana Bleecker because he was writing about Wall Street while working on Wall Street, and didn’t want people to know who he was. 12. Michael Lewis was an art history major at Princeton, and once recounted that a lot of Renaissance-era paintings look quite similar. But if you want to see the idiosyncrasies, look at the toenails. That’s where the artists would lose their steam or put in the most individuality, so they’re some of the most distinctive parts of the art. Many fields have an equivalent — a place where you can find hidden answers, if only you know where to look. 13. Ambition is fuel that can burn relatively clean for a little while, only to become dirty later on. Jimmy says: “For the true greats, the sustained motivation needs to come from something deeper. It needs to come from love. That’s the only sustaining force there is.” 14. Kobe built his own publishing company because he didn’t feel like the big publishing houses could deliver the level of quality he demanded. 15. Kobe once spent two weeks redesigning the barcode on one of his books because he wanted it to blend more fluidly with the back cover design (no traditional publisher would do something like this). I've shared the full conversation with Jimmy Soni below. The first ~25 minutes are about Kobe Bryant. The rest is about a hodgepodge of other topics. If you'd rather watch the full thing on YouTube or listen on Apple / Spotify, check out the links in the reply tweets.

💔 This reel from @hannahheinzz really hate Home for me. Picture this: a mom of three, already carrying the weight of severe postpartum anxiety from each pregnancy, now sitting with her 21-month-old little boy who has been scream-crying for hours on end — day and night — for an entire month. 😭 She’s not just tired. She’s at her absolute breaking point. You can feel the desperation in every frame. She’s crying out for help, for answers, for anything that might bring relief to her baby and restore a shred of sanity to her days (and nights). If this video hit you in the gut like it hit me, you’re not alone. This is the raw, unfiltered reality of motherhood that no one prepares you for. Mamas, dads, parents, aunties, grandmas — if you’ve walked through anything even close to this, please drop your suggestions, what worked for you, or even just words of encouragement and TAG @hannahheinzz in the comments. Let’s flood her with real support and ideas so she knows she’s not invisible in this storm. She needs her village right now. ❤️ This hits so close to home for my own family.. My mom went through something heartbreakingly similar with me and my younger brother. With me, it was classic colic — that endless, inconsolable crying that makes you question everything. With my little brother, it turned out he was literally starving. He simply wasn’t getting enough from formula alone. My mom added cereal to his bottle (a full year ahead of what was considered the “normal” schedule back then), and the crying stopped almost immediately. He was finally full, content, and sleeping better. It was like someone flipped a switch for both of them. Every child is different. What saved my mom’s sanity might not be the answer here — but it shows how sometimes the root cause is something simple we overlook when we’re in survival mode. ⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: This is NOT medical advice. I am not a doctor. Persistent screaming and crying in a toddler can signal serious issues (ear infections, teething pain, reflux, constipation, food sensitivities, nutritional gaps, sleep disorders, developmental frustration, illness, or more). Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider right away for a proper evaluation. They can check growth, ears, throat, teeth, and overall health. Do not try anything new without professional guidance. Gentle ideas that have helped other parents in similar situations (again — run everything by your doctor first): ⏺️ Full medical check-up to rule out pain or underlying issues ⏺️ Tracking patterns: Does it happen after feeds, at night, during certain activities? ⏺️ Nutrition check: Is he getting enough calories and nutrients? Some toddlers this age still need more volume or variety ⏺️ Sleep routine & overtiredness (consistent naps, bedtime, white noise) ⏺️ Communication support (simple signs or words for “more,” “hurt,” “tired”) ⏺️ Mom support: You cannot pour from an empty cup — even 10 minutes of relief from another adult can change everything. Hannah, if you see this — you are an incredible mother. You’re showing up even when it feels impossible. This season is brutal, but it won’t last forever. Your baby is lucky to have a mom who loves him this fiercely and is fighting so hard to figure it out. We’re all rooting for you and sending you strength. 💪 Drop your experiences or suggestions below and TAG @hannahheinzz [IG] so she sees them. Let’s turn this pain into power and community. You’ve got this, mama. One breath, one hour, one day at a time. ❤️ #MomLife #ToddlerStruggles #MomHelpNeeded #ParentingCommunity #SupportMoms #ColicJourney #ToddlerCrying #ViralMomAdvice #YouAreNotAlone

My best friend & fellow January 6 Political Prisoner is gone 😓 Barton Wade Shively has been called home by our Father in Heaven ❤️ (March 29th 1967 - June 22nd 2025) Bart was a tall, handsome US Marine & All American Football Player that become terminally ill from drinking contaminated water at Marine Training Camp Lejeune 😡 He developed serious & fatal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma I first met Bart Shively (or as I called him Bartley!) in the winter of 2023 inside the Washington DC Jail The Weaponized DOJ & Merrick Garland threw Bart into the Washington DC Gulag for January 6, They tried to murder him with barbaric cancer treatment including chemotherapy and radiation inside a prison cell (they cooked him alive) ☢️ Bart fought everyday without complaint and always kept his big goofy smile (Jack-o’-lantern!) 🎃 Bart and I instantly became best friends & would pal around with Peter Stager inside my cell all day, reading the Bible, listening to music, beating each other up, AND EATING SNACKS: Peter’s homemade prison hookups! (Barts favorite!!) When the Chemo treatment didn’t have him bedridden, Bart was as outgoing and lovable as any person I’ve ever met - even while being persecuted and suffering tremendous physical pain: Bart was a Godly, “happy warrior” as we call him Bart had always known the Lord but after re-surrendering his life to Jesus - he asked me to Baptize him in the Gulag (The greatest honor of my life, I cry everytime I think about it and how much I miss him) We filled up a big bucket of water in my cell, and just before we said the prayer, Ronnie Sandlin, one of Barts best friends put some ice cubes in the bucket, and Bart had an ICE COLD Baptism!! 🤣😇 He had never been so surprised in his life!!!! 😅 Bart was a regular on Don & Donna’s show ‘Cowboy Logic’ from inside the Gulag and quickly became a national icon of resilience and ultimate patriotism, Barts story even reached President Trump - who HAND WROTE Bart a letter last week when he was in the hospital!!! 🇺🇸 Barts final days were full of raw determination and instinctual manly grit - he just wouldn’t give in! He went over 30 days without eating a nearly a week without being able to keep down a cup of water for more then 5 minutes 😲 Bart was a survivor, a patriot, a friend - Bart was an AMERICAN. I am broken and grieving like I lost my mother or father over Barts passing, I never imagined I would miss him this much, the gentle giant he was… But my heart is so full knowing his suffering finally over, and the arms of Jesus have finally wrapped around him ✝️❤️🙏 Please join me & dozens of other J6 patriots in laying this hero to rest on July 2nd, in Dillsburg PA We are prepared to have hundreds of people from across the Country at his Wake: ALL patriots & J6 supporters are welcome: 10 AM: Cocklin Funeral Home (30 N Chestnut St, Dillsburg PA) Then a procession of HUNDREDS of Veteran Bikers will be escorting the hero’s hearse to Indiantown Gap National Military Cemetery for a 21 Gun Salute & Burial at 1:30pm 🇺🇸 Send flowers to Cocklin Funeral Home & please help us pay for the funeral, it’s costing over $10,000+ & we have only raised half!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Dr Mike Yeadon's Austrian Testimony Please watch and share - 15 Mins --------------------------------------- My name is Dr. Mike Yeadon and in the next 10 to 15 minutes I'm going to focus on one major point which is that the purported "vaccines" against this alleged illness, COVID-19 were in my view deliberately designed intentionally to injure, kill and, and reduce fertility. Now this is an allegation I've been making for around three and a half years. In that time, if I was wrong, ladies and gentlemen, I think numerous scientists would have rebutted what I've said in writing and in video. And if I was wrong, I would have expected the drug companies whose products I am maligning to have sought and secured a court injunction to stop me repeating these allegations. Neither of those things have ever happened. What has happened instead is that I have been extraordinarily censored and smeared sideways. And I think I offer that to you as strong evidence that I may be "over the target", at least in relation to these injectable products that have definitely injured and killed many people. So first just brief few words of introduction in terms of credentials. So Mike Yeadon, I've been a professional research scientist for over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry and in biotech. My first degree was in biochemistry and toxicology. It was a joint honours degree. I got a first, then I did a second degree, a PhD. It's a research based piece of work lasting three years and my focus was respiratory pharmacology, the study of impact of drugs on respiration and so on. And that led into my career where I became a senior research scientist responsible for new drugs to treat allergic, respiratory and later dermatology diseases. I was at one point Vice President and the most senior research person within Pfizer Global R&D, and I left in 2011. And for 10 years after that, seven of those I was founder and CEO of a biotech called ZIARCO which was acquired by Novartis in 2017, since when I've been a consultant although I've discontinued those activities in the last four and a half years or so. So I've not earned a penny from speaking out in the last four and a half years and I don't want to either. There is a longer video by me recorded a month or so ago, 22 minutes long and it's called Silver Bullet and it's on my telegram channel and I hope rather more widely. But today I'm just going to focus on the design and effects of these so called vaccines. So I've been involved all of my professional life with other talented people trying to design and test potential new treatments for respiratory disease and as I say later on dermatology applications. So I can tell you that this, with my background in toxicology and my own research experience, 30 years in the industry, this qualifies me, I think better than any other commentator to evaluate what was in the minds of the people who designed these products. Let me tell you that every component in a medicine is chosen. It's chosen to be there. It's not random. It's chosen to be there to achieve some purpose, that's normal, perhaps to help a drug dissolve, to be absorbed, to persist in your blood, or to leave your body quickly to penetrate the brain if it was a neurological drug, or to stay close to the lung if it was an inhaled drug. So it's quite normal to make choices with objectives in mind. So I believe the intentions of the designers are written into the choices they made, the structures and components, formulation of these products. So I'm going to use those skills, as it were, to back calculate what was in their mind, what objectives did they have when they chose these structures and formulations. So I'm going to just say, before I get into that, just one thing about these so called "vaccines". My experience of the industry over 30 years tells me it is formally impossible to invent, research, test, evaluate, manufacture, gain authorization for, and launch a complex new biological product in under a year. It's formally impossible. I don't care how much money and people you put on it, there are a series of linear steps which when taken together, unless you miss some out, cannot be completed under several years. So if someone told you they had brought a brand new airline to market with new engines in under a year, I think you would know it's formally impossible to do a clean sheet design, to stress test, to manufacture, to test, to flight test, optimise the engines and get regulatory clearance and be ready to take you across the Atlantic in under a year. And of course it's never been done and it's never been done with complex biological products in under a year. So whatever else they did, they didn't do what they said because it cannot be done in under a year. Secondly, and I'll come to the examples in a moment, there are in these products numerous features which in my view, my peers, people like me, people with my training and experience would know for sure would give rise to the toxicities that I pointed out in 2020. They're not, they don't require particular skills you need to know how to do drug discovery and what can go wrong. But I'm not acting like a complete genius in spotting these, just someone who is a professional from this industry that has pointed out numerous features built in by choice that I believe I think they obviously confer toxicology, toxicity to the recipients. And as I've said, people designing these, people like me in wherever they were, pharmaceutical industries or the military, knew these things were going to happen. And that's why I say it's intentional. I'm going to give you three examples that you can go and test. So the first one is these are so called gene based products, that is they've got a string of genetic information in them. Now there aren't any products like that that are in routine use anywhere in the world. So they're brand new technology. But what you'll remember they told you that they do is they cause your body to make as a protein whatever was in that genetic code. Now it's absolutely basic immunology. How is it, do you think your body knows that what's inside of you is meant to be there and you don't attack it? And yet if something gets into your body from the outside or a tumour form, something that shouldn't be in you, your body can recognise that that's foreign or non-self and can attack it. And the answer is you tolerate everything that's meant to be inside your body. When you're in your mum's womb, we, we ruled out the ability to attack ourselves. Unless you get an autoimmune disease in later life, you play nice with yourself until something gets inside you or something goes wrong inside you. So ladies and gentlemen, if you are injected with a genetic sequence that causes you to manufacture a foreign protein, whether it's a virus or something out of a computer, it's not you and it's not meant to be in you, I assure you, your body recognises that it's been invaded, something's in there that shouldn't be and it launch a fatal attack on every cell that it thinks has gone wrong. It's trying to save you. So and that autoimmune reaction that destruction which your body is trying to, is doing because it's trying to protect you, that will happen anywhere in your body, any cell, tissue, organ in your body where unluckily your dose of what was injected into you lands. So if it lands in your heart, you could get myocarditis or a heart attack. If it lands in your brain, you could get a stroke or neurological conditions. If it's in your eyes, you could go blind. If it's in your ovaries, it may sterilise you. But that explains, in my view, a lot of the enormously diverse toxicity that's been seen with these products. So that's one, your body is being made to manufacture something that does not belong in it. And when that happens, everybody with the first lecture of immunology will understand why that happens. It's not an accident, it's in the design. It's a deliberate choice. The second one, then what was encoded in the so called "vaccines", now we're told it's spike protein. I don't think there is a natural spike protein, but proteins with sequences like that are known to be acutely toxic to blood cells, prompting blood clots to nerve cells, causing them to malfunction and probably other things I don't know anything about. So that's the second thing your body was making, was forced to make not only a foreign protein, something that didn't belong in your body, you were, your body was forced to make something that was directly toxic to your body. And the person who chose that sequence knew that's what the property of it was. It's not an accident, it's intentional. Then the third one is absolutely shocking. It's normal for drugs to be formulated that is to be wrapped in something. You'll see them in capsules or tablets. They might have a coating. If it's an inhaler, there might be some liquid with it so it can be propelled. In the case of these injectables, they were wrapped in really fatty globules called lipid nanoparticles, which means tiny little particles of fat. Lipid nanoparticles. Ladies and gentlemen, there were papers published as early as 2012, which I read a couple of years ago, that said that it is well understood in the industry by formulators that the payload that's contained within lipid nanoparticles when injected into animals and people leads to a disproportionate deposition of the payload into your ovaries. I remember the day I read that paper, I really couldn't sleep. The person who chose to use lipid nanoparticles to formulate the Moderna and Pfizer products knew perfectly well that what they would do is allow them to drift all through your body, through membranes as if they weren't there, and disproportionately deposit in your ovaries. And given I've told you the first two things, which is that will induce your body to attack every cell in the body that follows the instructions. And that instruction by the way, is to make a poison, you should no longer be surprised that people have been injured and killed and had their fertility reduced. I wish I didn't have to communicate this information. But there is no possibility that the people involved in designing these products did not know that they would have the effects that I predicted and that so many people have actually experienced it is intentional. There is ample evidence that this assault, which is not the only thing that's ever happened, unfortunately it's the first I noticed. I was a so called normie until 2020. I believe everything I was told. But this is part of a long planned assault by powerful wealthy people operating above the level of nation. So I'm afraid organisations like the United Nations, the World Health Organisation, the Bank for International Settlements, the World Economic Forum are populated by the people who I believe have orchestrated this attack on humanity and they're going to do it again. There are factories all around the world busy manufacturing these so called "vaccines" and formulating them in the way I just described. And they're going to come up with contrived reasons why you need to roll your sleeve up and I'm telling you, for the love of God, please don't do it. The only way we will push these people away is by speaking out as we see it and simply refusing to follow absurd instructions no matter what ostensible reason they come up with for you to do that.. So I mentioned I have been subject to astonishing censorship and smearing. And that's true. I've always said, if you hear me, please repeat what I have said to other people. I've got a tiny reach because I'm censored and no one else is coming to save us. It's just a small number of us who are not willing to stay quiet while this is done to us. But it's part of a wider deception. The pandemic lie is a major one. I don't have time to go into it now, but see my other recording. But there wasn't a pandemic. There's never been a pandemic. They can't happen. It's a lie. The so called human induced climate change crisis, that's all a lie as well. It's the same people who put this together at the end of the 1960s, the Club of Rome, they chose these two topics of infectious disease and climate change to scare people because they realised it would force a response from above the level of nation. But I'm saying, stand on your own feet and tell them to get lost with their absurd lies. And there's a third lie which underlies these, and it's they believe. They tell us we've been told all our lives, that the world is overpopulated. And it's literally absurd if you're up in an aeroplane within a few minutes, even over a busy city, the place is just full of cities and forests and fields. So that's yet another lie. But I think that's what's driving them. They think there's too many of us little people, and they seek to control us digitally and then eventually inject us to death. Its only going to be stopped then by refusal to cooperate. And that's my testimony. I hope that was helpful to.

Dear Friend, I wrote this book for you. For the past year, I have labored to create a product that will help you learn and master SQL. I have been there. I have felt the frustration of trying to learn SQL and not knowing where to begin. I have lived through the struggle of setting up a platform to run SQL queries. Most platforms require sign-ups and logins that create a headache for learners. I also know the challenge of finding proper SQL exercises that mirror the real-world experience of a data analyst. Yes, I have been in your shoes. That’s why I created SQL Essentials for Data Analysis: A 50-Day Hands-on Challenge Book (Go From Beginner to Pro). Yes, to give you a clear, practical path from beginner to confident SQL user. ✅Why SQL Still Matters You may be wondering if SQL still matters in 2025. The answer: it has never mattered more. SQL is the lingua franca of data. Data still lives in databases, and the only language it truly understands is SQL. Think about it, even in Python, SQL is there. You’ve probably heard about the powerful pandas library. Guess what? It also has some SQL. And don’t get me started on BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks; the answer is the same: they all rely on SQL. SQL is the big shadow that hovers over everything data. This is why learning SQL is a must for data analysts, engineers, scientists, and anyone working with data. SQL connects everything: exploration, extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and reporting. ✅Why I Wrote This Book Dear friend, I wanted to create a resource that gives you everything you need to learn SQL for data analysis. Quite often, resources are scattered across different places. You might learn theory in one place, search for datasets in another, and hunt for questions somewhere else. More often than not, the only place you can tackle SQL challenges is online. But online platforms usually focus on syntax and don’t reflect the messiness of real-world data. I wrote this book to give you the best of both worlds: theory and practice. I don’t want you to be worrying about where to find resources. I want you to focus only on learning SQL. If you are new to SQL or need a refresher on the fundamentals, Part 1 of the book has you covered. If you are looking for practice, Part 2 is 49 days of hands-on SQL challenges designed to mirror real-world tasks. Each day in the book is designed to feel like a mini project, rather than isolated exercises. Take Day 15: Standardize Climbers Data, for example: On this day, you’re not just writing a single query; you’re working with a dataset from start to finish. By combining these tasks, you experience a full data preprocessing workflow, just like a real project. You get to practice loading, transforming, cleaning, and validating data, all in one challenge. This approach makes every day a hands-on project, not just an isolated query. You’re learning how SQL is used in real-world scenarios, not just memorizing syntax. By the end of each day, you’ve solved a problem that feels meaningful and practical: yes, something that mirrors data analysts’ and engineers’ work in real life. In this book I use SQLite. I chose SQLite because it’s simple, lightweight, and runs on any system without complicated setups or cloud accounts. You don’t need to worry about complex configurations. SQLite allows you to focus entirely on learning SQL concepts, queries, and logic without distractions. You will just have to import it. I also structured the book for use in Jupyter or Google Colab notebooks. These are playgrounds for data analysts, engineers, and scientists. These environments are interactive and flexible. They let you run queries, visualize results, and experiment in real time. Using notebooks ensures that you can practice SQL while documenting your work and learning at your own pace, all in one place. No need for sign-ups. ✅Why 50 Days? I chose 50 days intentionally. Learning SQL isn’t a sprint; it’s a habit. You can’t truly master a language by cramming a few queries in one sitting. 50 days creates a commitment. You attach yourself to a goal, a tangible outcome. Every day is a small win, a step forward, and by the end of the journey, you’ve transformed your understanding of SQL. By spreading the learning over 50 days, you build momentum, consistency, and confidence. Think of it like training for a marathon. You don’t run 26 miles on the first day. You run a little each day, gradually building strength, endurance, and skill. By the end of the 50 days, you’ll have tackled a wide range of SQL tasks: from simple filtering to window functions, date operations, joins, and performance tuning. You’ll have not just learned SQL but truly internalized it. The goal isn’t to overwhelm you. It’s to give you a structured, achievable path that fits into your daily routine, so learning SQL becomes natural, steady, and rewarding. Even if you don’t finish within 50 days, the 50-day structure gives you a rhythm, a habit, and a sense of accomplishment. The kind of outcome that sticks long after the book is finished. In summary, I wrote the book to address these pain points: 🔶Not knowing where to start: The book gives you a clear roadmap that guides you day by day. 🔶Too much theory, not enough practice: Reading about SQL is not the same as doing SQL. This book includes hands-on challenges that mirror real-world scenarios, so you’re not just memorizing commands; you’re learning to think like a data analyst. 🔶Complex setup: Many learners get stuck setting up databases or configuring environments. You will not worry about complex setups; everything runs in SQLite3 inside Jupyter Notebook, so you start immediately. 🔶Disconnected learning: The challenges mirror real-world analytics problems. Every day here is like a mini project, giving you the experience of exploring, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data ✅What I ask of You I wrote this book for you because I want you to succeed, but books alone don’t create mastery; your effort does. I have provided the tools. All I ask is that you show up every day. Even if it’s just 20–30 minutes, take the challenge seriously. Tackle the problems, experiment with your queries, make mistakes, and fix them. That’s how real learning happens. I also ask that you trust the process. The book is designed to guide you from beginner to confident SQL user, step by step. Some days will feel "easy" and others "hard." Stay the course, and by the end, you’ll see how all the pieces fit together. Finally, I ask that you bring curiosity and persistence. SQL is a language of logic and structure, but it’s also a language of insight. The more you explore, the more patterns you’ll discover, and the more confident you’ll become in solving real-world problems. Don’t be scared to experiment. If you commit to this, I promise you’ll finish 50 days with more than just knowledge. You’ll have the skills, confidence, and habit of thinking like a data analyst. To make starting even easier, as a subscriber to this newsletter, I’m giving you an exclusive 35% launch discount. You can grab your copy today and start the 50-day journey at a reduced price. Grab SQL Essentials for Data Analysis here: I can’t wait to hear about your progress, the insights you uncover, and the confidence you gain along the way. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me or post them in the comments section. Let’s start this journey together: one challenge, one query, one day at a time. Warmly, Benjamin PS. If you're a Christian man, it is obvious to see that the world is controlled by Satan. Everywhere you look, we see evidence of this—from entertainment to politics to social media. It is clear that the enemy's agenda is at play, and it's an agenda designed to sabotage the men who have influence in the kingdom of God. And if you’re an entrepreneur who’s been struggling with your weight… You are being affected by this satanic agenda. Why Your Health Is Under Spiritual Attack: My name is Gabe Pluguez, and since 2019, alongside my business partner Joey Yochheim | Default Kings , we’ve been helping men break free from unhealthy patterns—for good. And we don’t just help men “get in shape.” We teach them a faith-based approach to changing their unhealthy habits so that they actually keep the weight off permanently. Like Jim— shown in the video, a 70-year-old C-suite executive who lost 53 lbs in 5 months, kept it off through the holidays, and has sustained it since after working together. Like Alex— shown in the video, a crypto entrepreneur and a dad of one who’s lost more than 40 lbs, has gotten abs, competes in Jiu-Jitsu, and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. Like Gavin— shown in the video, a 50-year-old father of six who was busy running multiple businesses but still lost 32 lbs in just 12 weeks. Or like Vinnie— shown in the video, an entrepreneur who’s lost 50 lbs and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. So here’s the thing. You already know the truth. You know that you shouldn’t be eating garbage. You know that you should be exercising consistently. You know that God made you in His image and that you’re designed to be strong and actually commanded to honor the body He gave you to carry out His mission for your life. Yet… that's not the reality you're experiencing. Why You Keep Failing to Fix This (Romans 7:15) You're experiencing exactly what Paul talks about in Romans 7:15: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do.” These are your unhealthy default actions. And if you’re like most Christian entrepreneurs, you’re probably sacrificing your health at the altar of your business. You tell yourself: • “I’ll fix it later.” • “Business and family obligations come before me.” But here’s something that might make you uneasy… That is the exact lie that the enemy wants you to believe. The Lie That’s Keeping You Weak, Tired, and Ineffective: Satan wants you to believe the lie that you are incapable of honoring your body while stewarding everything else. He wants you: ❌ Exhausted ❌ Weakened ❌ A slave to gluttony and sloth ❌ To set a poor example to the people you’re called to lead And additionally... Satan wants you dead... Early... Because if your body is weak, you’re easier to tempt. If you’re out of control, you have less influence over the people you’re supposed to lead. And if you die early—then you’re not even here. And maybe you’ve known this for a while. You’ve tried keto, intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, Personal Trainers, or even Ozempic… But here’s the part you haven’t heard before. You’ve Been Lied To. You’ve been trying to use a temporary Band-Aid on a spiritual wound. Mainstream diet methods promise a quick fix… but they leave you discouraged and defeated. That’s why studies show that 90% of people who try these diets gain the weight back. And after so many repeated failures, you start to accept the lie from the enemy— “I just can’t figure out this one area of life.” And here’s what makes it even worse. Your pastors aren’t helping—they don’t talk about gluttony because they’re still struggling with it themselves. Other Christians make it harder. They say: 💬 "It’s no big deal!" 💬 "God gives you grace!" 💬 "Come on, one donut won’t hurt!" But I need you to ask yourself: Are the men telling you this the type of men you respect? Are they disciplined? Are they leading by example? Or are they justifying their own addiction to comfort? How I Know Exactly What You’re Feeling: Maybe you’re reading this, and you already know all of this. You know you shouldn’t be eating junk… but you do. You know you should be working out… but you skip it. You know you should stop turning to food for comfort… but you still do. And if you’re feeling convicted right now, I understand. Because I was once enslaved to sin in the exact same way. For over a decade, I was addicted to pornography. I was having premarital sex while still trying to be a Christian leader. I read my Bible, went to church, and knew exactly what I needed to do… Yet I kept falling into the same old pattern. I felt like I fraud. And, there was even this moment when I was finally convicted—just like you are now. I told my ex-fiance: “We’re not having sex anymore.” She looked me dead in the eyes and said: “If we’re not going to do that, then I’m leaving.” And I looked right back at her and said: “Okay. Leave. I choose Jesus.” She walked out the door. And I was proud of myself. I thought: “Thank you, Lord, for the strength to make this decision. I can finally honor You.” And then… Less than 24 hours later, I completely caved. I went right back to the very sin I swore to leave behind. And I remember standing in the bathroom afterward, looking in the mirror, so disgusted with myself that I couldn’t even make eye contact with my own reflection. I had completely lost hope. I told the devil: "You win." But that was a lie. And what I experienced next completely changed my life— And it’s the exact same process that will change yours. The Turning Point: How Everything Changed When I applied the process that I’m going to share with you today, not only did everything change… I experienced blessings in this area of my life that were so far beyond anything I had ever imagined. I broke free from addiction, married the love of my life, started working on a family, and 10x'ed my business, all while staying consistent and leveling up in my own fitness And that’s when I realized: 👉 This isn’t just about losing weight. 👉 This isn’t just about not being fat anymore. This is about the blessings that God has for you on the other side of discipline—blessings so powerful, so life-changing, that once you experience them, you will be incapable of doing anything except saying, “Glory to You, Lord.” How Do You Actually Go About Doing This? This is the exact process that I’ve helped over 800 guys (at the time of this post) go through inside our Christian-focused coaching company, Joey and I were responsible for all the transformations you'll see at These were men just like you. Men who were: • Losing weight temporarily but always gaining it back. • Struggling with multi-decade-long food addictions. • Convicted that they were called for more. • Fathers, husbands, even pastors—who knew God could redeem this area of their life but struggled to connect their faith to their fitness. But they finally broke free. And there were three key things that made that transformation possible. #1: They Changed the Unhealthy Default Actions That Were Keeping Them Stuck All of these men were struggling with things like: ❌ Overeating and mindless snacking ❌ Skipping workouts ❌ Eating late at night, binge eating ❌ Hitting snooze, sleeping in ❌ Overdrinking, struggling with food addiction ❌ Falling off the wagon on weekends, vacations, or business travel And worst of all? 👉 They would lose some weight… then let their habits slip again… which led to the weight coming back. 👉 Their body fat affected not just how they fit in clothes, but how other people saw them—even their daughters and wives started noticing and nagging them about it. 👉 For some of them, their hearts had become ticking time bombs, and they knew if they didn’t change, they would eventually suffer consequences that affected not just them, but their families and marriages. And even though you would think these things would be motivating enough… Like you’re probably thinking right now, “I should be motivated enough to change.” They were still choosing: ❌ Comfort over discipline. ❌ Food over their families. ❌ Laziness over being the leader their people needed them to be. #2: They Didn’t Have a Sustainable, Effective Approach That Worked With Their Busy Life Most of them had already tried: 📌 Dieting, weight loss challenges, personal trainers. 📌 Just trying to “get serious” and eat cleaner. 📌 Fad diets like Keto or Intermittent Fasting. 📌 Making their wife their accountability partner (which never works, because no man wants his wife to be his mommy—and no wife wants to be her husbands mommy). But nothing worked, because none of these were tailored to their bodies, goals, and lifestyle. 👉 The plans didn’t fit the busyness of home life and work. 👉 They didn’t account for vacations, networking events, or client dinners. 👉 They made them feel weird or awkward at dinner time with friends and family. 👉 The nutrition was too complicated for their wives to support. And worst of all? They were straight-up unsustainable. So they would always fall off the wagon—and the weight would always come back. #3: They Didn’t Have Real Accountability From Other Christian Men They Respected They tried using: ❌ Their wives (again—no wife wants to be their husband’s accountability partner). ❌ Their business network (but those guys were focused on business, not health). ❌ Their church groups (but their brothers in Christ didn’t have the specialized knowledge to help them actually execute). So between: ❌ Unhealthy default actions ❌ A lack of a sustainable, effective plan ❌ Not having real accountability They stayed stuck. That’s Why Default Kings Is Different We developed a system that actually works—one that helps you realign your default actions with your true identity in Christ. Because the problem isn’t that you don’t care. The problem isn’t that you’re unaware of these things. The problem is that your current system is failing you. Right now: 📌 Your default actions have brought you here. 📌 You don’t have a sustainable approach. 📌 You don’t have an effective plan. 📌 Your environment is full of people who reinforce your excuses instead of calling you higher. And every time you try to change, you keep getting pulled back into the same cycle. That’s exactly why we built Default Kings. Because this is not just another weight loss program. This is a battle plan for Christian men. A system designed to permanently rewire your habits. A system designed to rebuild your discipline. A system designed to finally help you take back control of your body and mind. Here’s What You’ll Get Inside Default Kings: 1. This is the most complete system ever created for Christian men who are ready to: ✅ Change their default actions ✅ Lose the weight ✅ Keep it off—permanently And when you join Default Kings, you’re stepping into more than just a plan. 👉 You’re removing the obstacles that have kept you stuck. 👉 You’re eliminating the second-guessing and the self-doubt. 👉 You’re finally committing to a system that guarantees you never fall off track again. The Default Kings Promise: We guarantee that: ✔️ You will lose between 10–50 lbs in the next 90 days—or we’ll refund you in full. ✔️ You will keep the weight off—or we’ll refund you in full. If you follow the system, stay coachable, and engage in the process, this will be the last fitness program you will ever need. However—if you: ❌ Ignore the coaching ❌ Skip the workouts ❌ Refuse to be communicative, honest, and humble Then, of course, nothing will work. That’s why we track your progress every single day. We are personally committed to your success. 📌 If you struggle, we’ll step in. 📌 If you start to slip, we’ll call you higher. 📌 If you feel lost, we’ll guide you back. That is the entire purpose of Default Kings. We are here to make sure you win. Right Now, you are standing at a crossroads. You have three choices—and only one leads to transformation. Path #1: Do Nothing. Go back to life as it is. Click away from this page, pretend like you never saw this, open up the Uber Eats app, and order another comfort meal. Keep making excuses. Keep telling yourself, “I’ll figure it out later.” And six months from now? Nothing will change. Six years from now? You’ll still be frustrated, still lacking discipline, still convicted every time you look in the mirror—until you just accept it. And when that moment comes, you’ll wish you had taken action today. If you go that route, I pray for you and trust in God’s plan for your life. Path #2: Try to Do It Alone. You can take what you learn on X or chat GPT and try to piece together your own plan. You can do hours of research, attempt to hold yourself accountable, and try to willpower your way through it. And while that’s better than doing nothing… That’s the most common way that men fail. Because if you were capable of holding yourself accountable, you would have done it by now. If you had the time and knowledge to create a sustainable, effective, Biblically based fitness plan that works for your lifestyle, you would have done it by now. But you don’t need just another diet plan. You don’t need just another workout routine. You need a proven system that: ✅ Removes the confusion so you’re never guessing what to do next. ✅ Holds you accountable so you never fall off track again. ✅ Surrounds you with strong, Christian men who push you to succeed. ✅ Rewires your habits so that discipline becomes automatic. Going at this alone means you don’t have the coaching when you need help. It means you don’t have a group of men who can come into agreement with you about what God can do in this area of your life. It means you don’t have the battle-tested frameworks that have helped 800+ Christian men permanently transform their health. And that’s why most men who try to figure it out themselves end up right back where they started—or talking to me again six months later. Path #3: Say “Maybe.” You don’t have to say yes right now. Just say maybe. Maybe you’ve tried and failed before. Maybe you’ve thought about committing to a plan before. Maybe you know you need a real system that actually works for high-achieving Christian men. If that’s the case, then I want to make this easy for you. Instead of asking you to commit to the entire program right now, I’m asking you to commit to just a few minutes of your time for a Free Fat Loss Assessment. 📌 You’ll chat directly with me, Joey, or one of the other experts on our team. 📌 We’ll dive deep into the root cause of why you keep losing weight and gaining it back.| 📌 We’ll give you clear action steps on how to fix this permanently.| And if it makes sense, we’ll show you exactly how Default Kings works. This time is different. This time, you will win. But you have to take the first step. Click the link below and book your Free Fat Loss assessment today. 👇

Zack Polanski on BBC Radio 4's Today prog calmly knocking back everything Nick Robinson throws at him across 17 minutes NR (00:00.2), "Delighted to say that Zach Polanski is here in the Today programme studio, for the latest, indeed, for the last of our party leader interviews. Morning to you and thanks for coming in." ZP (00:09.2), "Thanks for having me." NR (00:09.8), "Nick, I want to talk to you about what your party would do if it does indeed gain some power after the votes on Thursday. But I want to begin by putting to you one of the latest storeys about you. A Times investigation says that you've made a series of false or disputed claims about jobs you've had in the past with." NR (00:31.8), "Why, for example, did you say you were a spokesperson for the British Red Cross when they are absolutely clear that, though a supporter of theirs, you were never a spokesperson for them?" ZP (00:42.3), "So I hosted, various fundraisers for the British Red Cross and indeed I would go on stage and speak for them about the amazing work they do tackling humanitarian crises, on the climate crisis and indeed for refugees all around the world. I use the wrong word and I accept that." ZP (00:57.5), "But I would essentially take words on stage with me and speak. It's important, though, and I accept this, that, you know, I don't support any political party and I've made sure that's been taken down." NR (01:06.5), "You say this sort of storey is a fuss about nothing, that you get your facts wrong because it comes up with other examples." ZP (01:11.7), "Well, I think it's totally fine to ask me questions about my past. I would also say in the same breath, though the Times published a pretty anti Semitic cartoon of me last week. I asked them to apologise. And it feels some of these storeys feel like scraping the barrel to kind of go back 10, 15 years. I've had so many friends, I'm literally talking maybe 20 or 30 in the last few weeks who have phoned me and said, a Times journalist has been phoning and they've been desperately trying, trying to find things about your past." ZP (01:36.5), "They asked me lots of questions and seemed disappointed that I didn't have some juicy, dirty gossip." NR (01:41.6), "Yeah, well, there was. Whether you call it juicy or dirty, and it wasn't gossip, it was a fact. The fact that you claimed that as a hypnotherapist, you could enlarge women's breasts using the power of thought. People are entitled to say, what's this guy really about?" ZP (01:57.2), "People are totally entitled to say that. And that's an important part of politics, that people ask you questions. What I would say is that, you know, this was 13 years ago. It was a Sun journalist's idea. I've apologised for that. Because even though it was a son journalist idea, I was an adult and I should have said no, you went along with it." NR (02:12.6), "Yeah." ZP (02:12.9), "It's important to say I wasn't a politician. And I've apologised for it repeatedly." NR (02:16.7), "And the BBC showed that some days later, in fact, you repeated the claim that you could do it. But let us not get bogged down in the past. It is striking, though, that on X last night, when, let's be honest, people who are critics of you are having a go. The Daily Mail calls it the Green Menace on its front page." NR (02:34.1), "How did you react? You said you were under relentless attacks because they, your critics don't want a wealth tax, don't want public ownership. They're trying everything in their power to stop us, you said. It's a curious thing to say, isn't it? Ahead of local elections, Green councillors will not have the power to implement any of those policies, will they?" ZP (02:54.8), "Well, I think the relentless attacks on the Green Party in this election, for a local election have partly been about the local election, but really they're about the bigger picture right now. The bigger picture is when I ran to be leader of the Green party, we had 50,000 members, we've now got 225,000 members. So we are rising." ZP (03:11.1), "And I think lots of people are worried about the prospect. And when I say people, people who own, right wing media, multimillionaires and billionaires who are worried about the prospect that they might have to pay a little bit more tax. And so I think it's important that I focus on the vision and the hope and our actual plan." ZP (03:27.4), "I also think it's a complete reality, though we've seen it in the past before with left wing leaders, that there's no secret, there's no love lost between me and the right wing media. And almost every single day they print things that just aren't true." NR (03:38.8), "But just address the point I raised. Wealth tax councils won't get to do that. Public ownership councils don't get to do that. Well, not entirely. We'll come to that in a second. You are running on a national platform of change that the people who are elected on Thursday, whether in the Welsh Parliament, you don't run candidates in the Scottish one, or in English, local councils simply cannot do." ZP (04:03.2), "Well, I think it's about what are your values as a party? And whilst other party leaders and other parties take donations from oil and gas companies or arms trade companies, private healthcare or gambling, Green Party councillors only have two vested interests and Those vested interests. We want to protect the communities we seek to serve and we want to protect the environment." NR (04:21.6), "Well, let's come to that, then, because most interesting, perhaps, is to look at what Greens say who are running for office. You are not. You are a member of the London assembly, you're not a Member of Parliament, you're not running in these elections. Now, you live in Hackney. Hackney happens in northeast London to be a top Green target for taking control from the Labour Party." NR (04:41.9), "So let's look at protecting communities. For example, on crime, the manifesto calls the Metropolitan Police institutionally racist, homophobic, sexist and misogynists. It goes on to say, greens cannot accept this system. It calls for safe spaces for, heroin users to shoot up, to end cautions for street prostitution and to end what the manifesto calls discriminatory policing of delivery riders." NR (05:08.8), "This is an agenda for an endless fight with the police, isn't it?" ZP (05:12.0), "I don't think so. Baroness Casey, in the last couple of years, did a review into Metropolitan Police and it was actually the findings that found it institutionally racist and misogynistic. Something that Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London, to his credit, accepts. It is noticeable that Mark Rowley, the Commissioner of the Police, doesn't accept that, yet they continue, to work together in that way." ZP (05:31.1), "On the issue of drug harm, we have the highest drug deaths, of any country in Europe. And every single year for the past 13 years, drug deaths have increased. So I think the question anyone has, and we have in Hackney, is that the war on drugs has clearly failed. It's failed in cities right across this country, and more and more people are, often taking dangerous drugs." ZP (05:50.3), "So do we want people to buy them on the black market or on street corners? Or do we want people to go to a pharmacy or a medical health professional where, if they have an addiction to dangerous drugs, we can work with them to take a public health approach based in harm reduction." NR (06:02.7), "Public health approaches to. Is to legalise hard drugs and to legalise prostitution, you say to legalise and regulate and the regulators. It's still legalised, isn't it?" ZP (06:11.5), "No, the point is you can't just go into a shop and buy drugs, which is how it's presented in the press. Again, because I can keep talking about what councillors can do, rather than what" NR (06:18.3), "you would do if you were Prime Minister, because that's for another interview. Are you saying councillors should cut the police budget? Because that's what it seems to imply when you say, we cannot accept this system, let the council spend Money on crime reduction. Don't give that money to the police." ZP (06:33.7), "It's about reprioritizing. So it's." NR (06:35.5), "Does that mean cut in English?" ZP (06:36.7), "No. So let's look at example. We're straight back onto drugs. A lot of police time is spent on stop and search for cannabis use, for instance. It doesn't escape people's notice that that is often, in the politics of racism, if you're a young black person, I think it's something like you're 18 times more likely to be stopped and searched than your white peer, despite the fact there's no evidence that they're more likely to be dealing or using drugs." ZP (07:00.8), "And so I think it's important that we make sure the police time is spent properly, which I think is about community prevention, about cohesiveness and bringing communities together, particularly in, like, whether it means redirecting the budget." NR (07:11.4), "Does it mean the police budget?" ZP (07:12.9), "Well, it means redirecting within the police budget, so making sure that the time police are spent is spent on community safety." NR (07:18.2), "Well, it's interesting that we talked about police because, as you know, you've come under serious criticism for retweeting criticism of the action of the police officers who stopped the alleged attacker of Jews in Golda's Green. Now, you apologised for retweeting that." NR (07:34.1), "You said you should have a meeting with the head of the Met. You sent him a letter. I want to ask you a different question. You've not apologised for the content of that. Why did you empathise with the attacker, and not with police officers who feared for their own lives and were trying to protect other people's lives?" ZP (07:53.3), "I think there's two things in that that I, really clearly want to say. The first is my very first response to the attack was to be horrif, as everyone was, I'm sure. And the first thing I posted was solidarity to the victim, to the family and indeed, to people who are suffering right now, including as a Jewish man, where Jewish safety is not abstract." NR (08:12.0), "But then you posted that officers were repeatedly and violently kicking a mentally ill man in the head when he was incapacitated by a Taser, caused extreme offence to those officers, to the head of the Met and to many people. I ask you again, why did you empathise, Empathise with the attacker, not with the police officer." ZP (08:28.9), "As I said, there's two things I wanted to say, so that was the first. The second, what I want to say is two things can be true at the same Time officers are incredibly brave when they run towards scenes of crimes that most people, including myself, would want to run away from. At the same time, I think it is accurate, and that I was also traumatised, by seeing, someone handcuffed and completely, repeatedly kicked in the head." ZP (08:51.7), "Now, sure, if you'll forgive me, it is an answer," NR (08:54.4), "but it's not an answer to the question. You posted something with the power that you have, with the number of people who follows us, and not empathising in that post with the Jewish community or critically with the police officers, you empathise with the attacker. Look what they're doing to the alleged attacker." ZP (09:11.1), "I don't think it was your choice. As I say, the first thing I did was show solidarity to the victims and I thank the officers. Second, though, I think the sign of a compassionate society is how we treat people, even people who have done horrific things, because actually, the way we do justice in this country is in court." NR (09:26.0), "You said a key value of the Greens was protecting communities. What are your proposals for protecting the Jewish community?" ZP (09:33.5), "The Jewish community is not safe right now. And as I said, as a Jewish man, this isn't abstract for me. In fact, in the last six weeks alone, two people have been arrested. So how would you protect anti Semitic attacks towards me? I think there's lots that needs to happen in this country. The first is community cohesion and community building. Some of the work that I'm proudest of in London, that I see Londoners do, is where I see the Jewish community working alongside the Muslim community." NR (09:55.1), "What would you do? What would Zach Polanski do in order to reduce attacks on the Jewish community?" ZP (09:59.9), "So, first of all, to invest in that work, that community, faith work, to make sure communities stand together. Second, to make sure that the Jewish community, give them the investment that they need. In fact, what the Prime Minister has been doing to make sure that happens. I do think a police response is the last response when everything before it has failed." NR (10:17.6), "I still think you're not really answering the question about what you would do. Let me ask you this." ZP (10:21.0), "I think I do." NR (10:21.6), "Would you deal with, for example, a candidate who says Jewish people fear hate because they know they should be hated. Another one who suggested that the attacks on the ambulances was a false flag and carried out, presumably by Israel. Another of your candidates who blamed Israel for the Bondi beach terrorist attack." NR (10:41.0), "A fourth candidate who said Donald Trump was, quote, owned by Jews. And most horrifying of all, although this individual has now been arrested, one of your candidates who Reposted something saying ramming a synagogue isn't anti Semitism, it's revenge." NR (10:56.8), "What are you, Zach Polanski doing to end these disgusting messages?" ZP (11:03.5), "Those messages are all unacceptable and it's important to condemn that. The Green Party are an anti racist party and it's important that we stick to our values." NR (11:11.0), "We can't just say the words were an anti racist bar to. And I've just read you out five of the most revolting comments at a time when, according to an independent advisor, we face a national emergency of anti Semitism. I'm asking you, you're not responsible for everything they say. Of course you're not." NR (11:26.3), "You can't be." ZP (11:27.3), "I am responsible, actually." NR (11:28.2), "What are you going to do about it?" ZP (11:29.0), "I am the leader of a party. I was about to finish my sentence." NR (11:31.5), "Forgive me. Go on." ZP (11:32.4), "We're an anti racist party. And so what I've already committed to doing is making sure that we have a standardised vetting process in future. And also make sure that we have compulsory training of all our candidates to make it clear that anti Semitism is completely unwelcome in the Green Party as it is in society. It is also important to say one case of anti Semitism is one too many." ZP (11:50.5), "This is a handful of cases and actually we have over 4,500 candidates, the vast, vast majority of which are doing amazing work in their communities right now, going out there to tackle the cost of living crisis, to make sure that we're funding public services and making sure that it's about people power and community, grassroots power." NR (12:05.1), "You can dismiss one or two as, just, unrepresentative. I've just read five. I could have read 20 cases of revolting anti Semitism posted by your candidates. Now you're a new leader, how are you going to avoid becoming the new Jeremy Corbyn of British politics?" ZP (12:21.5), "Well, I think me and Jeremy are very different people and there's much, you know, the question was almost inviting me to condemn Jeremy Corbyn. I think there was lots that Jeremy Corbyn was putting forward to this country that I think was really positive. We've talked about wealth taxes, about public ownership. I also think it's important, speaking, for myself right now, that we make sure that we have this vetting process, that it's really clear that anti Semitism, Islamophobia, any form of hatred or hate, crime is not welcome." NR (12:47.3), "Do you believe that Palestine is, to coin a phrase, on the ballot this Thursday?" ZP (12:52.3), "I think lots of things are on the ballot this Thursday." NR (12:54.6), "But is Palestine on the ballot? This." ZP (12:56.2), "I think it's one of the elements, as is the climate crisis. As is." NR (12:58.7), "What does it mean Palestine is on the ballot? Because. The reason I ask you is because your candidate for mayor of Lewisham says Palestine is on the ballot this Thursday. Haringey Green Party campaign launch video. You might think it'd be about bins, you might think it'd be about schools, hospitals, it might be about cleaning up the roads." NR (13:17.2), "It is a series of councillors saying, as a council, I will take all appropriate steps to, uphold the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people. Do you think council elections really should be about Palestine?" ZP (13:29.8), "I think they can be about all of those things. And I think what people have seen in this country is a genocide for two and a half years that our government is still arming, are still sharing intelligence with. And I think lots of people feel very strongly both about their local services, as they should do, and feel equally strongly about the fact that there's a reprehensible genocide happening." ZP (13:48.5), "And they vote, but the way they vote in local elections" NR (13:52.6), "should be determined by their views of Israel and Palestine." ZP (13:56.0), "I wouldn't tell anyone how their vote should be determined, but I think it's an element for lots of people in how they vote." NR (14:00.1), "And do you think that will contribute to community cohesion? Do you?" ZP (14:02.7), "I think yes, because I think, we shouldn't pit Jewish safety against a genocide in Gaza. That's conflating anti Semitism and criticism of the Israeli government. That's something Benjamin Netanyahu does regularly. And as a Jewish person, that makes me feel less safe." NR (14:16.4), "Sure. But there are lots of Jewish people who would say to you they feel unsafe if they feel that their counsellors are motivated first and foremost by Palestine. And if somebody gives that speech, for example, about Palestine being on the ballot, they are likely to think that." NR (14:34.6), "We looked for, example at Barnett Greens, where one in seven residents identify as Jewish. And it includes in its manifesto the fact that, you're standing up for Palestine. Do you think that's going to help?" ZP (14:49.0), "Well, I walk regularly on Palestinian marches with hundreds and hundreds, in fact, thousands of people, many of whom are Jewish. And there have been rabbis who have spoken out on this too. I accept, though, there are Jewish people whose views are equally as valid who, don't agree with those views." ZP (15:04.0), "And I think the job of all of us who are in public life right now is to de. Escalate tensions. And look, how do we bring people together? And I accept that's a huge challenge. And I think one of the ways we could do that is by ending our complicity in the genocide." NR (15:15.4), "Let's turn finally to another issue. We'll talk at greater length when, we're talking about the possibility of you being Prime Minister, which you have said that you would like to do. One thing that is very high on the agenda now is the soaring cost of government borrowing. What would the Greens do to cut it?" ZP (15:30.6), "Well, I think we need to make sure that we're investing. So I think there's two ways of doing that. The first is, wealth taxes, which I know we've rehearsed before, but I'll just say that's for first place." NR (15:38.4), "How does that cut government borrowing?" ZP (15:40.2), "Because ultimately it means you need to borrow less if you're." NR (15:43.0), "If you're ultimately about cutting the cost of government borrowing." ZP (15:45.5), "Yes." NR (15:45.8), "Which is soaring. It's higher than it's been any time this century because people are nervous about high spending, high taxing governments that are politically unstable." ZP (15:54.7), "I think someone who speaks brilliantly on this, who I've spoken to, is the economist Mariana Matsicatu, and she talks about the fact that a government should have a mission that should be a very clear plan of how you tackle the climate crisis, how you reduce inequality. Now, if you have a clear plan and you're borrowing for that, you're taking the market with you because they can clearly see what the return on investment is and how you're bringing money back into the." ZP (16:15.2), "That's how you reduce borrowing levels. If we don't have a plan and continue to borrow, then it feels very, very scattered, and that's why things are getting worse. We need to make sure that there's a consistent plan in place that's set out carefully that can make sure we're putting money back into our communities and investing in those communities." NR (16:29.3), "Do you think you're ready to be Prime Minister?" ZP (16:31.1), "I'm not ready right now, no. I've been leader for eight months, and there's lots of skills and lots of knowledge to get, and I think that's fine. I think I'm a human being. I'm not perfect." NR (16:38.5), "But give it two years, you will be." ZP (16:40.0), "Well, we'll see in two years time, won't we? But I'll certainly be putting in the work." NR (16:43.2), "Zach Polanski, leader of the Green Party in England and Wales, thanks very much for coming into the." ZP (16:46.3), "Thank you, Nick."

The “I never wanted any of this to be public or content” Myth I never wanted any of this to come out. Except I actually mean that. It’s embarrassing, it’s trashy, and it’s the opposite of how I want to present myself publicly. I stayed silent for months while lie after lie was spun about me behind the scenes because I didn’t want to air private, messy moments from a relationship I genuinely cared about. I stayed silent out of fear, because I was told no one would believe me because he would be blindly believed on his large platform. In one of our very last conversations before I blocked him everywhere mid-October, he threatened to do a show on me, contact my employer, and “turn me into the next Lindsey”. Why? Because I didn’t want to continue apologizing to him for the 300th time about venting to someone I thought was a friend. I stayed silent because of these threats. But after Wednesday, after Chelsea posted the private video Aidan gave her, (the same one he threatened me with directly back on 10/2), and after the gaslighting posts yesterday, I don’t have a choice anymore. So here is the timeline. Here are the receipts. Here is what actually happened. September-October 2025- I Stayed Silent Through Months of Smear Campaigns For months, several creators repeated the same false narrative that “Aidan never said a bad word about Meredith.” Jess. Glarer. Auntie Deb. Kim. Ray from Dallas. Others. Meanwhile, Aidan was: • Badmouthing me privately and encouraging others to do so publicly, • Texting Joe “Flipperhead” entire paragraphs trashing me, • Aidan knew Joe would leak them (and even bragged on a stream that he did exactly that so he’d leak them), • Sending Jess Machado after me for months on her large platform, • Directing people behind the scenes to paint me as a villain. • Sending random people who supported me DMs to change their mind (yes Aidan, not everyone is fooled by your bullshit and they came right to me). I ignored all of it. I said nothing. I stayed silent through daily lies because I didn’t want to call more attention to it or face Aidan’s wrath. November 2025 -The Rumors About “March 4”, Joe Flipperhead Flips to Team Aidan Aidan texted Joe his entire made-up version weeks ago. Joe circulated those texts on purpose. Joe threatened me with posting a video montage of mine and Aidan’s private texts. Joe is a pussy so he eventually had Kristy post it for him. Creators discussed it publicly without me ever responding. I STILL didn’t defend myself. November 26-27, 2025- Ratchet Chelsea: The Full 48 Hour Meltdown 11/26/25- The Unprovoked Attack & The March 4 Video On Tuesday night, Chelsea came out of nowhere and launched herself straight at me, accusing me of all kinds of conspiracies from harassment to the horrific crime of sending a friend request, which is explained in vivid detail in the below post (she’s since gone somewhat viral, love this for her!) She spent the next 24 hours thoroughly embarrassing herself and the moment anyone challenged her story even slightly, she did what she always does: she imploded. Her accusations spiraled into her posting the March 4 video. On 11/26/25 at 11:08 PM, Chelsea posted the first clip–a blanket, context-less snippet of me drunk saying something I immediately apologized for the next morning. At 11:50 PM, I responded because at that point, I had no choice. 11/27/25-The Gaslighting & 9-Minute Backpedal Then yesterday, Aidan tried to save face by posting that he “didn’t want the video to be public.” And like clockwork, nine minutes later, Chelsea came charging into the comments like a Temu-sponsored bat out of hell, scrambling to apologize, trying to rewrite reality so it looked like he didn’t send her to do it. It was panicked, sloppy damage control. An amateur quality cover-up attempt that only made it more obvious how coordinated this all was. She wasn’t apologizing because she grew a conscience. She was apologizing because she got caught doing exactly what she’d been primed to do. I wonder if Aidan called her “you should’ve waited at least 20 minutes, dumbass!!!”. Not too bright that Chelsea. I can only imagine the regrets he must have for utilizing someone with the IQ of a pencil to do his dirty work. The Coordination Between Aidan & Chelsea Is Obvious Chelsea had virtually NO followers Wednesday morning. Aidan was one of the first. We’re supposed to believe someone with 150k followers just stumbled on an account that starts posting HIS private messages and HIS private videos? Kk. Aidan commented on her posts that same day, clearly encouraging it. She confirmed in my DMs back on 11/6 that she and Aidan were aligned. And she literally wrote at 4:04 AM that she had “proof,” videos & screenshots she would release if I didn’t “stop calling” her, calls she still hasn’t produced a single shred of proof of. Then yesterday within 9 minutes of his post, she writes: “Sorry for going rogue, Aidan, I hope you don’t hate my guts.” Going rogue? From WHAT? Who gave you the material in the first place? The coordination is obvious to anyone with functioning brain cells. The “I never wanted this public” lie Aidan’s post yesterday claimed he “never wanted this to be public.” If this were true, why did he instruct Chelsea to post it? Why did he share it with Jess Machado to threaten me with for the last month? Why did he share it with Joe Flipperhead, and God knows who else? If he didn’t want it public, he wouldn’t have shared it with anyone, let alone the girl I caught him cheating with. The timeline is clear– Chelsea posted a video at 11:08 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, I responded at 11:50 out of self defense. He leaked first. He escalated first. He weaponized it first. Trying to rewrite that now is gaslighting, pure and simple. He's been lighting matches behind the scenes for months, praying for this to go public. The “Meredith accused him of abuse” narrative is FALSE My actions tell the truth: • I never went to police. • I never filed anything. • I never told anyone he hit me. • I never repeated it. • I apologized the next day. • We stayed together for FOUR more months after that night. • He called me 100+ times some days, even indicating he’d end his life if we broke up. If he believed I was “dangerous,” his actions would have said that. They didn’t. The only reason this is public now is because HE leaked it. Actions > drunk slurred words said because a camera was shoved in my face when I asked him repeatedly to stop filming and to leave. The Wilbur Theatre Rumors—Let’s get petty for a second. This is another topic I’m cringing at discussing but we can thank Aidan for since he shared our sexual messages with Joe Flipperhead. And since some people (Auntie Deb, sweetie, this means you) insist on pushing their Dollar Store fan-fiction about the Wilbur Theatre night, let’s actually walk through what happened, using facts instead of whatever drug-induced hallucinations you’ve been spinning this week. The rumor goes like this- I was “mad at Aidan because we didn’t hook up,” and to “prove” it, they trot out a cherry-picked text where I said I wanted to hook up, he didn’t answer, and the next morning I said I was drunk and sorry. And somehow this has been spun into me being desperate, obsessed, or pining like a background character in a teenage soap opera. Adorable. Wrong, but adorable. Here’s the real plot twist-Aidan and I had already been together literally two days earlier, and shocker-that was initiated by him, not me. I didn’t just “show up at the Wilbur”. He invited me to come to the after party at Encore knowing I had a wedding earlier in the night. I wanted to see my friends there who I actually met to go with. This wasn’t a surprise, it was planned ahead of time. The “I was drunk, sorry” message wasn’t heartbreak. It wasn’t longing. It was me politely tapping the brakes because I didn’t even want to entertain whatever bad path it could lead us back down. And then? He texted me asking about my brother’s wedding, how I am, etc. I ignored him for a full week. Until I had no choice but to speak to him about MereNeill. That silence, from me, is what triggered his latest meltdown. Not mine. His. So no, Auntie Deb, your version isn’t “a different perspective.” It’s just wrong. Like wildly, hilariously, not-even-in-the-ballpark wrong. But sure, keep spinning fanfic if it makes your livestreams feel more exciting. I realize it’s probably been awhile since you’ve had any action since you’ve let yourself go so badly, so you live vicariously through others. Recap For MONTHS I ignored: • the texts he sent Joe to leak • the smear campaign • the creators parroting lies • the behind-the-scenes messages • the insinuations I hacked him and even shared revenge porn • the constant coordinated attacks • the threats of “turning me into the next Lindsey” • his warning that everyone would believe him because of his platform • the threats to contact my employer I didn’t clap back, didn’t retaliate, didn’t respond. But Wednesday, when Chelsea dumped the video he gave her, the same video she threatened weeks ago to drop, AND he posted pretending he didn’t want this all out? That was the line. They chose the nuclear option. Now I’m responding with facts in pure self-defense. Conclusion/Message for Temu Storm This entire mess could have stayed private. I wanted it to stay private. But when someone leaks your private moments, lies about your intentions, weaponizes your past, and coordinates an online attack, you either let the false narrative stand or you defend yourself. I’m choosing to defend myself with receipts, not gossip. With timelines, not “he said.” With evidence, not weaponized drunk clips. And then there’s Aidan’s favorite delusion. The claim that I was ‘working with Karen behind the scenes’ or ‘conspiring with her to get him in trouble for the recording.’ That could not be further from the truth. I didn’t even know he had recorded her until after she already knew about it herself. I wasn’t working with her, plotting with her, or communicating with her about it. She and I have always been friendly, but we didn’t even discuss the recording until it started leaking and Joe Flipperhead went feral on Twitter. Meanwhile, Aidan spent weeks screaming at me, accusing me of being some kind of secret double agent, like he was trying to create the betrayal he was terrified of. Almost a self-fulfilling prophecy. And here’s the reality: in the last few weeks, after he’s gone fully scorched earth on me, I have talked to her, and I support her 100%. The things he’s done to her over the past couple years, and the way he twisted it all for his followers, is the exact same manipulation I lived through. I’m not going into her details because that’s her story to tell… but let’s just say I have a feeling you’ll be hearing it sooner rather than later. And since this week has apparently become “Let’s All Fixate on Meredith Week,” let me address the content-creator sideshow, too. Some of you are strangers, while some I actually considered my friends. It’s shocking but not shocking how quickly you all flip a switch and follow your captain’s orders. Ray from Dallas spent his Sunday foaming at the mouth in a hostile little video about me, all bark, no substance. I saw it. I’m not intimidated. Mostly, I’m embarrassed for you. And your family(ies) will feel the same when your ass is doxxed next week. Can’t wait to tAkE tHaT WaLk with you! Then there’s Will, who’s gone on multiple streams calling me “crazy” and pretending he’s scared of me, despite me being nothing but nice to him. Why? Because he thinks I was the first one to tell Karen he heard the recording, which he absolutely did (unless Aidan is lying about who he played it for, but we know he’s actually telling the truth on this for once). She was informed of it the very next day, which is why she called you and you know this. This was two full days before I was even aware of a call at all. Will, for someone with your track record, maybe sit the “women are dangerous” narrative out. You’re not fooling anyone. I’m staring at 15 pages of police reports and no, it’s not all “things you’ve owned up for in the past”. You know this. Again, I’d take a very large seat here. And then my personal favorite-ex-fake friend Auntie Deb, who decided to spice up his Spaces on Thanksgiving by accusing me of distributing revenge porn with zero evidence, zero screenshots, zero anything. A completely fabricated felony tossed around like it’s gossip hour at the bingo hall. Considering your own professional history, James, I’d hope you of all people would understand how catastrophic false accusations can be, but apparently not. It would be a shame if I were to share the real reason around your separation at the middle school and how you wanted to bring Turtlenoy into it. This is all based on the several witnesses I’ve spoken to. See how that works? You announce things as fact based on something someone told you. I wonder if you’ll have that same enthusiasm when the topic is you. TBD. I’ll wait for that retraction about revenge porn. Ball’s in your court hun. And of course, there’s Jessica Machado, who’s been grinding this axe for months like it’s her full-time personality. Hos long did you cry when Chelsea beat you to the punch with that video? Don’t worry hun, there’s more but she didn’t post it because it’s not great for your fairytale. If you thought the fall-out of Kate’s video was bad, Jessica…stay tuned. I may have been momentarily distracted dealing with the chaos from Temu Chelsea, but there’s an army of your victims out there that are eager and ready for your downfall. The false claim that I shared “revenge porn,” the conspiracy theories, the wild accusations you present as fact, all of it. The 10+ streams you’ve now defamed me on. You’ve been so obsessed with me for so long that you can’t even keep your own narratives straight anymore. I love this so much for you. Let me be crystal clear–I am done being all of your punching bag. You love to spin this narrative that I’m this dangerous person. You’d think you’d lay off from constantly f*cking with me if you truly believed that. I would genuinely love for this nonsense to stop. But that requires ALL of you to stop manufacturing drama, stop lying, and stop weaponizing made-up crimes for clicks. And if they want to keep going? I’ve got plenty of content for many seasons to come.

BOOM!!! 💥💥💥 Dr. Aseem Malhotra's testimony was delivered in the Helsinski District Court on April 12, 2024, with the understanding that any deviation from the truth would constitute perjury. This clip was immediately banned by YouTube so please share widely. I've trimmed the clip, removing the interpreter's segment for a smoother listening experience. Here's the first hour of the testimony. ---------------------------------- My name is Doctor Aseem Malhotra. I am a consultant cardiologist. I've been a qualified doctor since 2001. I have held various roles both in academic health policy. In England, in the United Kingdom, and of the various roles, I won't bore you with all the details. I think three of the most relevant and prominent are the fact that I was an ambassador for the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges for six years, which represented every doctor in the UK. I served a full term of six years as a trustee of the King's fund. I was the youngest member to be appointed to this body which advises government on health policy. I was a founding member of Action on Sugar and a first science director. And through that role I'm considered the lead campaigner on bringing about a sugary drinks tax in the UK. And also, finally I served for five years as visiting professor of evidence based medicine at the Bahiana School of Medicine in Salvador, Brazil. In early 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic I was most vocal doctor on the mainstream, making the link very early on between COVID and those who are vulnerable to suffering serious complications from COVID In fact, in March 2020, I was asked to go on Sky News to explain my initial research findings of the link between especially obesity and COVID, but also to give people an opportunity and to suggest to the government this was a great time for them to implement public health policy to help people enhance or optimise their immune system, which could happen within just a few weeks of dietary changes and optimising vitamin D. This was later also backed up by medical journal publications a few months later. And I was first to mention on the back of an article I published in the Daily Telegraph newspaper, which became a front page commentary and was picked up by BBC News and Good Morning Britain, where I had said that it's likely our prime minister, Boris Johnson, was hospitalised because of his weight. As a result of that, the then secretary for health, Matt Hancock, and this was publicised in the news, had asked me to advise him on the link between COVID and obesity. ...before I explain my journey and in many ways U-turn on my understanding in terms of the benefits and harms of the COVID vaccine, my experience in this area over the last couple of years has made me realise more than ever that even for that the greatest barrier to the truth are not factual or intellectual barriers, but psychological. I think all of us as human beings are vulnerable to these psychological barriers and we should have compassion for ourselves. And I will just very briefly summarise those three psychological barriers before I get into my detailed account of what I was involved in in regards to the COVID vaccine. The first psychological barrier is one of fear. And many of us understandably, and I still remember from early on in the pandemic, we were all scared. We did not know what we were dealing with. The issue with fear is that when people and populations are in a state of fear, we are less likely to engage in critical thinking and we are more likely to be compliant. Although COVID was particularly devastating for vulnerable groups in the elderly and I even have managed and still manage people with long COVID, the fear was grossly exaggerated. And one of the examples of that is that when we had good information on the mortality rate of COVID in the United States, one survey in 2020 revealed that 50% of Americans believed that if they caught COVID, the risk of 19 hospitalisation was 50% one and two, when the actual figure, certainly an average for people in middle age, was less than 1%. The second barrier to the truth, which I think is very relevant to the situation we find ourselves in now, is one called willful blindness. This is when human beings, all of us, are vulnerable to this, turn a blind eye to the truth in order to feel safe, avoid conflict, reduce anxiety and to protect prestige and fragile egos. Some examples of this include, on a personal level, willful blindness can occur when a spouse turns a blind eye to the affair of their partner. On an institutional level, some great examples of willful blindness include Hollywood and Harvey Weinstein, the Catholic Church and child molestation. I believe the current situation we find ourselves in, with much of the mainstream narrative and the medical establishment and policy makers not acknowledging quite horrific, serious and common harms from this vaccine, is another example of willful blindness. And I also say this with full empathy, because I was one of those people that was for a very long time, willfully blind to the harms of the COVID vaccine. In January 2021, I was one of the first people to take two doses of the COVID mRNA vaccine because I volunteered in a vaccine centre. I still believe that traditional vaccines are some of the safest amongst all pharmacological interventions in medicine and I could not conceive of any possibility whatsoever of this vaccine causing harm. As a public figure and respected doctor in the UK, I have built relationships across the board with many other public figures, including celebrities and politicians, who often come to me for medical advice. One of those people was film director Gurinder Chadha, who you may be familiar with some of her work, including the movie "Bend It like Beckham", who had asked me whether or not she should take the vaccine and had sent me blogs which I dismissed and regarded as anti vax nonsense. I was then asked to go on good morning, Britain because Gurinder Chadha, the director herself tweeted that I had convinced her to take the vaccine. The main reason for this TV appearance was to help tackle vaccine hesitancy, which was very prominent amongst people from ethnic minority groups in the UK. I made the point on that programme that I understand where vaccine hesitancy was coming from because of the history that I have been involved with over many years in highlighting the shortcomings of pharmaceutical industry influence over medicine. And I even made the point, if I remember correctly, that they have been found guilty of fraud on many occasions, that the third most common cause of death, prepandemic after heart disease and cancer, is prescribed medications. I, however, reassured the public and said that despite these figures, of everything we do in medicine, traditional vaccinations are amongst the safest. I still believe this to be the case. A few months later, in April 2021, I met with a colleague and friend of mine who I regard as one of the brightest cardiologists in the United Kingdom. I was surprised when he told me that he had not taken the COVID vaccine. He explained to me that he had concerns because he had seen in the supplementary appendix of Pfizer's original trial that there were four cardiac arrests in the vaccine group and only one in the placebo. These numbers were small and did not reach statistical significance. So this could be random chance, or his concern was it could represent a signal of problems in the future. And if this was the case, we are going to have a huge problem. He said he'd rather wait and see what happens before taking the vaccine. On July 26, 2021, my father, aged 73, who was a very prominent, well known doctor in the UK, including being the honorary vice president of the British Medical Association and had received honours from the Queen of England with an OBE, suffered an unexpected sudden cardiac arrest. I was particularly devastated by this happening and I was also I find it difficult to understand why my father, who was a fit and well man, I knew his cardiac history and his cardiac status, would suffer a cardiac arrest. But also my initial investigation was to try and understand why there had been a 30 minutes ambulance delay arriving to his apartment. Two weeks later, the deputy chief nurse of NHS England, a government health body, called me up. She was very upset, she knew my father very well and she was crying and she told me, Aseem, there's something I need to tell you. She in effect told me that throughout the country, for the last two months prior to my father's cardiac arrest in most regions of the UK, ambulances were not getting to patients in time for heart attacks and cardiac arrests. And there had been a deliberate, and I will use these words because I mentioned it, I've mentioned it before, a cover up involving the government and the Department of Health to withhold this information from doctors and the public. I worked with an investigative journalist with the I newspaper in the UK to write an article and a news story that became BBC News headlines a few months later, exposing this. Just before I exposed this, I messaged a professor of cardiology who I trust in the UK. He has a leadership role to explain to him what had happened and what I was about to do. I have text message evidence of this. He told me not to do this because it would make me enemies. I explained to him that I had a duty to patients and the public. I'm highlighting this as one example and I'll give you more examples of a cultural problem within medicine. The next part of this story is the post mortem findings of my father. They did not make any sense to me. I am considered a leading expert, maybe in the world, on the development and progression of coronary artery disease. My father had two severe blockages in his coronary arteries. There was no actual evidence of heart attack and likely there was a rhythm disturbance because of reduced blood supply that led to his cardiac arrest. Then in, within the space of a few weeks, around October and November, 3, different sources of information was brought to my attention that made me realise that there was probably a significant problem with the COVID mRNA vaccine. The first in October 2021. I remember I was giving lectures in Stockholm. I was contacted by a journalist with a Times newspaper who reported to me and said, Dr Malhotra, we have reports of an unexplained 25% increase in heart attacks in hospitals in Scotland and asked me what I thought was going on. I explained to her that at that time, with the evidence I knew in my own experience, I said that two likely contributory factors were lockdown stress. We know that when populations undergo severe stress after war, for example, there is an increase in heart attacks and strokes that can last for many years. She asked me whether I thought that there was a contribution. I was surprised when she asked me whether I thought there may be a contribution of the COVID vaccine to these heart attacks. I said to her, a good scientist should never exclude any possibility. But I felt at the time it was unlikely to be related to the COVID vaccine. But we should watch this space and keep our eyes open. A few weeks later, a publication appeared in the Journal Circulation, which is considered the highest impact cardiology journal in the United States that revealed a potentially very strong link between the COVID mRNA vaccines and acceleration in heart attack risk. Very specifically, in several hundred people of middle age, there was a plausible mechanism, by use of inflammatory markers in the blood, that increased the baseline risk of those people having a heart attack in five years, from 11% to 25%, just within two months of having the COVID mRNA vaccines. Of course, this is one bit of data, but even if partially true, that is a huge increase in risk in a very short space of time. And for me now made me think and link back to why my father may have suffered a cardiac arrest six months after having two doses of the vaccine. I remember thinking and speaking to a colleague, that if this was true, then we were going to see an increase in cardiac arrests, heart attacks and excess deaths in heavily vaccinated countries for the next few years. Then within a few weeks, I was called up by a whistleblower at a very prestigious british institution. I will name that institution, which I have not done publicly before as a University of Oxford. This cardiologist explained to me that a group of researchers in his department had accidentally found, through the use of very specialised imaging of the heart, that there was a signal of increased inflammation of the heart arteries, which was there in the vaccinated, but not there in the unvaccinated. The lead researcher of that group had sat down, the juniors, and had said that we are not going to explore these findings any further because it may affect our funding from the pharmaceutical industry. At that point, with these three bits of information, I then felt it was my ethical duty to speak out. And I went on GBNews to talk about what I'd found what I'd heard and I'd asked for the Vaccine Committee of the UK on TV to investigate this, to see whether there was a real problem with the vaccine in relation to heart issues. Around the same time which I found very strange is that the Secretary of State for Health at that stage, who was not Matt Hancock, was Sajid Javid, had announced in parliament that we are going to introduce legislation to ensure that all healthcare workers are mandated to have the COVID vaccine. For me, this, by that stage had no ethical or scientific justification, because certainly after the summer of 2021, it had become very apparent that the COVID mRNA vaccine was not stopping infection and it certainly was not stopping transmission. It was understood that approximately 80,000 NHS workers had refused at this stage to have the COVID vaccine. And now they were threatened with losing their job if by April the following year they had not been fully vaccinated. Many of these people were very concerned and contacted me around that time, I was also conducting many interviews, both through the BBC and Sky News and GBNews in regards to what happened with my father's ambulance delay. And I used it as an opportunity on the mainstream media to call for Sajid Javid, the secretary for health, to U-turn on the introduction of a mandate for healthcare workers based upon the fact that I felt it was not scientific and it was unethical. I also received my own personal backlash from these comments where I was contacted by the Royal College of Physicians who I had an affiliation with, and they asked me to respond to anonymous complaints from doctors that I was spreading, in quotes, antivax disinformation. I felt with my own knowledge and experience of the healthcare system that this was a direct response probably fueled by a combination of willful blindness and institutional corruption. To elaborate a bit further, when I say institutional corruption, I mean that my view was that the complaints were likely being fueled by academics with financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry. I felt very concerned about the potential introduction of the vaccine, well, the vaccine mandate. And therefore I decided there were two things that I decided to do. The first was I made a phone call to the chairman of the British Medical Association in December 2021. I had a good relationship with him and he respected my opinion. And I spent 2 hours on the phone explaining to him everything that I knew up to that stage about my concerns of the COVID mRNA vaccine. He said to me, "Aseem, nobody appears to critically appraise the evidence on the COVID mRNA vaccine as well as you have from our conversation, he said, most of my colleagues are getting their information on the benefits and harms of the vaccine from the BBC". This was replicated by the former chair of the CDC in the United States, Rochelle Walensky, who in an interview later on had said that her initial optimism of the vaccine benefits came from CNN News report. I say this just to emphasise that we should all accept our vulnerabilities to where we receive health information. Even doctors, policymakers, judges and lawyers are all influenced on the public massively by mainstream media. The chairman of the BMA also agreed with me. There was no ethical or scientific justification for mandating the COVID vaccine. He said the BMA also did not support it. And he said because of my conversation with him, he would speak directly to the secretary for health, Sajid Javid. One month later, at the end of January 2022, the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers was overturned. I at that stage, given the fact that there was some backlash happening towards me, I realised that because this is a very big issue and area, and not my initial area of expertise, I needed to carry out my own critical analysis of the COVID mRNA vaccines. I spent six to nine months critically appraising the data, including speaking to two Pfizer whistleblowers, three investigative medical journalists and eminent scientists from the University of Oxford, Stanford and Harvard. The most critical bit, the most critical research that was published on this issue, which I think the whole court should acknowledge in August 2022, was published in the journal Vaccine. That research was conducted by some of the world's top independent of drug industry influence academics. That research, we was able to reanalyze the original randomised control trials conducted by Pfizer and Moderna. They were able to do this because new information was made available on the FDA's website and Health Canada's website. The conclusions of that paper were really very disturbing. The original trials that led to the drug regulatory approval of these vaccines revealed that you were more likely to suffer serious harm from taking the vaccine, specifically hospitalisation, life changing event or disability, than you were to be hospitalised with COVID That rate of harm at two months was very high at 1 in 800. Just to give you some perspective, historically we have suspended other vaccines for much less. In 1976, the swine flu vaccine was pulled because it was found to cause a neurological syndrome called Guillain-Barre syndrome In one in 100,000 people. In 1999, the rotavirus vaccine was suspended because it was found to cause a form of bowel obstruction in children affecting 1 in 10,000. This was 1 in 800. In my view, it was very clear that given this information, published in the highest impact Vaccine journal in the world, peer reviewed, and has not had any significant rebuttals, that this vaccine now, in my view, should never have been approved for use in a single human being in the first place. In my view, this very important court case in some ways, actually is a distraction from the much bigger issue, which is there should be court cases around the world with a full inquiry into the pharmaceutical industry and an inquiry as to how we got this so very wrong. Of course, one could argue this is just one bit of research, but actually, unfortunately, there are different, many different strands of research that are showing a signal of considerable and common serious harm from these vaccines. From pharmacovigilance data that is reporting what we call yellow card reports from the public. We have plausible biological mechanism of harm. We have other research called observational data. We have autopsy data also confirming that certainly with the majority of people who died within a short space of time of having the vaccine in relation to the heart, was definitively caused by the vaccine. This is really a very, very, very horrific situation we find ourselves in. One would hope and expect that the regulators should be independently evaluating all medications. But of course, the evidence reveals this is far from true. There was an investigation by the BMJ, also published in the summer of 2022, which revealed that most of the major regulators across the world were taking most of their money from the drug industry. For example, the MHRA in the UK receives 86% of its funding from the drug industry, and the FDA in America receives 65% of its funding from the drug industry, A fact that most doctors do not know. And therefore, I would not expect members of the court to know this either, is that very, very rarely do drug industry sponsored research get independently evaluated. Clinical trial data can often involve thousands of pages of information on individual patients. The drug companies hold onto that raw data. They then give summary results to the regulator, who are then paying, who have an incentive to approve the drugs, and the drugs are then approved. I made these points in my peer reviewed article published in the Journal of Insulin Resistance in September 2022, where I concluded that we should pause and investigate the issue around the COVID mRNA vaccines. I have since then been campaigning and advocating for a return to ethical evidence based medical practise around the world. Some of the clear solutions moving forward would be changes in the law that are required so that patients, doctors, members of the public can have greater confidence in the information they receive to make decisions about their health. Two very clear, low hanging fruit solutions, which are both ethical, scientific and democratic, would be that the drug industry should be allowed to develop drugs, but they shouldn't be allowed to test them themselves. And they certainly shouldn't be allowed to design their own research to and hold onto the raw data. Their information needs to be independently evaluated. One other clear solution would also be that the medical regulators, again, should not be taking any money from the industry, as this is a gross conflict of interest. I also want to highlight for people to understand the bigger picture. Prior to the pandemic, I had realised that there was a big problem with the reliability of clinical research, where invariably the results of clinical trials on all drugs sponsored by the drug industry, grossly exaggerate their safety and benefits. I have taken this information to the European Parliament, where I spoke in 2019, and I spoke to very senior politicians in the UK government. But although they were sympathetic, they felt that the issue was much bigger than them as individuals, and therefore it also needed media attention to get public awareness on the importance of such an inquiry. Before we continue with further questions, as I've been speaking for quite a long time now I'll just finish with two references just for the court and the judges to understand just how bad this problem is. Prepandemic the man who I call the Stephen Hawking of medicine is Professor John Ioannidis from the University of Stanford. The reason I call him the Stephen Hawking of Medicine is he's the most cited medical researcher in the world and is a mathematical genius. In 2006, he published a paper which was entitled why most published research findings are false. In that paper, he makes a point that the greater the financial interests in a given field, the less likely the research findings are to be true. I say this in context of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine which has made the company $100 billion. The other point that he makes in a further paper in 2017 is, again, the reason the system continues as it is is most doctors are unaware of the information they receive when they make clinical decisions has been corrupted by commercial influence. The other credible name I will mention is the editor of the Lancet, Richard Horton, who I personally know. In 2015, he wrote an article in the Lancet in relation to a secret meeting that had taken place with himself and some of the world's top medical academics. In that, he wrote that possibly half of the medical published literature may simply be untrue. And he said that science has taken a turn towards darkness. But who's going to take the first step to clean up the system? I believe in this case and in this court today, this is going to be a very pivotal potential moment in history for that first step. ---------------------- Dr Aseem Malhotra H/T: Tiina Keskimäki 🇫🇮

About a month ago, a clip of mine went viral⁽¹⁾ talking about the Current State of Twitch (3rd thumbnail in this tweet). It resonated w/ people outside my community, so lemme elaborate (as a 10yr+ Twitch Veteran). Current State of Twitch isn't great and haven't been for a while. I've been passionate about Twitch since inception (I joined in April 2011 in the JTV days, a few months before Twitch debuted in July 2011), and been trying to instill positive change but I'm only a cog in the machine compared to where influence can impact — likely via Amazon-appointed Executives to help "oversee things" at decade-old-acquisition-that-has-still-generated-zero-profit Twitch⁽²⁾. ------------------------------------------------ Twitch's Muddled Identity ------------------------------------------------ Describing Twitch 10 years ago was easy: "Youtube, except always live, for gamers". Now, it's more muddled & fluid, at best: "Always live broadcasters who aim to connect with their viewers and foster communities(?)" — that, in itself, isn't problematic; but how it's accomplished, what methods are most effective, and how certain directories accumulate higher viewership is, I think (I may elaborate further on that in a future tweet). The most common reactive bark I've heard following TwitchCon 2025 is "Ban Politics" or "Make it Gaming-Only Again!" — People forget, but Pokemon GO (June 2016) going worldwide-viral was the crack-in-the-dam that lead to IRL as a directory because of the impracticality of continuing Twitch's "games-only" era as the site was increasing in popularity, reach, and cultural significance. IRL was a band-aid solution for the core function of Directories⁽³⁾ (which was to let would-be-browsers make better-informed decisions on what to watch based on their interest). It's too broad and encompassing, which led to an unintended dopamine-producing⁽⁴⁾ psuedo-ChatRoulette where you "never know what you're gonna see" browsing there. Without a better tool to migrate users or aggregate topical content, this problem exacerbated continuously. Just Chatting was supposed to be the solution, as it came with 11-12 other directories⁽⁵⁾ to attemptedly split the IRL monolith, but failed to inspire Social Behavioral Change tremendously. Just Chatting is more popular than ever, discoverability — like in the broad, functional sense — is busted cuz every genre of content stuffed within it and fails to disincentivize streamers from opting-out of the most popular directory. So, how do you stand-out in the overcrowded field where a fuckton of the viewership goes for a Roulette Pull on something entertaining to watch? ... ------------------------------------------------ The Era of Clout-Farming Content (and the fact it works, ugh) ------------------------------------------------ Once IRL directory came in Sept 2016, so did the meta of skirting the ToS (Terms of Service) to maximize views or push the limits of what was tolerated on Twitch. Fundamentally, the social dynamic of receiving a suspension (everyone generally refers to them colloquially as "bans") earns notoriety and "free vacation/marketing", that when coinciding with a comeback event, open the possibility of a net-positive from the boost in viewership or metrics. This isn't as relevant now because the ToS Enforcement has gotten significant buffs to be more transparent and structural in the last half-decade. I can't speak on the nuance of this now, but "Full-Time IRL Streamers" and "Sweaty IRL Affiliates" were unbearable at TwitchCons until TC Policy cracked down on requiring consent by those they bumrush'd into (while live of course), so I assume they're probably equally as intrusive everywhere else ... then Kick came along in 2022 and dominated the headlines for mischief within this realm, for the most part; but that's a different topic altogether. The burden of an authentic collab can be too much friction, slow moving — and honestly, too much work for a streamer to do — compared to the efficacy of blowing up Streamer x Streamer Conflict via self-commentary-reacts for sensationalism and maximizing parasocial viewers' worst tendencies. Effectively, ragebaiting. I'm not advocating to abolish this as a policy. I'm pointing out how this is a very effective way to garner views within the social constructs — and it shouldn't be, nor always was. Something changed at some point. I don't wanna bore you with a timeline of the last decade of controversy on Twitch, so I'll fast-forward to when I definitively see evidence that Clout-Culture is failing upward: In March 2025, the unbanning of Adin Ross⁽⁶⁾ (on Twitch) I saw as a huge moral failure that reeks of desperation for his views/clout/relevance at the direct expense of the integrity of Twitch Culture. Not sure if that was a Clancy-specific decision or what, but it encompasses "neo-Twitch" or a disconnect if there ever was one. ------------------------------------------------ Twitch Culture is diluting at the expense of recouping revenue ------------------------------------------------ A decade ago, Twitch Plays Pokemon broke news across insular-livestreaming gossip and was celebrated as a pinnacle of internet fandom⁽⁷⁾ (Feb 2014). This event was a testament to the value of Twitch because it reinforced the undeniable power of CULTURE present in Twitch Chats. I don't think the event could've worked on a YouTube Livestream (remember YouTube Gaming, introduced in 2015?). There's a certain aura present in Twitch Chat that makes it feel captivating to interact and engage with compared to a YouTube Live Chat Box. One feels like a close relative of bot-spam'd yt comments and the other feels ... real. I think that value is the culture — what could keep Twitch afloat for a long time, even if YouTube were to hypothetically obsolete Twitch in every way for delivering live broadcasted video content. I've noticed that as the meta has shifted towards revenue-maxxx'ing with the proliferation of Spectacle Events, typically marathons, that are engineered to paywall as many things as possible, at the expense of the content. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but the culture has shifted. I also do think most of the marathon content isn't good; they're carried by being experiences with strong FOMO-factors to compel your participation by viewing. I do suspect there's a saturation point where the combination of the waning niches of livestreaming, 4th-wall-breaking, and manufactured spectacles can keep an audience seduced. Like, the content (in aspects) has less substance and I wonder what that means for the welfare of Twitch Culture and its content in another 5 years. Perhaps Twitch could foresee this and become proactive on the manner?... ------------------------------------------------ Twitch's Conduct & Repetitive Incompetence ------------------------------------------------ Twitch has prioritized generating revenue over addressing the needs of the already-active users for years. Emmett Shear (previous CEO; 2011-2023) probably was a huge reason for sluggish changes overall to the platform as from what I hear but I can't say for certain. Regardless, we got Dan Clancy as CEO and, while there has been lots of positive changes under his reign, it really does feel like "too little, too late" with the pressure looming from Amazon's 2015 acquisition; increased competition and marketshare decline; and declining revenues, active users & monthly streamers"⁽⁸⁾. Here's a brief timeline of features implemented that I feel helped build the culture. Before COVID, I believe the biggest obstacle was helping migrate streamers from being part-time to capable full-time content creators. So, at the time, revenue-generating products were revolutionary to help there, including me at that time: ✅ 2016 — Bits/Cheers & Prime Subs (!!!) ✅ 2017 — Gift Subs (to a specific user) ✅ 2018 — Gift Subs (to randos in Community); Super Subs & Ultra Subs ✅ 2018 — Twitch Mobile App v2 (original mobile app was a constantly broken mess) ✅ 2018 — Twitch Prime no longer adblocks (I will agree how they did it was stupid, but ultimately, it was a necessary; I can defend this in the replies if needed) Comparatively, here's the hostile changes that came at the expense of the Twitch Populous supporting said-change: ❌ 2017 — Communities⁽⁹⁾ (DOA cuz it wasn't streamlined enough and vulnerable to Popularity Bias; I can elaborate in replies if needed) ❌ 2018 — Tags for Channels (DOA cuz anyone can use any tag, diluting the effort of broad categorization or filtering in any capacity) ❌ 2022 — Twitch kills Hosting⁽¹⁰⁾ (also new "craptacular" Offline Page w/ Suggested Channels idea instead) ❌ 2024 — Twitch Mobile App v3⁽¹¹⁾ (Tiktok clone dogshit) ❌ 2024 — Stories (who asked for this?) ❌ 2025 — 100hr Video Storage Limit (going back against Collections & cementing Twitch isn't an evergreen platform; also SHORT NOTICE) ❌2025 — Live Rewind ... paywall'd to Twitch Turbo & Channel Subscribers only (this is free sitewide on yt's livestreams)⁽¹²⁾ ❌ 2025 — Ability to gift 1000 subs at once (already shelved from backlash) Post-COVID, I see a pattern of prioritizing revenue-generating products at the expense of what creators need or ask for. I understand Twitch needs to appease Amazon eventually with profit, but with a half-decade passed, all the buffs I can recall are 2K Resolution Streaming*, Portrait & Dual-Canvas Streaming*, and Stream Together / Shared Chat. *Both of these sortta don't count cuz they're invite-only betas that aren't site-wide and don't apply to non-Partners 🤷‍♂️ While more features arrive that ask for more of your money to partake in the Twitch Experience, I feel like the users (both Streamers & Viewers) continue to be neglected. 10 years ago, I thought YouTube Gaming was DOA; now I anticipate when more people bail on Twitch because the functionality will decay without a compelling reason to stay if the culture dminishes. I'll conclude with the 4th thumbnail included in this tweet — a supercut of a portion from the TwitchCon 2025 Keynote from Dan Clancy, with the youtube dislikes superimposed-over for your enjoyment. Let me know what you think of what I shared today! 🎉🥳 I'm considering also breaking down the specific causes (not symptoms) of why Twitch is where it is, and my 999 IQ Pragmatic Solutions that are tenfold better than what I've seen suggested after this morale fallout following TwitchCon 2025 👀

The “I never wanted any of this to be public or content” Lie, A Timeline I never wanted any of this to come out. But after Wednesday, after Chelsea posted the private video Aidan gave her, (the same one he threatened me with directly back on 10/2), and after the gaslighting, I don’t have a choice anymore. November 2025 -The Rumors About “March 4” and Joe Flipperhead Flips to Team Aidan Aidan texted Joe his entire made-up version weeks ago. Joe circulated those texts on purpose. Joe threatened me with posting a video montage of mine and Aidan’s private texts. Joe is a pussy so he eventually had Kristy post it for him. Creators discussed it publicly without me ever responding. I STILL didn’t defend myself. November 26-27, 2025- Ratchet Chelsea: The Full 48 Hour Meltdown 11/26/25— The Unprovoked Attack & The March 4 Video On Tuesday night, Chelsea came out of nowhere and launched herself straight at me, accusing me of all kinds of conspiracies from harassment to the horrific crime of sending a friend request, which is explained in vivid detail in the below post (she’s since gone somewhat viral, love this for her!) She spent the next 24 hours thoroughly embarrassing herself and the moment anyone challenged her story even slightly, she did what she always does: she imploded. 11/27/25— The 9-Minute Backpedal Then on Thanksgiving, Aidan tried to save face by posting that he “didn’t want the video to be public.” And like clockwork, nine minutes later, Chelsea came charging into the comments like a Temu-sponsored bat out of hell, scrambling to apologize, trying to rewrite reality so it looked like he didn’t send her to do it. Kk. Aidan commented on her posts that same day, clearly encouraging it, continuing to this day, all while pretending he's not directing it. Kk. The “I never wanted this public” lie Aidan’s post yesterday claimed he “never wanted this to be public.” He’s been threatening me for months behind the scenes to post the infamous video. To do a show on me. To send things to others to weaponize against me. If this were true, why did he instruct Chelsea to post it? Why did he share it with Jess Machado to threaten me with for the last month? Why did he share it with Joe Flipperhead, and God knows who else? If he didn’t want it public, he wouldn’t have shared it with anyone, let alone the girl I caught him cheating with. The timeline is clear– Chelsea posted a video at 11:08 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, I responded at 11:50 out of self defense. He leaked first. He escalated first. He weaponized it first. Trying to rewrite that now is gaslighting, pure and simple. And last night's gaslighting grift was just the icing on the cake. The lie that Aidan never wanted this to be public is just laughable at this point. Who are we kidding? He's been foaming at the mouth for months to make this content where he can play the victim, as usual. And my personal favorite-Auntie Deb, who decided to spice up his Spaces on Thanksgiving by accusing me of distributing revenge p*rn with zero evidence, zero screenshots, zero anything. Accusing me of killing a turtle yesterday. A completely fabricated felony tossed around like it’s gossip hour at the bingo hall. Considering your own professional history, James, I’d hope you of all people would understand how catastrophic false accusations can be, but apparently not. I wonder if you’ll have that same enthusiasm when the topic is you. TBD. I’ll wait for that retraction about revenge p*rn, animal abuse, etc. Since you reported my last post, I'll leave the rest up for your imagination.

"George Knapp and I provided that list (of 46 videos) to Congress." ~JC What's it Gonna Take to Wake the Masses? Full segment with Biden, Obama and Trump comments. Trump: "They wanna find out about the UFOs, and anything having to do with UFO or related material. And we're gonna be releasing a lot of things from...that we have. And I think some of it's gonna be very interesting to people." ~ Peter Doocy in Studio: "Many historic developments in a story that I've been working on for five years, but our next guest has been working on for much longer. So, let's start here. My interest was piqued when Barack Obama said this in 2021." Obama on The Late Show with James Corden: "When it comes to aliens, there are some things I just can't tell you, on air." ~ Doocy in Studio: "I was so curious about that, so I asked the only man I knew, at the time, who could possibly help." ~ Doocy: "President Obama says that there is footage and records of objects in the skies, these Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon. And he says, we don't know exactly what they are. What do you think that it is?" Biden: "I would ask him again. Thank you." (A pathetic response that I called out at the time. Maybe I have BDS? 😵‍💫 ) ~ Doocy in Studio: "Not very helpful, Joe! I haven't had a chance to ask Barack Obama, and it had been eating at me. And then, he said something else." ~ Brian Tyler Cohen (BTC): "Are aliens real?" Obama: "Uh, they're real, but I haven't seen 'em, and they're not being kept in, uh... What is it?" BTC: "Area 51?" Obama: "Area 51." ~ Doocy in Studio: "If the last President couldn't help us with answers about aliens, maybe this one could. Spoiler alert, he did." ~ Doocy on Air Force One: "Barack Obama said that aliens are real. Have you seen any evidence of non-human visitors to Earth?" Trump: "Well he gave classified information, he's not supposed to be doing that. You know." Doocy: "So aliens are real?" Trump: "Well I don't know if they're real or not, I can tell you he gave classified information." ~ Doocy: "Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell is an investigative journalist and the co-host of the 'Weaponized' podcast. He knows more about this than anybody. And the new movie about him, 'Sleeping Dog' and UFO disclosure, is excellent, I watched it yesterday. "Jeremy, there are 46 videos that Congress wants the Pentagon to declassify. The Pentagon missed the deadline to do it. But, will these 46 videos be convincing enough to have Americans saying, 'I have no doubts aliens have visited Earth'"? Corbell: "You know, I think that these are data points. I think these 46 videos are really important. I think the American public should be able to see them, and so does Congress. They specifically identified these 46 videos because they know that these videos exist. They are designated UAP by our own military and intelligence services. I have been exposed to a number of these. In fact, George Knapp and I provided that list to Congress. We've actually released some of those videos. So, the American public is ready for this. "Now what it's gonna tell us, what the end result is gonna be? It's another data set of footage the American public can look at. But here is what I know for a fact, Peter: There are machines, there are craft of unknown origin that fly with impunity in our restricted airspace, and our government has been assessing this as a national threat for decades. The jig is up. People now know: UAP are real. "But what are UAP? Who are flying these machines. Who made these machines that can outpace, outmaneuver and outperform our greatest war fighters? That's the question." Doocy: "And so, you were just talking about this. We've got video that we can put up on the screen. One of the videos that your sources helped you guys get out of a government vault." (Important detail: Corbell and Knapp have sources. Their source, or sources, somehow acquired that video (and others), Corbell and Knapp obtained it from said source(s), and then released it.) Doocy: "It is a UAP over Syria in 2021 flying at an impossible speed, demonstrating instantaneous acceleration. This is the video. A lot of people will look at this and say, 'Well, it could be China, it could be Russia, it could be somebody else.' But when you see this and the other videos - some of the 45 other videos that you have seen - what do you think?" Corbell: "Yeah, look, we do not have the capability, unfortunately, for instantaneous motion. The idea of inertial effect and what would happen, this is baffling to the intelligence community." (Here's where I push back. This is from November of 2025 on "Weaponized," where the head of the AAWSAP UFO program (2008-2010), James Lacatski, was interviewed. Corbell: "We hear about all these people on military bases seeing triangles, and you're doing this study, AAWSAP to try to figure out the physics of how to do that. Do you think it's already been achieved by the U.S. government, or it hasn't, and that's why AAWSAP had a lot of value." Lacatski: "It hasn't been achieved to its full extent." (How far did they get? To 80% of the full extent of what alleged NHI craft can do? 90%? Was the ability to accelerate instantaneously achieved? We don't know. Commander Will Miler (Ret.) has said that he had a friend who worked at Area 51 and that friend suggested that we have craft that can do, "Mach 9 and then suddenly make a right-angle turn.") ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ~~~ Corbell: "What George and I put out, it is their analysis that this is demonstrating, this craft, which is not aerodynamic. When you look at this video, it instantaneously shoots off to the right, once the Reaper drone got a weapons-grade lock on it. So its ability to maneuver is far beyond anything that China, Russia or the U.S. has." (When I look at UAP videos, I try to see them through the eyes of an open-minded skeptic. I have several coworkers who fit that bill and I show them videos when they're released to get their take. I think the 2021 video from Syria (I'll link to a more complete version of it in the replies) is important because it appears to be demonstrating instantaneous acceleration. But when I showed that video to those coworkers of mine, they were not impressed. It's not clear or close enough. If the rest of the 46 videos are like that, I don't see it jolting the masses awake (which we really need) about the seriousness of this topic. Then again, maybe so many videos being declassified may do the trick? Also, WHO in our government has labeled those objects in the videos as UAP? That's important to know. Was it just the guys from the UAP Task Force?) Corbell: "Look, this is a known secret on the inside. It's an open secret that UAP are real and that they're able to evade, sometimes detection, but absolutely our weaponry. And it's an issue because they are oftentimes loitering over sensitive, critical infrastructure within the United States. This is not me saying this. This has been admitted by our own administration and government. I think we're closer than ever. The intent is to bring the truth forward to the American public. We are closer than ever, and it's just gotta be done now." Doocy: "And my last question, we have two minutes left in the show: You've reported that some of these UFO files, for generations. have been kept secret even from sitting presidents. Who would have the power in this country to decide, if not the President, that the American people don't have a right to know about something so important, like UFOs?" Corbell: "Right. This is game-changing, and it's nature itself. It's not something that should be held back. And presidents have admitted that they have been held out from that information. Very famously, President Clinton talked about that. Not the first time, he said, a president has been lied to." Related Bill Clinton Clip: "If the U.S. Air Force did recover alien bodies, they didn't tell me about it, either, and I wanna know." ~Clinton ~ Corbell: "Well now the pressure is on. Congress is asking for these 46 videos, and if we've ever had an administration and a president that sees the public interest and would enact upon that for the people, it would be this sitting president. So I'm very encouraged at this moment, we have an opportunity." (I'll be encouraged if Trump actually signs an Executive Order calling for the declassification of UFO videos and records.) Corbell: "None of these have really been announcements. It's an opportunity now for the American public to understand the UFO presence is real and that it's been going on a long time, and it has been of national security concern." Doocy: "And we have less than a minute left in the show, but we asked our audience if they had questions for you, and Lena sent one in. She wants to know, 'Are they" - presumably aliens - "walking around right now and we don't know it?" Corbell: "Yeah, so, if we don't get past the first question, we don't get past the first acknowledgement, we're never gonna know the interaction that whoever these pilots are of these craft of unknown origin, that they believe do not originate here on Earth. If we don't get past that first question, we're never gonna be able to answer that question (laughs)." Doocy: "Well, we've been trying to make this happen for a long time. Jeremy, thank you so much for being here. This is a story that we will keep asking about at the highest levels of government. So thank you." Corbell: "Yeah, I encourage people to watch the film, 'Sleeping Dog' that's coming out, because it does dive into investigative journalism on this, [and] how much progress we've made." Doocy: "And we will watch. That's all we got. I'm Peter Doocy in Washington. See you next time."
