@stylebender 100%. I’ve watched it from beginning to end multiple times and randomly go back to rewatch different scenes. The vulnerability is unmatched, and the life journey itself is incredibly inspiring. There have been plenty of great docs in sports, but ‘Stylebender’ was legit moving.

I’ve been to nearly 50 games at Mountaineer Field. In terms of how important… how special the win was… this has gotta go to the top. We all experienced the lowest of lows and highest of highs and it concluded with a win for the ages. I’m so grateful I saw it live. #WVU

The throw came home and he was initially ruled safe but the Orioles challenged it and the call was overturned. But as you can see, that wasn’t the bizarre part. Third base coach Chad Epperson went onto the field of play to wave Abreu home. 🤯 In all my years playing, coaching, umpiring and watching baseball, just like the announcer said, I have never seen that in all my life. 💯 Have you ever seen anything like that in your life? Maybe a T-Ball game, but wasn’t that one of the oddest things you have ever seen in a baseball game? What was he doing?
