They continue to send generic responses. Seems that we are talking to bots and bot a real customer service. It’s a shame for an airline to handle their CUSTOMER claims in this way. Aren’t any managers present? @yhyustun

I’ve been calling Turkish customer service to modify my tomorrow’s flight and still could not. The agents keep telling me to try online and I face this error. They told me they would call me back and they never called.

Disappointed with the terrible treatment I received from @TurkishAirlines. Complete disregard for customers and lack of professionalism. I expected much more from an airline with an international reputation. Truly unacceptable! I'll think twice before choosing you again.

Do NOT recommend flying with Turkish airlines! We believed they were a solid, respectable carrier, but our return from South America turned into a complete nightmare that continues to this day.

I do not recommend this TURKISH, they are terrible, they do not care about their customers! They are from the Caves, my experience was terrible!@TurkishAirlines ❌
