NZ PM Chris Luxon is coming after the internet. In this morning's Radio NZ interview he let slip that there will be more work needed after he has introduced the oppressive and authoritarian "age verification bill". This is most likely a reference to other issues of censorship tied to the Broadcasting Standards Authority and "hate speech" concerns. Luxon is clearly ready to join in the ideological war against free speech being waged by his lefty friends Kier Starmer (UK) and Anthony Albanese (Australia). The PM had said previously that the age verification legislation would be in place before Christmas this year. Now he's saying it will be in place before the election. Those who value free speech on the internet will therefore be able to make this a prime election issue. Tell your local MPs how you feel. Make Mr Luxon and his band of National party imposters know that throwing in with a bunch of liberal women (some of whom will profit from the legislation) to attack internet free speech is not necessarily the good idea he thinks it is.

This was Barrack Obama as the sitting president of the United States of America making a speech and asking Nigerians to vote for our next chapter. Mark the phrase he used - next chapter. This was after he hosted the leaders of the opposition party at the white house and his wife joined in "Bring Back Our Girls Protest". My question is in what capacity was Barrack Obama, the president of another country telling us to vote for our next chapter after hosting and interacting with the opposition party? Does he not know that Nigeria is a sovereign nation? Is that not election interference? After and before that election I haven't seen Obama urge Nigerians to vote for our next chapter. In the speech, he said we had the largest economy. Unfortunately after entering our next chapter, we now have more poor people than ever. We no longer have the best economy in Africa. Thanks to our next chapter. He said we should vote to remove Boko Haram. Unfortunately, Boko Haram even spread accross Nigeria after we entered our next chapter. He spoke about rescuing the kidnapped people. Unfortunately after entering our next chapter, more people are now even kidnapped. He spoke about returning those at I.D.P camps back to their homes. Unfortunately, after entering our next chapter, more people are in I.D.P camps. A.P.C has not improved anything they met, instead they have worsened Nigeria's condition. The hardest of decisions has been made. Tomorrow afternoon, our vet, who has been with us every step of this journey, will come to our home and help Ralph cross. Despite eating copious amounts of food, he lost 500kg in 3 weeks, down from 3kg to 2.5kg. His temperature is too low as he is too weak to regulate his body and he is showing signs of muscle weakness. Although no indicator for pain (we checked, twice), he is literally withering away and prolonging this will be completely and utterly for us, not for him and you all know by now, we would never, ever do that to our kids. He is home, on top of our warm bed and he will be so spoiled the next 24 hours. He will be hugged so much and will be told we love him until the moment he slips away in our arms Simon and I are devastated this is happening a 3rd time this year and this has been my fear for many, many years. Thank you all for being there for us and keep Ralph in your thoughts tomorrow as he starts his journey over the rainbow bridge.
