Samsung’s Tizen TV OS is HORRID! I have heard bad things, but I didn’t know it was this bad. Even if you use an Apple TV, it still takes like 5 seconds to open the TV settings if you need to make a change. Insane.

It takes a screenshot, sends that back to the mothership, and that's being used because we have to know what you're watching, educational content, religious content, whatever it is you're watching, somebody wants to know. And the rationale for this, well, we can better target ads” ‘ACR takes a screenshot of whatever is on your TV screen (including cable TV shows, streaming services, Xbox, PlayStation, Roku, Apple TV, home movies and photos streamed from your phone or laptop, etc.) and sends those screen captures back to the manufacturer so they can keep track of EVERYTHING you watch on “your” TV’
