The primary... reason for this gap is that we are fighting a grave crisis right now. The foul evil of Lumpy Skin Disease has returned to the gausadan and its dastardly shadow has engulfed our herd. It has afflicted around 40 cows and bulls right now in the gausadan with no sign yet of any slowdown in its wicked march. Aa you all are aware - Lumpy Skin Disease is a terrible infection which is immensely debilitating and extremely painful to the afflicted cow. It has no cure and only its symptoms can be treated over repeated cycles of their occurrences. This crisis has left us physically exhausted, mentally troubled and financially drained. The current expenditure for just the medical treatment is touching as high as 50,000 INR per day further weakening our position. But we are not giving up! Our afflicted Gau Matas and Nandis are courageously facing this painful disease and we are standing right with them. We are fighting with all our might and serving our beloved gau vamsha with all our being. Ukrainians did not surrender – and will not surrender – their skies to Russia. That is one of our nation's greatest achievements throughout this full-scale war. We did not allow our Air Force to be destroyed, and have built it up to the point where Russia regularly loses its aircraft. And now, when the only thing – the last thing – Putin has left to bet on is his massive attacks against Ukraine, the Air Force, our combat aviation, is destroying Russian cruise missiles and trying to destroy ballistic missiles as well. And when our Patriot batteries aren't empty, it succeeds. It is important that, thanks to our cooperation with Europe, our IRIS-T, Hawk, and NASAMS systems are operating. Every day, we fight to secure missile supplies for them. And I am grateful that our partners around the world are helping us with that. Of course, ballistic missiles remain a challenge. But we have provided Ukraine with protection against a significant share of cruise missiles, and we are shooting down a great many. Today, together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, we are working on the front line in the Oleksandrivskyi sector. We met with the warriors of the 80th Halytska Separate Air Assault Brigade. And above all, we are here to express gratitude to the warriors thanks to whom Ukraine is able to mark the 35th anniversary of the restoration of its independence these days. Russia began its full-scale war after the 30th anniversary, but for more than four years now, Ukrainian warriors have been fighting with pride and resilience to preserve our state. Today, together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, we are working on the front line in the Oleksandrivskyi sector. We met with the warriors of the 80th Halytska Separate Air Assault Brigade. And above all, we are here to express gratitude to the warriors thanks to whom Ukraine is able to mark the 35th anniversary of the restoration of its independence these days. Russia began its full-scale war after the 30th anniversary, but for more than four years now, Ukrainian warriors have been fighting with pride and resilience to preserve our state. This is the main reason Ukraine exists and lives. I presented state awards to the warriors. Thank you for your service! We also discussed with the commanders today how to strengthen our defense. There are specific requests: drone supplies, the need for long-range artillery and small radars, direct funding for brigades, AWOL issues, as well as the training and motivation of our warriors. We will work through all of this. We need to strengthen our defenders as much as possible.

We are now in a new phase of development for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We have done a lot to transition the Ukrainian Air Force to a new aviation standard – Western combat aviation. From the beginning of this war, we have been talking with our partners about the need to close the Ukrainian sky from Russian missiles and aircraft. We have held hundreds of meetings and negotiations to strengthen the capabilities of our aviation, air defense, and Defense Forces.
