i really want to find a good enough excuse to show *connections* or lines between stars. i think it will probably make sense if i add hyper links to related ideas or terms that you can jump to.

the very simple way to define the axis is to embed the terms themselves, but this isn’t really isolating the meaning. the better way is to have many data points (either synthetic or human pre written) for each concept that you can get the averages of.

many of the demo’s i’ve posted have done the former - only out of being able to increase velocity of searching the research space. to get best results do the latter.

i love the idea of removing the chat log entirely and just having ‘the most similar messages’ either by time or semantically in a cloud shape.

i want to split some of my favourite short stories into paragraphs and embed them. plotting out their emotional arcs over time.
